My daughter went here and she is now off to college and when I had my son I knew exactly where he was going to school. Andy Bear is the best educational school for young learners, they are not a daycare where kids play all day it is academic at its finest. The owners of the school are so friendly and welcoming and make each kid feel special. My son has gone there for the past almost 4 years and it is sad that today is his last day. He has had amazing teachers, amazing classroom helpers and you will NOT find a better place to send your child. If you want your child to get the best start in there academic start in life this is the school to sign your child up for not to mention the summer camp they provide is full of fun activities for the kids to enjoy their summer.

This center is fantastic! I have no complaints about the condition of the center, (I love miniature soccer field!!!) the new owners, the new director, or any of the current staff. I also love the safety of the live feed video cameras!!! Im not sure what these other people are talking about, but they strike me as nothing more than sour grapes.

Dear Parents, continue looking. Dont waste your child time and your money here! After several attempts to correct a matter, child was thrown out in the middle of nap time and middle of rain storm. Seriously, where is the sympathy or consideration AFTER over a year of care. Operations, care, and sense of family failed and is now just a concrete building. BUT with this experience came wonderful change which furthered our child development, needs and livelihood at another location. So happy now for our child. Just giving all parents the heads-up on this place!

My daughter has been at Andy Bear for the past year and she loves it here. Her teachers Ms. Ariel and Ms.Trudy are just awesome. What I love about this early learning center is how organized they are and focused on learning. I would consider myself one of those parents who are a bit on the anxious side, and I am not concerned about my daughters safety and care once I drop her off. By the way, one of the biggest pluses about Andy Bear is their online camera system. Awesome! I get to see live video of my daughter on my phone. Cant beat that. If you are in the Coral Springs/Parkland area, this is by far the best early learning center.

They always have the best interest of the children in mind. From a clean, safe environment to state of the art teaching tools - Andy Bear has everything a child needs day to day.

Horrible Customer Service!!!!My Wife and I are expecting our first child next year and we are starting to look into infant care centers for our daughter. I called Andy Bear to get a gauge on price since we have no idea of what to expect. I was told that they could not even give me a rough estimate over the phone and that I would need to come in for a full tour. Obviously confused, I asked what difference it would make if they told me the price over the phone or in person? The receptionist rudely told me that it is their policy and if I dont like it I can find somewhere else. I explained that our child is not due til May and wouldnt be looking for schooling for about a year and we dont want to waste our time or theirs by coming in for a tour at this moment but it is important that we get a ballpark of what costs we can expect. To this she not only was obstinate but spoke over me in a rude manner. It begs the question, if this is how they treat people when they are trying to get your business, how will they treat you once they have it? and moreover, are these the kind of people that you would entrust with your infant child? Very, very disappointed by my experience and hopefully others will can save time by avoiding calling this company.AS A FOLLOW UP TO OWNER RESPONSEWhy the secrecy surrounding your prices? Do they change based off how much you think you can charge a family? Whats with the lack of transparency? How are we supposed to entrust you with the most things in our life, our children, when you cant even be honest about price? How does that build even the slightest degree of trust????? If we cant trust you with something as basic as price of your service, how can you reasonably expect someone to trust you with their kids? This would trouble any parent....

I have mixed feelings about Andy Bear. Our child joined the school not too long after opening. The experience was great, good teachers and positive environment. We noticed that there was a good amount of turnover with the teachers, we liked, leaving. The new crop of teachers seemed younger, less experienced and impatient. We had a host of issues that we shared with the teachers as well as the Director Marcia. Ultimately, we decided to move our child to a new school, which she, and we, enjoy.I know its hard to find a school that you can feel confident about, Andy Bear wasnt for us, but we know plenty of parents who love it there. I just wanted to share our experience, because it seems every school we search for has glaring positive reviews or suspicious negative reviews.

I give Andy Bear Daycare 5 stars because this establishment is clean, well organized and the entire staff is positive, friendly and helpful. I had visited many other daycares and they all didnt feel like it was a homey environment. At Andy Bear its like your part of a family. The women who owns Andy Bear is a registered nurse ( she is there every day)! The ladies who run the infant room are amazing. Its a positive and loving atmosphere. My son is always smiling when he gets dropped off there!

My 3 yr old son has been with Andy Bear since he was an infant. I love the atmosphere the school offer. They truly care about the wellbeing of every child. The school is well kept. The leader of the school is absolutely the sweetest person with a childcare background that shows through the love she gives to the kids. The education and kindness the teachers give to the kids are fanominal. I go to work each day with a peace of mind, knowing my son is left in the best hands.

