I graduated last November (2020) and now that I’m fully in the practice for almost one year I wanted to share my experience with this massage school. Before choosing this school I went to few other well-known schools. But when I met with Sterling and Vahideh I immediately felt like this was the right place. And I never regretted my decision. So much of what I learned here, from science behind our work to the healing and nurturing side - I use it all in my practice. I am grateful to all teachers at this school and the directors. It was an enriching and confidence boosting experience. Everyone is very supportive and genuinely interested in students’ success. It felt like family.Thank you so much!

Been coming here for 3-4 years, we started off only utilizing the interns (at a great price savings$$) then found some of the licensed therapist that do an amazing job. We have our favorites and if u want to make sure you can get on their schedule; you better book ahead. The owners are really good people 👍

My bf and I had an amazing experience! He received his massage from Patrick and absolutely loved it. I received my massage from Adriana and absolutely loved it as well. We feel incredibly relaxed and will most likely be back!

My husband and I have been coming here since February 2019. We try to have massages every 2 weeks. We’ve seen many of their therapists and most of them are great! We do have our favorite one, Beatriz. Deep tissue with her is fantastic but the Swedish massage with hot towels is just divine. It’s easy to schedule appointments and prices are fair (if you want to have a massage with an intern, prices are even lower). The place is nice and clean but do not expect low lighting, robes and candles. Sterling is a health center and will provide you a great service but not so much of a Spa feeling. (Although Beatriz’s room looks awesome!)

This is a great facility! Everyone is very friendly and professional. I’ve only had great experiences with the massage therapists there. I see Frank now for my monthly massages and he’s wonderful! I also choose to get my continuing education credits here as their teachers are top quality. I would highly recommend this place! 😁

My LMT (Katie Bunt) was absolutely incredible. She was attentive and thorough. She utilized her hands and forearms seamlessly to give me the best full body swedish massage Ive ever had. I have a medical condition called thoracic outlet syndrome, caused by the presence of an extra set of cervical ribs. I experience a lot of upper back, neck, and chest pain. Katie was careful not to hurt me, but made certain the muscles were massaged deeply. In the past, Ive struggled to find an LMT that knew how to work those muscles and wasnt afraid to. Katie was on it! Its also difficult to find professionals like Katie who embody the serenity that a massage is supposed to bring. The atmosphere of her room was so calm, warm, and inviting. After the massage she greeted me outside the room with cool water and thanked me for coming. She also made a wonderful suggestion to help keep the tension in my upper back and neck under control until our next session. I am looking forward to seeing Katie regularly.

Started going here last year, because I needed a massage at a reasonable price. I love it and am now a regular. Intern sessions offered at an unbeatable rate, and every therapist has done a phenomenal job.

Came in Christmas Eve to get a gift card for my husband because it was the only time I could go in the last 2 weeks. My husband enjoys coming here for massages. Said they closed at 4 that day. I get there at 3:28 and the doors are locked.I understand it’s the holidays. I work them myself. But at least keep to the hours that you claim to be open. I scrambled to get there before close.

LOVE THIS PLACE. The licensed therapists are high quality and the students are devoted to the craft and open to feedback. Really down to earth people, no fuss, just great massages. They also have a membership that’s FAR BETTER than any of the franchise places.

LOVE this Day Spa!! Excellent massages, facials and enjoyed the infrared sauna. So many services to choose from. Have been coming here for over 20 years. Highly recommend having the monthly membership! Family owned and operated, they really understand how your body works and how to get the best results! I always feel great afterwards. 💆‍♀️

I surprised my wife with the gift of a couple’s massage class through Sterling Health Center and Spa for her birthday. We were very impressed. We did the private lesson with Stella who was extremely knowledgeable. She took time to demonstrate each massage technique and then guided us through how to execute it on one another. So, it ended up being an hour and a half massage each as we learned new skills with a professional masseuse, both massaging and teaching. We were also impressed with how simple it was to implement the techniques taught. Overall, it turned out to be an even better gift than I imagined. Very glad I found this class. My wife loved it!

