My local dollar tree is great! Good customer service. Good selection.

This dollar trees manager was apprehensive and shouldnt be dealing with the public. No courtesy or care if I bought a lot of items from the store had an annoyed face when she had to open the overflow register. If the place wasnt so close for me Id drive every day to hidden valley pkwy Norco CA doller tree much bigger better selection & staff wonderfully helpful when it comes to multi quantity orders.

The public restrooms were out of order and have been for some time.

HONESTLY EVERY TIME MY BF AND I GO THIS STORE THERES ALWAYS STUFF ALL OVER THE FLOORS BOXS AND PRODUCT PPL DROP ANYWHERE AND ETC .. I UNDERSTAND THERE FILLING THE SHELVES BUT THIS IS ALL THE TIME....U HAVE TO REALLY WATCH WHERE U STEP..ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE SUCKS..THEY ALWAYS HAVE BAD ATTITUDES NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL..WE ORDERED STUFF ONLINE TO BE PICKED UP FROM THIS STORE AND IT WAS A PROBLEM FOR HER (MANAGER) TO GET IT FROM THE BACK..WHEN WE WERE TOLD THE MANAGER HAS TO GET IT..THIS STORE IS CLOSE TO MY HOME FOR US TO GO TO ..BUT LATELY STARTING TO GO TO THE DOLLAR STORE OFF OF* HIDDEN VALLEY PKWY ,NORCO CA ...THE SERVICE IS WAY MORE BETTER SO VERY FRIENDLY..LOT MORE SELECTION AT THIS STORE ,MORE CRAFTS,COLD FOOD SELECTION ETC..U ASK FOR HELP AND THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM HELPING THERE CUSTOMERS..BUSY OR NOT THEY TAKE THE TIME TO HELP..SO RECOMMEND DOLLAR TREE IN NORCO CA .. 3/30/21 2:10 pm Cashier on #4 really rude! Ask her if she was open she wouldn’t answer and said next in line, could’ve politely said their was one generally line, which was hidden by a rack!!!

They are handy things at a dollar and since food 4 less closed that the closes place to go for snacks etc

Kind of dirty but nicer than most dollar trees.Quick service, but can get crowded.

So a month ago I placed an online order with a pick up for this location. Last week I received a confirmation that my order was ready to pick up. I went to the store and a very nice Assistant Manager named, Andrea from the Green Valley store was helping at this location. She tried her best but could not locate my order. She had a positive attitude and was very helpful throughout the whole ordeal, despite being pulled in other directions from her other two associates and customers. After not being able to find my order she called the Assistant Store Manager, Elaine, on the phone, for this location as the Store Manager was on leave. Elaine unfortunately was not helpful, she stated I should wait until tomorrow until another truck comes in. I stated I just wanted to take store credit or a refund as I was not able to come back and my confirmation reflected my item was delivered a week ago. She refused and stated I would have to go through the online process. I then asked to speak to the District Manager, which Andrea suggested I speak to earlier, and Elaine stated I know how it works. I know what they are going to tell you. We dont have anything to do with money or store credit with online orders so they will just tell you the same thing. We cant do that. Sadly she was rude and argumentative the entire interaction. Andrea then called her District Manager, Jaime, who stated I could have the store credit and take the items I ordered off the shelf, no problem. The whole ordeal took about 45 minutes for the DM to provide a 5 minute resolution. Excellent service provided by DM, Jaime, and Green Valley ASM Andrea! Sadly I cannot say the same for ASM, Elaine for this location. I will not be ordering online for a pick up at this location in the future.

Store isnt as organized, but they tend to have what I need. Staff is always pleasant also

Best Dollar Tree store within 100 miles. There are a lot of Dollar Tree stores but this one on McKinley is absolutely the best store I have ever been in. The people are great but not only that they have so much stock of things its just crazy. Its like another whole experience you got to go there!

Did no t have much selection of Christmas decor yet.

We always love the dollar tree, you can find alot there. The reason Im giving 4 stars is because the store could of been a little bit more cleaner. Other than that great customer service 💙😊 Especially cashier Krystene very nice woman and friendly.

I come for just a quick buy

Pretty clean for a 99 cent store. Staff is nice and helpful. There are only ever one or two checkout lines open at a time so checkout can take a while. Ive waited over 15 minutes to checkout before.

Busy XMas eve day, had good number of registers open to move the line quickly

I found everything I needed. Variety of colors for crafts. Manager was very nice and helpful.

Clean store. Typical Dollar Tree. Its not their fault there were two screaming kids in there that the mother was completely tuning out for our enjoyment.

I like this store cuz its nearby my workplace and that they do have some cool stuff or bargain for the price (once in a while)!

THE BATHROOMS ARE AWFUL!! Poop on the walls literally!!!! Other than that the people were really friendly! Yeesh though, probably the worst maintained bathrooms I have ever seen!
