The class was so much fun however, the customer service is not up to par. She is not responsive when trying to reschedule but ask that you reach out within 24 hrs of cancellation. Not a good way to keep clients long term.

Loved our pole dancing class! We had a bachelorette party Saturday with Shelly. There were 7 of us with different personalities, fitness levels, comfort levels, etc., and we had an AMAZING time. Several of us signed up to take classes! It was a highlight of our night.

I think this might be the best pole studio in the area, the staff are friendly, there are many class deals/discounts, and plenty of classes. However, the parking is really scarce and there is almost always a lot of traffic, especially at any point near or during rush hour so be sure to show up early.

I scheduled a class on accident for Saturday not knowing it was closed so it was scheduled and paid for on Friday . I ended up missing the class thinking it was on Saturday and called multiple times to reschedule so that my money never went to waste and i have yet to hear back from anyone .

Being that this was my first pole dancing class experience, I had an amazing time at the studio with the instructor Cassie!! She is AMAZING!! Made all the ladies of my “ladies night” feel so special and unique. I will definitely refer and return for future events. You guys are awesome! Keep up the good work!

Extend fitness has become my second home. Ive been to many studios in North Texas and this is by far my favorite. Extend offers aerial hoop, pole, pole silks, flexibility, heels and more. I leave every class anticipating the next because there is so much to learn from every instructor. Extend will forever be the bar for every studio I will visit in the future... and that bar is pretty dang high.

MY HAPPY PLACE!!!!I love Extend Fitness, all of the instructors and all of the students. We cheer each other on and lift each other up (literally).I’m in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE because I HATE missing class. The classes are challenging but so much fun! I’m totally addicted. People constantly ask if I do cross fit... nope, I have WAY more fun during my workouts!!!! 💪💪Definitely the best pole studio in Dallas. You won’t find better instructors anywhere. I’ve been poling for over 7 years...I know.

This is a great studio! They have a lot more poles than other studios Ive been too. The instructors are all friendly and encouraging. I love that they offer a variety of classes in different aerial arts throughout the week. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to try aerials, or for people looking for a home studio.

Highly recommend training, throwing a bachelorette party, or just trying your first class at Extend! Before class, staff will always check to see if you have any injuries - this place prioritizes safety from beginners to advanced. I love the open concept of the training room - very few studios allow you to independently train which really helps when youre trying to nail a trick or explore your style. You have signed a waiver that holds you accountable of what you are willing to attempt alone so be cognizant of that when you sign up to train alone. The location is optimal, staff is professional, the classes cater to the students and the space (big main room, aerial room and smaller training room) is perfect.

My girlfriends and I went for a birthday party. We had an absolute blast doing this for a girls night! Our instructor Shelly was fabulous! She walked us through the routine and was patient with my large group of 12 girls. Every one of my girlfriends raved about how much fun we had. I highly recommend this for a fun girls night!

I love the encouragement of instructors and students. The environment allows students with varying body types to feel confident and strong. I have noticed an increase in strength and more definition in my body. I enjoy taking classes at Extend and the individual attention of instructors to assist in safely learning pole tricks and routines.

This studio is my home. From the moment I set foot inside for my first class I was treated as part of the family. The teachers and other students are all so nice and inclusive. Theres a good mix of different classes and every teacher has their own style. Its my favorite place to be!

Our dance instructor had pink hair. I forgot her name but she was awesome. Wonderful dancer and great instructor. My friends and I loved her. The place was cute. Plenty of space and poles. The location was difficult to find but it is to the right of the trader joes with a blue door. Right beside the pizza spot

The class was so much fun! Shelly, our instructor, is hot as hell (can I say that on here?). Even though I wasnt as advanced as other girls in the class, she worked with me to make sure I was getting it. I will definitely come back and learn some more.

Great space to learn and be surrounded by empowering women. They have a big main room with 16 poles, another room with 9 poles and is used for other aerials, as well as a training room with 2 poles. The people here will welcome you with so much warmth and support, be it the students or the instructors. The staff are well learned, helpful, and accommodating. Im glad to call this my second home.

Ive been attending Extend Fitness for over four years. Ive attended many classes but Shelly Courtneys Cardio Explosion and Lyra class has a special place in my heart. This studio pushes you to improve but supports you like a family and I couldnt ask for more! Love this place and will continue to come for many more years.

