Billy E. Dade is a new & improved version of itself. The new location has only been open and accepting students for 5 years. The last 4 years under principal Tracey Washington has been an uphill but accomplished battle. Name one school that does not have problems and Ill show you how not to look from the sidewalk but from the inside. There is NO perfect school but since 6th grade my family has had very minimal problems if any. I find the teachers and counselors to be very supportive. But note, I am a very involved parent and former substitute teacher myself. Just dropping your kid off doesnt cut it anymore. Walk your student in, request a parent/teacher conference without waiting to be asked. Send the teachers emails and/or phone calls. If a parent makes the effort the teacher will make two. Trust me Im speaking from experience. If you not going to be a part of the solution, you could be the problem.

This school is the worst. Boys will sexualy harass girls in this school. The boys will be touching girls buttocks and the girls and teacher dont care. There was a fight in this school when a little girl had to go to the hospital because a girl broke the other girls nose. The teachers didnt care and did nothing about it. Also, the teachers in this school would curse and sometimes hit the children without asking parents permission. In dance class the teacher would use negative and nasty music in class and let the kids twerk and dance to it. The principle in the school is the only one who had some sense. This school is bad dont let your children go to it.

I am employed at Dade and it amazes me the potential I see in these wonderful young scholars. People may see it as us being strick but we see it as structure. The children are adopting nicely and many of there attidues have changed. It nice to have a supportive and loving staff. New year, new staff, new students....New Dade. -only the gritty survive

I would like to thank Cynthia Rodriguez my kid has dyslexia and had a hard time from previous schools and she was able to diagnose my kid and help get her the treatment needed.

I have many friends who are middle school students here at Bill Earl Dade. Ive heard the teachers, staff, and representatives are the greatest among Dallas. The real reason why people in the local community post such negative reviews on this exlemplarary school is caused by the misconduct of students; which I find quite true.

Ok i attend this school it is very changed they are a lot better now great progress they are actually too strict now the kids dont even talk about fighting know it is 2015 its not the same trust me

I go to dade middle school I absolutely love it people say its a bad school but its really not the people that go there make it bad you just have to look on the bright side and look past the bad things see the good in all the bad things and trust me you will love it just lose the negative thoughts and you will really see that dade is a great middle school you should enroll your children there by enrolling them you children will become smart independent confident young adults
