If you are going to close the application process, you may want to inform the district of your timeline. I was expecting an email or something from the school for enrollment progress and nothing. I didnt receive anything. I gave 3 weeks notice and I had to get a call from the District to get any idea on how to progress forward. To be an highly rated school I expected better communication. Unfortunately its not what I expected nor somewhere I will trust to put my children for their educational growth.

I am a formal student and greiner middle school is fun but a waste of time.I wouldnt recommend this school if you really want to learn , but if you want to have fun by all means get into the school. The kids there can be jerks but alot of them are your friends . (Dont get jumped)

I hate the dress code that we cant wear sweaters that are different colors, teachers are cool, they take phones for no reason and were just checking the time lol

Had issues with the office lady first day of school in , was enrolling my brother issues didn’t happen with me at first she wasn’t accepting him with no proof of address but wasn’t professional about it . He had been enrolled already 2 years prior . She had always gave my mom these problems, went to DISD made a complaint and they helped us with the paper work and said all we need is this paper and this will do it , we go to the school this lady starts giving me issues would interrupt me with my mothers conversation, and wouldn’t accept him , came down today with the paper again and tried to tell my mom that still needed a bill under her name . ( not all houses come with bills not paid ) I had to go up to the school this morning and I said do we have any issues this morning has this person received his schedule and was talking rude and wouldn’t let us in . And was very rude about it .

Easy school to pass not as hard as others recommended but some bully problems but overall great school and excellent job but sometimes it can be hard

Im currently going to this poor excuse of a school. My first reason why i cant even bare this school is the bullying. I cant go anywhere without being messed with. Second, the teachers here dont even commit to their jobs. The last reason is, just the community. The students here are just complete douchebags.

So Im a former student at this school. The teachers care about you, and they usually do a good job explaining the concepts to kids and stuff. My gripe with this school is how bad the administration is. Almost everything the administration plans out goes wrong in some way, shape, or form. They dont know how to plan ahead. we often find ourselves having to go through extra trouble because of something stupid that could have been prevented. Our principal is a good person, but shes kinda a dimwit. Thats all I really have to say. Cool place though, and good credit to the paleta man by the field. Hes raking it in.

I like my teachers and the counselor because theyre very nice with everybody and they make you feel like this is the place that you belong to but classes for academy theyre okay and everything but you have to try your best to always get in and even if you dont get an academy you can still try next year but youll still be in the school so yeah this is a great school that I like very much to go this is my first year for 6th grade if you want to get in get good dont have bad behavior or you can get inand all the teachers are good specially must C Tcomasd is shes a good techer for 6th grade

Im an 8th grader from Griener moving to high school.Im really going to miss this school and all the teachers. I have had fun and met incredible friends. More parents should signed up their childrens here its great.Thanks Greiner for everything!

Very good school the teachers are very good with their students and know how to have fun with them and have them learn as much as a strict and mean teacher, which is what I love about it

Jason schulman, the theatre teacher, is bad news and shouldn’t be around kids.

It’s a good school educationally in all but it needs to have more staff open and aware of students in the hall and they don’t to me punish the kids that are fighting and bullying people and when you talk to somebody about bullying they don’t do anything about it

My Son was there for a month ,he needed tutoring and the math teacher had a bad attitude and would call him out in front of every one when he would ask for help, and she never took the time to help him ,she would tell him to ask the other students and the students would ignore him.so I transferred him back to Holmes where there is bullies but teachers are so much better and his grades picked up immediately.

10/10 never going to this school again.