BEFORE THE DIRECTOR RESPONDS WITH who are you? we have no record etc.., your center will never have the privilege of meeting my child. The undesirable star reviews speak volume.IF YOU GO THROUGH THE REVIEWS, notice the negative undertone in the centers responses to the people who express their experiences. That should be startlingly to anyone researching this center. You can clearly see the attitude from the poster, who clearly feels defensive. A professional would have more sense to respond in a PROFESSIONAL way.PARENTS SHOULD CONSIDER HOW CLOSELY OTHER PARENTS ARE OBSERVING THEIR CHILDREN BEFORE BELIEVING 5 STAR RATINGS, and take everything in consideration.

The building is beautiful, but thats about it. There is a high turnover rate and the owner Marcia is not caring in the slightest. The daycare is very expensive and really was not worth it. I did not feel that my child was thriving here. When I expressed concern to the director she became very defensive and downright hostile. I find relief in finding I am not the only parent who experienced problems. My child is since thriving elsewhere.

My daughter has been going to Andy Bear for a year now, and Ive been very happy. The teachers are all attentive and take great care of the children. I can tell by how much my daughter loves her favorite teacher Miss Ariel! The facilities are very clean and safe. Theres a very nice (and safe looking) playground, and a big grass field that there are soccer classes. They offer ballet. They have ipads on site for the kids to use. And best of all, they have cameras set up so you can login and see what your child is up to anytime you want. The like how it feels less like a daycare and more like a school. I dont feel like Andy Bear is just watching my daughter. I feel like they are actively working on teaching and development. Some of the teachers were let go, but I consider that a good thing. The ones that are attentive and caring stay, and the less attentive ones get let go.The staff and the owner (Miss Marcia) have been very accommodating whenever Ive had a concern. My daughter bangs her head when trying to sleep, and the staff let me have a special bed, and (I know this because I peek in on the camera) they have a teacher soothing my girl and rubbing her back to help her fall asleep!!If theres a negative, maybe its pricey compared to other places in the area. But you get what you pay for: the top notch facilities, the attentive and caring teachers and staff, and the cameras make it worth EVERY PENNY!!!

I went I took a tour of Andy Bear Early Learning Center. During my tour I asked the question of my son being ADHD and Bi Polar and if that would be a problem. The response I received was of course not as the facility has a registered RN on staff. I was impressed with the facility as it was State of the art and very well maintained. After spending about two hours that evening filling out there extensive enrollment package the next day I get a call that the Facility telling me that they will not be taking in any children with ADHD/Bi Polar. First let me say that it is against the law to discriminate against people with disabilities or special needs. If you are considering this facility please keep in mind that they are not equipped to work with children with any special needs. I really thought it to be a big waste of my time to tour and file out paperwork when they could not handle my child with special needs and it being one of the first questions I asked prior to taking the tour and filling out the paperwork. If you are considering this school for your child or children please be aware that this facility believes it to be above the law and feels that it has the right to refuse services due to special needs. Please keep in mind that my childs special needs are not severe where as it would interfere with any daily activities or with other children.

This is from a mama bear. You never know how LIFE is and I might end up bringing my daughter back. However if you are reading this chances are you are like me, you want to ensure your child is in the most secure, cleanest and best environment possible, so this review is very objective with you in mind and as fair as possible, as I believe in always doing the right thing. I am saddened that I had to take my baby out of this place. Andy Bear is a clean place and that is the number 1 reason I put my daughter there, the ladies from the infant classroom especially Ms. Rosa, Ms. Grace and that sweet Brazilian lady are amazing the front desk Italian lady is the sweetest, I love her and the other 2 young girls that work there are also so cute wish I could remember their names...they knew my daughter by name. The camara is a plus, food at no additional cost is a perk. I must say all of that sold me. My oldest only had a nanny, so this was a hard decision to make when it came time to choose a daycare because my nanny hurt her back and could no longer care for my baby...anyway I was happy when I found Andy Bear. Well as soon as the baby enrolled on her 1st day my baby hurt her face bad...I was furious, but I understood, they also called me to let me know, so I appreciated that. My next experience was getting stuck in traffic and being late 25 mins I called to let them know, didnt matter, I got charged $250 late fee I begged Ms. Marcia that as a single mom baring all the expenses I couldnt afford that, she seemed not to care, so I was ready to take the baby out in the name of principle because I had to understand when my daughter got hit but she couldnt understand me? I presented this to Ms. Marcia and she did adjust the bill $100 I still had to pay $150 late fee...next 2 month after that I was late 14 mins I was charged 140$ and after 1 month I was late BCS I had a pretty bad car accident to which they understood and waived the fee, soon after my card didnt go through for 1125 BCS chase does fraud protection on random charges, I asked if the charge went through I was told, yes then Monday came and Ms. Marcia said no the charge didnt go through, I said just swipe it again Ill call chase and she did the charge went through but she charged me $45 because the card didnt go through the 1st time...on and on...I can see how Ms. Marcia can come accross without manners and rude but I do believe she has a good heart and I attribute her way to her background seems to be Jamaican. Nothing wrong by the way with Jamaicans they can however be a little on the rough edges...I did call Ms. Marcia greedy at some point and then apologized in the end she is a business but a little more empathy would have kept me there...I have been charged in 4 month of my daughter attending $500 just worth of late fees and processing fees. If she says to me after reading this that she has no record of my daughter being there or know who I am I will gladly post pictures not only of my daughter in the daycare but the stub which I have of all the fees charged as I am a very very honest and transparent person...and this post is for the parents not for her, hopefully, I hope she opens her eyes to seeing that having a little more empathy could have gone a long way...I decided to cut the habit when I was charged the $45 after being told that the payment went through...I gave my 3 week notice (only 2 are needed) and I left. You never know I left letting Ms. Marcia know that in life you never know how things will go and I end up coming back but honestly after being charged so much money, I felt like I was bleeding...after gone from Andy bear ms marcia didnt turn off the automatic charge and they charged me 1125 for the entire month of July I called her to let her know, she apologized I could have said now you owe me 45$ or something silly as I needed the funds available for the new daycare but I chose to simply understand... LIFE its just like that things happen mistakes happen we are all humans. Wishing you the BEST!!!

