Yesterday, my team of educators had a wonderful time learning and practicing how to perform CPR, first aid and Heimlich maneuver with Ms. Searri O’Neill. She is the quintessential professional and has the uncanny ability to connect with her audience on so many levels. Ms. O’Neill displayed masterful ways of explaining how to properly perform updated health safety techniques while thoroughly explicating and dispelling improper and outdated methods and beliefs. Moreover, her ability to teach us at our location was an icing on the cake. There are not many businesses that provide you a great service and product at your convenience. This company fulfilled all of those categories. If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would.

Definitely breathtaking! I thoroughly enjoyed the class and my mind had been on alert just in case I have to help someone. Hopefully I will never have to do CPR. Searri was very professional and enjoyable. Plus she added some fun to her class.

Just took my 2017 class! This class is truly a lifesaver! Offered weekdays, at your office for groups, individually, or on weekends I was able to get my cert renewed quickly. The CPR card is given to you the same day! The best part about this class is Searri, the instructor. She engages everyone, makes you feel comfortable, and keeps the material interesting. Very professional and stays very current with new rules and regulations. Would highly recommend her! Shes an incredible human being, so kind!

Had a great class with Searri two weeks ago! Super professional, quick, and the cheapest CPR certification course in the area! For the other reviewer who had an overcrowded class - four people just flat out didnt show up to the class. If this happens regularly, theyre probably used to overbooking to ensure they actually HAVE a class to teach. Definitely coming back in two years when I need a renewal!

I was recently referred to Searri by a friend from school and Im so glad that she referred me to her. First of all, she took time out of her busy schedule to accommodate me in a private lesson that was last minute. Not only did she make me feel very welcomed, but she was very friendly and easy to connect with. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the content. I actually had a great time and it never once felt boring like most CPR classes seem to be. She did a really great job teaching the class, so I suggest to anyone who is looking to renew your CPR certification, or even if youre a first timer, go to Searri. You will feel confident in your CPR skills when you leave and you wont be disappointed! Thank you Searri! Ill see you back in 2018!

Searri is AMAZING! Anyone that leaves a less than 5β˜† review is clearly bitter and jealous. Searri has been my CPR-healthcare provider instructor for over 20 years! Her classes are efficient, informative and up to date.β˜†β˜† A LOT of doctors, dentists, staff and all other healthcare providers are taught by Searri-these are the people SAVING LIVES! Since YOU NEED the professional teaching them to teach you, you should stop reading this review and call her to schedule a class time! I promise shell be your CPR go to for the next 20+ years too!

I have been going to Searri for 10 years now, I look forward to seeing her every two years, she is always the same, very pleasant egarr to teach everyone about CPR, weather its your first time or your 21st time. She knows what she doing and she wont let you leave there not knowing the same, she has always greeted me with open arms and made you feel comfortable and not like your just another dollar she has made. Fortunately I have not had to use the CPR, but if I had to I feel confident I can thanks to Searri. Looking forward to my next visit in 2018, stay Blessed Searri.

What a HORRIBLE experience with Searri ONeail today. When I entered she didnt even care to say hello. She looked VERY upset from the time I crossed the door. The room has capacity for about 9 people standing comfortably, however she packed 15 of us in there. Two ladies arrived about 10mins late. It looks like this increased her frustration because she wanted them to sit on the floor while 13 of us were watching a video. After a while she brought some swimming pads and placed them on the floor and in a very rude tone ordered these ladies to sit there. One obeyed but the other one refused. Searri got so mad she even stop the video we were watching to argue with her. Searri finally gave it up after the lady told her she had bad knees. We were all packed like sardines both while watching the video and while doing the CPR techniques. She said we were so many today because everyone showed up!!, as though this was a surprise. Even though you must call in advance to sign up for the training, which means she knew exactly how many of us would attend the class today. Save your $$, you wont even be able to practice the CPR techniques. Go somewhere else
