Love it.. my daughter has been here for 2 months and she already lost her fear being in front of a-lot of people and how to have respect for others and the main part defend her self..

We just signed our 7 year old son up with these guys. Everyone was super friendly. Our other karate school went out of business due to the pandemic. Premier is offering outdoor classes. We are hoping to pick up where we left off in our other karate school. They will assess him and pick up accordingly. We are excited to begin our journey here!!

Weve been looking for a place for my daughter to experience all forms of marshal arts. We are super excited Permier is opening up in our neighborhood. Shes been attending the outdoor classes this month and has loved them. We are very excited for the Grand Opening and the opportunity to experience the classes in the studio!

Two months after my daughter decided not to participate in Self defense classes (Her last day was on 10/31/20). They didn’t charge me in November. December I got charged $150. They refuse to even answer my calls. They teach integrity but haven’t shown any in handling this situation.

I am so happy that I made the decision to send my son here. My son is so excited to attend class each week and is learning so much already. They teach in class and also outside of class through email and videos. Everyone should be so lucky to experience PMA

Decided to sign up my daughter for some Martial Arts and she is loving it. Building strength, getting her physical activity, and more importantly getting some self defense. She loves it, I love it.

Love the training and the dedication of the staff, they not only show you, but help you with techniques. I like the fact that they motivate and push you to improve performance instead of just teaching a class and trying to get you out after 45 minutes.

Great place to learn and have fun, descipline.

We are so happy to be a part of the PMA family! We randomly came across PMA Lake Highlands after eating in the area and they were hosting outdoor classes. Glitter was who we spoke with and she was so kind and reassuring about the safety of the participants. Weve attended a few classes now and my son and I both LOVE it! All of the coaches are wonderful and they are great about communicating with the parents about any changes that we need to know about. I love having the classes outdoors and am excited about seeing the new building! Thanks PMA for giving us some activity we can do in a safe manner.Traci P.

Im in my 2nd week of the black belt training and Im having fun and learning a lot. I took tai kwando and karate when I was very young, but I didnt continue it. When I met the folks at PMA in Lake Highlands, I was inspired to continue my training. They made me feel a part of their family. My wife and I are taking classes together and were having a blast and making a lot of new friends! Coach Griz and Khalil are fantastic. The lessons and exercises are very intense, but they make it fun so you never want to miss a single day.

My kiddo just started, and he loves it! The coaches had a full hour with the kids and he hasn’t stopped talking about it since that class.

My daughter Blessing loves attending the class each week! Great experience!