I have ALWAYS wanted to take a pole dancing class, but I was SO NERVOUS and shy, but my instructor made me feel so comfortable!!! She had a positive attitude the entire time even when we would mess up. My friends and I still talk about the class ALL the time and were gearing up for out next chance to come out and learn another routine. I’ve debated over whether or not I should write this review for a while, but here we are. After moving to Dallas last year I was desperate to find a new pole studio. I had been pole dancing for three years and was truly addicted. I decided to try Extend Fitness because it was so highly rated. I signed up and prepaid for an open pole (no instructor) class and was so excited to check it out.Unfortunately my experience fell well below my expectations. First, the location is difficult to spot if you are unfamiliar with the area and the parking situation was a nightmare. After a few passes up and down the street I was able to locate the studio, but all the street parking was full and every parking lot I saw seemed to be reserved for other businesses. I tried calling the studio multiple times to ask for advice on where I should park, but there was no answer and no call back. I finally decided to take my chances by parking in the Trader Joe’s reserved parking lot. A minor inconvenience, but no one answering the phone was very frustrating.My real issue is what follows. I had never been to this studio before, no one knew me or knew whether or not I had any pole experience. I told one of the instructors that it was my first visit and that I was there for the open pole session. There were no introductions or discussion whatsoever except to point me to the open pole area which is a smallish room off of the main space. The fact that no one questioned whether I had any experience before letting me go into a room alone to pole was a red flag for me. That is a major safety issue. If I had been someone who was inexperienced, I could have seriously injured myself. Yes, I had signed an e-waiver when I booked the session, but the people at Extend should always check with newcomers about their pole experience before allowing them to pole in a room alone.I may be sensitive to this because my previous studio prioritized safety. People were only permitted to take part in open pole sessions if they had some prior experience, and while it was not instructor led, one of the instructors would pop in from time to time to make sure everyone was being safe. The experience at Extend was just a huge shock to me. That being said, the main pole area seemed nice and the students present seemed to be having a great time. Maybe if I had taken an instructor-led class I would have had a better experience, but safety should be a priority for everyone who walks through the door. I realize that businesses can have off days and hopefully that’s what this was. I wish I had had the experience I had hoped for at Extend!

At first I was very nervous and unsure about the classes, but once it started I had a lot of fun. Heather is amazing and takes the time to make sure you know the moves before teaching you something else. Would definitely recommend.

Been coming here for 5 years now. Pole becomes a way of life and this is one of the best places to learn. Bonus, its impossible to leave without completely changing your body, building up your confidence, and making friends. Forever grateful for the day I got bored with traditional gyms and decided to ask Google what other options were out there.

An awesome space hidden above a pizza parlor, this studio has been my second home since 2013. Excellent fitness classes that build strength and confidence, an amazing community of strong women (and a few men!), and the unique experience of aerial fitness all make EFS the best studio in town!

I just started at EFS a few weeks ago without much prior experience in dance or athletics in general. The EFS community (staff and students) is welcoming and has been very encouraging! Even within this short period of time, I’ve noticed an increase in arm, abdominal and leg strength. I’m really excited to see what I can accomplish in pole and aerial classes at EFS!

Im so in love of this place, Ive been doing pole for over 3 years, they have really good instructors, Shelly, Leah, Christy, Amy, Femmi, and many more to mention; everyone has their own style, and you get to choose all different classes such as yoga, beginner, intermedia, advance classes, or even heels; also hoops, and silks, many options for you to choose, its so fun.Theres also competitions and show cases throughout the year to celebrate Valentines, Christmas and some others holidays, and you can either joint the team for performing or just enjoy the show.

I sooo love this place.... Karen is very pleasing to work with. This place rocks and the women are so encouraging. if you are looking for fun, and support for other women, and great excercise as well.

I wanted to try something active that wasnt the gym and decided to give pole a try at extend fitness studio. The experience has been amazing! There are plenty of different levels and different styles, ie. I was a little hesitant at first to do sexy things. I have since tried different studios but keep coming back here due to the variety of classes, the amount of classes, and definitely the high quality of instruction. Highly recommended!Ps. Parking can suck but the studio has an agreement with the truck yard parking lot so thats always an open free option

Shelly was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I was so torn on what to do for my sisters bachelorette party... but once we found this. I mean it was perfect. She went above and beyond to make it special, taking pictures, letting us drink champagne before the class! All of us ended up getting so into it (OBVI in a good way). If I could recommend this more than 5 stars I would. Amazinggggggg seriously take me up on this. Well be back.

We had a pole party for our bachelorette group here and it was soooo fun!! Our instructor, Leah, was fabulous and so sweet. The staff here really made sure that we each had a great time, especially our bride to be. The studio is very spacious. I highly recommend it for any bachelorette/girls night out. Also, I booked over the phone and paid in full and got $50 off. They allow champagne and wine in the studio too, which is honestly a big reason we chose that studio :). I recommend you do brunch at the Libertine Bar and then walk about two minutes down the street to The Girls Room... If I lived in Dallas, Id for sure want to take classes there regularly.
