The store was very clean and well organized, a lot of variety of products, I went for a few copies and the printer broke down 3 times, so I asked for help from an employee who was doing nothing even so the girl helped us in a bad way.

This store advertises sale items that are not available and then expect you to pay shipping fees when you have to order online. Ridiculous customer service. Don’t waste your time looking at furniture here.

A year ago, I bought a computer at this store with the PROMISE that if I bought the service plan, ANYTHING that went wrong with the computer would be cause for REPLACEMENT. That was a LIE which I found out October 27, 2014 when I brought the computer in for repair. Today, November 5, they FINALLY are sending the computer out for repair. That was NOT what Charles told me when I bought the computer and service plan. They have been sitting on their collective tuchases for over a week. I had to call AGAIN to get things rolling. I seriously doubt they do any kind of screening when they hire people. They are inept, lie, are lazy (otherwise my computer would have been tended to without ME having to PUSH them), and are inconsiderate of their customers. I hope this deters EVERYONE from dealing with this business. Best Buy has trained, competent, knowledgeable, and customer-friendly people working at their store in Crystal Lake. Oh, and when I bought the computer, I was charged $50 to have my old computers hard drive put on a disk. I never got that disk and they never refunded my $50. Shop there at your own risk.

I ordered $30 worth of paper online to pick up in store because I was in a hurry and thought it would be faster than trying to find the item in the store myself. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ONLINE (if I even shop at this store again). It took over 10 MINUTES to pick up my order due to system issues, an incompetent sales rep and an inconsiderate manager. Its not worth your time to deal with these people, just order off Amazon.

Must be a poorly managed store. I have been sorely disappointed with all phases of service lately. Did buy a great desk at a great price, but getting info on the building options from outside vendors was like speaking Greek to the associate helping me!

Terrible selection... Zero good quality blue, xfine or micro tip pens. the one person who asked if I need help, clearly didnt care.

I preordered 2 single sided copies. I came in the paper I ordered was ready but when I asked to fax it took her 15 mins to fax the sheets for me. And there was only one other person in line.... how does it take 15 mins to send a 3 page fax! And I’m not saying it took 15 minutes for the fax to go through. I mean she literally IGNORED me for 15 minutes. The employee had no sense of urgency. And may I say poor time management skills. Never again will i use this OfficeMax

The employees at this store working at the photo copy counter were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Only 1 of the employees were actually helping customers while the other employee stood at his computer even though there was a very long line of people waiting. We stood around waiting for a half hour without getting helped so we ended up leaving. The employees had attitudes and treated you as if you where bothering them.