With everything going on in the world I wanted to try and share a positive opportunity for someone who may be needing or looking for one...Coming from someone who has seen the ups and downs, the good the bad, the right the wrong, the trials and rejoices seemingly constant in life, I was always unsatisfied and left searching for what is my calling...where do I belong....Without making this already long post longer...through some soul searching and becoming vocal on the things I was interested in I found Sterling Massage School...I took a leap of faith that maybe this would be something I could actually accomplish..after speaking with the owners directly, going over their IN HOUSE financing, and understanding it would be tight financially but feels worth it, I was enrolled the same day...Never did I think that I would be sent on a journey for knowledge, compassion, understanding, confidence, spiritual, mental, and emotional aspects of my own life, as well as others. For those that have been on this journey with me ha first you are the real MVP but thank you, it was not an easy ride for you either.Selfishly I wanted to keep this entity that gave me so much to myself but lately have felt compelled to share my story of this path in my life and hopefully inspire anyone else...It isnt just massage therapy(which statistically, shoot take a look at indeed, but it protected one of the biggest growth without slowing down) thats not it, you dont just walk away feeling empty with a license you expand yourself to venture into so many other avenues. I personally have LMTs I know studying to become a chiropractor, physical therapist, extend in sciences of the body, teaching, personal training, ect ect...you are using a cost effective method to reach for other stars assigned to you...I get that its tough times for us all, Oh do I get it but I do know it is completely worth looking into...I wont lie I am a little jealous as they are offering the same program for $2800 now to help those who are wanting to pursue a passion actually make it reality...they offer IN HOUSE PAYMENT PLANS, anything that can be taught online will be taught online by the same teachers that taught me :)...lots of options for a school schedule that works for you, and this is literally the longest standing massage school near and still is family owned (Sterling is funnier than me!!!) and they understand life and will do anything to help someone pursue a passion or start a path to yours...plus YOU will have me!! Ive gathered a ton of tips and tricks to understand Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, Pathology, ect ect ect ect and I have been through major life happenings all the while just trying to maintain so just call me your support system...But just wanted to share what has been happening with me and well again just felt the need to let others know your journey is all yours and your path is there, just have to cut down some weeds every so often...Why not take a look we have some classes I can get you in for July :)Be grateful, be blessed

I am not going back again! I scheduled an online massage, two hours later got a call indicating that the particular LMT is not available and rescheduled to a different time with a different person. I showed up on time, the receptionist charged my card upfront and indicated that the masseur will be out momentarily. 15 minutes later, the manager shows up saying that shes not sure whats going on with the masseur. She went and checked with the masseur and says she will be out in five minutes and apologized for the delay. I waited fro 15 minutes more, a solid 30 minutes past my appointment time, had no updates and masseur never showed up. I told them I am leaving and return my money to the card. I am never going back again!

Wife and I began our Valentines weekend with a massage here. Prices are affordable and the staff are very friendly. We had our massages done by interns so it’s always somewhat hit or miss with that, but they do their best. We will probably try them again sometime.

My wife and I have gone here multiple times and this place provides great service. The massages were excellent. My sister in law also got a great massage here. The massage therapists are very professional and are attentive our needs. We recently became members. Prices for massages are very reasonable and they offer many other spa services as well. I look forward to my next massage here.

My partner and I shared the experience of using the infrared sauna and receiving a couple’s massage. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The intern, Monica, provided me with an excellent, out of this world massage. She ensured my comfortability before performing any actions. I would suggest that you try them out if you are looking for an inexpensive massage and also give someone an opportunity to perfect their craft! Loved it!

After being a member for the last year I have Sterling Spa to provide highly trained and personable staff. For the value you cant get a better massage. The location is easily accessible and the online reservation system makes the scheduling easy.

I am a student and current massage therapist intern at Sterling Heath Center. Let me just say, I love this school so much! The price is very decent and beyond fair for the quality that you will receive here. I love all of my teachers and the school honestly feels like a second home to me. I couldn’t imagine going to a different school. Everyone is very supportive, they work with you to make a payment plan (if you choose) and the owners and teachers genuinely want you to succeed. If you want an affordable, warm, happy and highly enducational massage school to attend, look no further.

Ive been to this spa a few times and, each time, it was a wonderful experience. Recently my husband purchased a facial and massage for me for Mothers Day - it was the most wonderful day for me... relaxing and all about me! I loved it and will definitely go back to Sterling again soon!

I love this place and have been going here everytime Ive needed a massage for the past few years. This place does not disappoint!! Every intern Ive had has been cordial and good - they have to be in order to receive a nice evaluation, which I think is an honest and very real process. All the interns Ive had really try and are really learning. I did treat myself to a non-intern one time and she was amazing too, with all her scents and aromas. I highly recommend this place for massages, I havent tried any other of their services though.

I have been several times to the Sterling Health Center and Spa for massages. They give great massages and the environment and ambiance are very relaxing. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The Spa is clean and professional and I recommend it!

I took my mother her with a friend for a mother and daughter day at the spa. they were running a special of having three spa treatments for a very reasonable price. wish they would run this special again. The staff was friendly and the beverages/snacks were a great touch. My mother loved her facial and she has been hooked ever since.

I went here for my very first massage. They were able to get some serious knots out but overall, it was a very relaxing experience. I really recommend it here if you have knots and/or want a good massage from a trusted individual.

I Love Sterling Spa. The Message therapist are great and have been able to help me so much with my neck and back issues. I would definitely recommend them. I did the whole membership at Message Envy and had several problems there. This is a much better atmosphere.

I always get a deep tissue massage. They are interns, but always do an amazing job. They first ask you what and where you are needing help with and they listen and work their magic. My fiance got me hhoked about 2-3 years ago.

Ive been enjoying massages at Sterling Health Center for over 5 years. I started with student massages, which were great, and moved on to registered therapists when I started having severe back and neck pain due to herniated discs. Each of the therapists took the time to ask me if anything was bothering me that I wanted to focus on, and they used the right amount of pressure to help alleviate pain without hurting me. I leave each massage wishing I could have one every week! The staff is always friendly and make me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I highly recommend Sterling!

