My daughter has definitely improved her skills since she has been attending classes. Her movements and self-confidence has marked improvements, which also helps her in school sports and activities.

I have trained there off and on for 20 years as well as all 4 of our children have for the past 9 years. Olympic gold, local, state, national, competition team. My son represented Team Lumampao local, state, and national levels taking Gold and silver at various competitions. Definitely would highly recommend.

Great family oriented martial arts school. Both my daughter and myself have trained here for years. Lumampaos experience in competitive taekwondo also makes him an excellent instructor and coach for higher level competition.

I attended this place in high school. I loved it! Sabanim really cares about his students and all the instructors are great. The style is competitive, and there are a quite a few people who compete, but I never felt the pressure to do so. Good workout and good blend of sparring, forms, and self-defense.

Excellent place to learn Taekwondo. Kids learn self discipline, build up self-confidence and develop skills as well.
