We ended to visit the daycare in May and can’t still get the refund for the last week the daycare was closed. It’s August now. Extremely poor communication. No service - no money. The daycare obviously thinks the opposite.

Everyone that works at this daycare is amazing. The director, Chrissy at the front desk and my son’s teachers Ms. Keishaun and Ms. Beverly are the best. Our 21 month old has never been in daycare and they all have made the transition easy. They have been patient, helpful and understanding. My family loves this place and are very happy.

My 1 year old loves his teacher Ms. Vivian, you can tell she takes pride in keeping her classroom clean and plans awesome activities for the babies. She loves to take the babies out on walks and brings in special treats for them. We have moved and are going to miss her very much.

My family loves this daycare. All the teachers are so friendly and the director its so kind. This school is the number one school in Cornelius and surrounding areas. my three-year-old loves going to school everyday and he knows all his shapes and colors.

Our daughter was a preemie and started at Rainbow at 10 weeks old. If Cali Mae cant be in my care all day, there is no other place Id rather her be. She has learned so much in her short two years of life. She loves her teachers, the director, her friends, and even the parents of her friends. I hope shes here until she outgrows the place! :)

The teachers in two years old class physically abused my daughter. They squeezed her ears and chicks. My daughter hates that place

My child loves going to school everyday because of his Pre School teachers. Everyday when he comes home they are all he talks about. They both are very loving and most of all know my child as well as I do! I wouldnt and couldnt ask for better teachers then they are.Since I posted the comment above things have changed. The teacher that was our childs is no longer there. They had treated her very badly and she ment everything to her class. We had only been staying there because of her in the first place. She was amazing! Since she has left I dont think our child has learned anything and has been very unhappy. When asked why our child tell us its just not the same We now are gone and have moved on to a better place.
