Whether it’s kids class or adult class, the curriculum and the staff are top notched! The instructors also accommodate to your pace but give you enough push to help you improve. I take my son here and love it. He had developed not only fantastic self defense skills, but they also focus on a different life skill every month which has helped him to mature. Mr. Nevins and Mr. Alvarez are great instructors and they have a stable of great role models as assistant instructors. Not only do they have well structured practices, they also hold seasonal parties, parents nights outs, and birthday parties which the kids all love.Cant recommend them highly enough.

My 6 year old son joined Kick Fit Martial Arts about a month and a half ago. My main concerns were his confidence and focus. Within a month, the teachers have reported a positive shift in his study habits.Although he had been a great student overall, for the past couple of months I had to nag a lot to have him do his homework. After joining Kick Fit, the frequency of nagging has diminished significantly because he comes home and finishes his work so he can go to his Taekwondo class. I am EXTREMELY happy.Mr. Nevin -- the main instructor, and Mr. Christian -- the assistant, do an AMAZING job in making sure that student confidence is being boosted. They also implement the curriculum in a fun way by incorporating games and activities by which students dont even realize that they are working out. So, learning happens in a fun way!Initially, I was a little skeptical about the price for the program. BUT, I can now say that IT IS WORTH IT!

My son has been coming to kick fit kids for 3 months now, and we couldn’t be happier. Not only is he learning valuable skills, he is having so much fun doing it. The instructors are top notch. They take there time with the kids to make sure they are learning at a pace that keeps up with the class. They are super friendly and always willing to work with you. Kick Fit Martial Arts has been instrumental in my physical transformation in strength and endurance. The Krav Maga classes are not only educational but fun. The Instructors are very intuitive in knowing when to give you that extra push and when not to. The atmosphere is family oriented and the team is very welcoming.

My boys love Kick Fit and are always excited for TKD class. Since joining Kick Fit, they have become better listeners and more respectful. Mr. Nevins, who teaches the kids TKD, is a great teacher!

This is one of the best places of Martial arts training. My son joined this place a year ago and he is vey happy. He looks forward for his training classes. All the staff is caring and competent. The head coach makes sure that good training is being imparted and everyone is safe. A true 5 star place.

Highly recommend Kick Fit Martial Arts for kids and adults. My two girls and I have attended class for almost a year. We already have seen a change mentally and physically. Its a school that makes training fun.

If you have been looking for a place to learn self-defense and get in shape this is the place for you. I have never done anything like this in my life and was completely terrified at first, but both instructors truly treat you like family and help you where you are. I always say if you are unsure always try it at least once and it might surprise you. I have been here about a year now and I am terrible at working out, but this keeps you in shape and helps you learn how to defend yourself in worse case scenarios. I always say when people ask what does it remind you of, I give this example for my women who loved the movie “Enough” with J Lo in it, picture yourself learning what she did to protect herself. They are very patient with you and always explain the purpose of each method before teaching you. Come and check it out!!! You never know what you are missing until you try it😀

Great school. Family oriented. Me and my family (all 4 of us) go there. Staff is great. Workouts are intense but very gratifying, and we certainly learn a lot about very useful self defence techniques in their Krav Maga program. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely LOVE KickFit Martial Arts!! My 12 year old son started there because he got bullied a couple years ago. My son lacked confidence and was not a very “physical” child. My son learned so many positive traits (respect, integrity, positive attitude, focus, perseverance, self-discipline), but mostly CONFIDENCE. Since then, the “bully” has become his friend. The instructors there have become like family and they truly care about my son. We recommend this studio because it truly is the BEST!!PS- I posted about this studio two years ago... and the SAME holds true since then!!

My son started Kickfit when he was 5 years old. He is now 8 years old and is a high red belt. He is also on the Kickfit Demo team, which is a great honor. There were a couple times when he would complain about having to go because he would prefer sitting home on his phone doing nothing. I am so happy we had him stick with it. He is so proud of himself now. He has so much confidence. We are incredibly proud of him as well. It is such a great feeling watching your child learn to defend himself if he should ever need to. Now they are offering Krav Maga for kids.

Since our son started at KickFit, he has gained even more than great self defense skills. He has matured, he has been more vocal and assertive, he is more confident in group settings and in speaking to groups, and he is developing more leadership skills. One main reason for his success at KickFit is that the instructors develop strong bonds with the kids that helps create a nurturing environment that helps kids have fun as well as learn all the things that require perseverance. KickFit is a great culture for kids to learn skills that will make them successful in all facets of life.

What can I say, truly an amazing school my family and I found this school having a quick breakfast meal at a small place next door. We went in to see for classes for my son to learn how to protect himself at school and we were just amazed with the changes we saw develop on our sons improvement not just in his fighting skills but behavior at home that we just had to enlist his sister and they both have flourished tremendously. I even decided to join the adult program for self defense for KRAV MAGA, I love it. I love the work out the intensity and the dedication this place has for me and my family I would recommend to EVERYONE!!!

A respectful environment . A disciplined and effective workout. I had heard of Krav Maga for a long time and wanted to try it out. This is the first place I found daytime classes so it worked for me. Great people, awesome instructors with just the right amount of getting you to push through, mixed with humor and compassion for each individual’s limitations. Getting a great workout while learning self-defense is a winner for me. I doubt I will ever quit taking these classes as I have done with other exercise programs in the past

My kids have been going to kick fit for over 3 years. They have grown so much under the Alvarezs amazing tae kwon do instruction. Im very happy that we are a part of the kick fit family. If youre looking for a place that will have your childs best interest at heart then look no further. This school embodies everything a parent would expect and so much more. The children have a sense of belonging with patient and caring instructors, but with the added bonus of humor, fun and all out great music!! I enrolled my son approximately one year ago because he lacked confidence and was being bullied by a neighborhood kid. In less than 6 months, my sons confidence skyrocketed and now the bully gives him more respect than ever. Mr and Mrs Alvarez dont just teach Tae Kwon Do....they teach life skills. Among all the skills, they focus on respect and discipline. I cant begin to explain how my sons pride and confidence has carried over into his personal life. Im BLESSED for this place and these angels....who not only teach my son but love my son!! This place is amazing! My sister has been going there 10 months and it had made a tremendous change in her life. Shes in 7th grade and loves it there. Mr Alvarez and his family are terrific at teaching kids, not only Tae Kwon Do but also life lessons. I hope this place is around when I have children because I will definitely enroll them.

Ive been attending the adult program for almost 5 years already, first with Cardio kickboxing and now about a year ago with Taekwondo. Since the first class there hasnt been one class where I dont feel motivated to go to class. I attend 4 times a week in average and I can assure there hasnt been one class boring or without learning something new. When I was little I had the dream to become a black belt and now I can say maybe one day I will become one. Whatever your goals are, improve your cardio, learn self defense, be in great shape, etc, is never too late.This family oriented business led by Raul Alvarez and his wife is a great place for people of any age to train and workout with fun but at the highest levels.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I have two kids and we have been students here almost four years!!KICKFIT isnt just a Tae Kwon Do studio... Its a family and I cannot say enough good about KICKFIT! They cater to any experience level and skill. They also have tons of additional activities for both parents and children...such as parents night out and a Haunted House!!! My 8 year old will be attending summer camp at KICKFIT the third year in a row, and there is no other camp that I trust to keep him safe and happy!! Super business, amazing family!!!