Im sure my post will be deleted because that is was Ms. Marcia does. You can clearly see in the way she responds to people that she lacks professionalism. My son attended this daycare for almost a month last year. It was awful. My son would come home very needy and clingy which was unusual. Their child/staff ratio was never in line with the law. Numerous times when I would drop my son off, they would already be over the legal ratio for students/teachers. Then, when I expressed my concerns and decided to pull my son out, I was treated with such disrespect. Rather than try and understand my feelings, I was told that I was insulting them. Then, the director and I shared the most unpleasant phone call. For being a childcare provider, you would expect some courtesy and understanding but Ms. Marcia lacks that. All she cares about is taking peoples money. It is very important to me that others know what a rude, greedy and malicious person Ms. Marcia is. I cant wait to see how professionally she responds to this post. Dont worry, Im sure this will be deleted soon as she has some way of having all negative reviews removed from google and yelp.

My son is in kindergarten and he attended this day care for 2 weeks during winter break. He also attended for one half day where he was picked up by the bus, and for one camp day during a teacher planning day. I toured many day cares in the Coral Springs area last summer searching for a summmee camp program. (We did not choose andy bear for summer). I went back to andy bear for winter break because it is a very beautiful, clean, high tech school. In the short time my son attended, he came home MOST days telling me how the big kids were mean and nasty to him. He said they constantly bullied him. I expressed my concerns more than once to the director. Come to find out the big kids my son was speaking of are older kids that were actually supposed to be assisting in watching the campers! This is just unacceptable and certainly did not seem to subside even after I told the director. The school could never seem to get the signing in and out process correct. I had my mother picking up my son in most days as I work full time and even with all their high tech security features, they could never seem to get it right. My mom always saw a different employee whenever she picked up my son. They never seemed to really know the children, and on one occasion the teacher actually tried to send the wrong child home with my mother! Saying Jonah, your moms here.. to a completely different child. How dangerous and unsettling is that??The icing on the cake is the phone call I received from the director a few weeks after the last day my son attended which was a teacher planning day in December. She stated that my statement was past due and asked how I would be paying it. I told her that yes, I should owe for the half day and the camp day totalling 15 dollars and I can pay now. She proceeded to tell me I owed upwards of 300 dollars for 2 months of aftercare! I told her my son never attended aftercare and she told me that he was signed in every day. To which I replied how do you not realize that you have not been picking my son up On a bus everyday?? She said she was gonna call me back and I have yet to hear from her.I have 2 personal friends who have worked at this school and have had horrendous experiences. Both of them warned me to steer clear. The turnover is ASTRONOMICALLY high. I would def recommend to stay far away from andy bear.

Since I moved here 3 years ago, I havent found a nice, clean, and spacious pre school for my daughter. I have her enrolled from two diffrent places, and my daughter would never stop feeling sick, coughing, and sometimes throwing up. I am meticulous when it comes to cleanliness. And Andy bear got my attention when I walked in to inquire the first day.I really like the idea of putting code before you can get in. I think thats the best idea ever! Not only you have to think that anybody could just get in by opening the door, stranger cannot get in. Plus finger print before you can open the door to pick your child up, its way way better than signing to a log book each time you are in and out. Andy bear has the advance technology that ease the worried for every parents. The webcam is plus +A. I get to see my Daugther while Im at school, or at work. I have never found a pre school as good as Andy Bear around Coral Springs. I love the space, and the location feels home to me. And has more privacy compare to other school. Marcia has no professionalism whatsoever. It really makes you wonder what goes on behind closed doors. All I know is my child is my everything and lice is normal, but the unprofessional threats that Marcia does behind closed doors, the attitude that she gives.. thats UNACCEPTABLE!!!
