I drove from FORT WORTH to DALLAS for my 11am appointment. I arrived at 10:45am, signed in and was waiting. About 10 minutes later the front desk person informed me that my therapist was not there and no other appointments were available. She gave me a $17.50 credit to use another day, but I used that in wasted gas traveling to my appointment that was confirmed. My issue is no one contacted me before I headed to the appointment, no assistance was done to see if another therapist could squeeze me in being that I drove 40 miles. I would have much rather spent the extra money going some place else instead of trying to support the school I attend. Im VERY ANGRY and FRUSTRATED..... not even worth one star!!!!!

If you are late, that cuts into your massage time. That really needs to be said before when scheduling. We got stuck behind an ambulance and wish we were told upon arrival the time our massage would be cut short, by 25 minutes. We were only late 5 minutes, but they had us wait and fill out paper work. Other massage places make sure to tell you to get there early, or they give you the entire time you pay for. Not worth $35! If I paid for 50 min, I want 50 min. Massage was awesome though, and I want to go back, but I am seriously pissed off.

Very rude on the phone when I called for information told them I was not intrested and the person on the phone said Sure whatever! If this is how they treat potential students i can imagine what its like going to school here.