If you are looking around for a school within the DFW area, this is the best! This is NOT one of those schools that are just trying to get your money and pumping unqualified students through their doors. This school has smaller classes so you have more one on one training with the instructors. The instructors show their passion for this field and relay that on to their students. You will also find that this school is a lot more affordable than others as well. There are also options for making payments. The staff and owners will work with you. They want to see you succeed and be the best MTs because that reflects well on the school and this industry. When you go to apply for positions, you will see places like Massage Envy and Hand and Stone light up when they find out that you went to this school because they know that the best come out of this establishment. Many companies come to the school to recruit students, knowing that this is the best massage school. I highly recommend Sterling Health Center Massage Therapy School.

Sterling Spa has great massages and body wraps. The therapists are always friendly, kind, and informative. I feel completely relaxed after a visit to this spa - would highly recommend it.

Ive been coming to the Sterling Health Center and Spa since about 2001 on a regular basis. This place is nothing shy of awesome!!! Thanks to Mr. Sterling and his staff.. The receptionists are always very friendly, personable and helpful. Since coming here Ive tried some student interns at first and a couple of the registered therapists until one day when I scheduled a session with Craig Mayfield. He is in my opinion one of the best registered therapists I have ever been to. I went to him for a deep tissue massage and since then he is the only therapist that has been able to provide the deep pressure that is required to relieve the stress and tension. I have since increased the frequency in which I visit as well as now scheduling 80 minute sessions. I would highly recommend this place, staff and Craig to anyone/everyone!!

I had a massage appointment here and I fell asleep while I was getting massage. It felt so good! Id like to try their facial massage too. I wish they have more special deals.

I heard that this spa school had a very appealing $35 Swedish massage, the only catch being that your massage therapist is an intern, but my therapist performed wonderfully, working out a sore neck and back after a week of painful sleep. She did such an outstanding job, i was disappointed when i learned she wasnt allowed to accept tips. Id recommend this place to anyone, for a cheap price, you get a full massage and get to further someones education!

I have probably been to Sterling Health Center for a massage more than anyone else in DFW the past couple of years (250+ hours at least) I have gotten massages from several interns as well as LMTs, and I must say...Linda Cole is an exceptional massage therapist....one of the best ......ever. Im not bragging, I just want to give a little credibility to my review, I am a huge massage enthusiast, and have probably gotten around 2500+ hours of massage over the past 10 or so years from as far away as Fiji, and most recently Hong Kong, and Linda is still at the top of my list. She is very professional, and very attentive and caring when it comes to a clients preference...and that I really appreciate. You will too.

My bf and I have been going to Sterling Day Spa for several years now. We really enjoy the massage service, the clean zen environment, and the professional staff. For our monthly visit, I like to get the 50 min swedish massage and my bf prefers the 50 min deep tissue. If youre looking for a great swedish massage, I recommend that you book an appointment with Dawn or Zee. They are the best in my opinion. When it comes to deep tissue, try an appointment with Deanne. My bf and I always walk out feeling re-energized and relaxed. Massage price is also very reasonable. This place is legit. Highly recommend it to everybody.

I have been a massage therapist for 8 years and it is always a pleasure to suscribe for continuing education in this school which is approved by the NCBTMB. In my opinion it is the best school in the metroplex by far.I also would like to say that few months ago while I was searching for answers about my transition in order to keep my national certification , the director of sterling health center and spa took the time to answer all my questions and was the only person with the knowledge to do so .what a great service and kindness thank you for being there for me.Lisa

Our favorites are Tracy for facials, Hector & Karen for massages. I even recommend them to my own clients at the Spa when I am not available. Book ahead of time especially if you are trying to get your treatments on a Friday or Saturday. Ladasha, Nana and/or Nick at the front desk can help you finding a good match so the spa can best serve you. Their prices are also reasonable. I have been very successful as a LMT & I am very grateful for being part of such a nice team. Seriously, they really care about your business. It took me longer to write this because I didnt want to sound biased. I also didnt think it was fair not to spread the word about my favorite LMTs & Esthetician here. My husband and I took a couples massage class and felt like we learned quite a bit. The instructor was knowledgeable, and we especially appreciated the attention paid to privacy (toga wrapping, etc.) in a group setting like that.

Went to a massage basics class for couples, and my wife and I learned some great techniques to release tension from muscles in our neck, shoulders, back, and legs!

I attended Ritu Bhallas class, Ayurveda: Pain Management. This was my first time at Sterling. My soul is satisfied with the experience received from the this! Ritu has got to be my most favorite teacher that Ive had in 10 years in this field. Shes​ real and down to Earth 🌎 I was given tools to better myself as a woman, my family and those I am privileged to work with. Ritu makes you feel like family while still maintaining professionalism. Shes focused, a great communicator & will not talk over your head making her personable. Ritu topped off the last day of class by suggesting we eat Indian food & there was the icing on the cake!!The Sterling Center is clean, beautifully decorated, accommodating & cared for. They have a variety of classes. Try them.I will definitely be back to take more classes from Ritu ❤

It was a good massage however it was done by a student and couldnt do deep tissue work only Swedish but I would recommend
