This is a great way to explore your creative side. I finally took a few sessions of the Metal Arts class after years of talking about it. I have no idea why I waited so long. Even though I had no experience, I was able to quickly learn how to make metal arts.Art Garcia is an amazing instructor. He has a background in teaching and creating public art work. We spent the early sessions focused on learning technique. Then he helped me find my creative side and bring it out in my work. He does a great job giving you the skills and inspiration to explore and showcase your talents.

The creative arts center is a wonderful group of teachers and classes. I took several painting classes for 2-3 years. Staff was very nice. The building is a mess though. It needs to be condemned. Black mold , bugs falling from the front door and all over the floor at night caused me to decide not to go back.Such a shame.

I ordered a Paint to go kit with a pre drawn sketch. The packaging was secure and neat. The canvas was good quality and my friends and I had a great zoom party. I took off one star because some of the paint colors were thick and clumpy so I had to add water before use causing it to thin out. Maybe the weather conditions during shipping caused that.

Great place for open drawing/ painting labs. They have several classes, but the classes are a bit pricey. I think this place is a non-profit.

Second time around taking a basic drawing course and I can say this teacher was a little better than the first but not by much at all. Took a ladies class first was not the greatest experience, then I took a males course Munoz I believe and although he was sorta nice I don’t think he could teach what he knew well. Also it was a summer course and it was really jam packed and some instructors at least from my experience pick who they want to really help and give feedback to. All in all the course was free since I wanted to give it another try but I wouldn’t pay money for it again since I’ve been learning more in online courses.

This is the worst experience of my life. Dealt with Susan. Did not learn anything. I would never recommend this school. They do not keep their word. You have to work with their schedule when her family is coming to town. Really!! So unprofessional!!

Ive taken 2 sessions of classes here and I love it. The cost worried me at first, but I bit the bullet and did it anyways and I am so glad I did. The instructors are amazing, and they provide you with all the tools you need to be able to complete your projects. Ive had 2 different instructors and Ive learned so much. I look forward to my pottery class every week!

Lots of class offerings. Ive tried several with a variety of teachers and all of them have been great. Pricing is a really good deal for all that you get (especially classes that include out-of-class studio time, like ceramics and figure drawing).
