We love this daycare. Not only has it been awesome that it is on campus with my job but the people have been absolutely wonderful. This was the first daycare that my son attended and he was 2 when he started and already spoiled rotten by Granny. I was soooo nervous to leave him. But from day one my experience has been amazing. From Ms Janie (his first teacher), Mr Angel (his current teacher), Ms Jamie, Ms Niema, Ms June, Ms Jennifer, Ms Sheila, Ms Vickie....the list goes on and on. It truly takes a village and they all helped out. It is not only convenient if you are working at Presby Dallas but it is staffed with really good people. We are leaving Dealey only because my job is changing and to say that the next place has a lot to live up to is an understatement. Thanks Dealey for raising the bar so high and loving my kid like one of your own. They have also stayed open the entire time since the beginning of this pandemic and have handled all of the every day changes related to COVID-19 gracefully. We will miss Dealey!!

Our family really loved this place. The staff and teachers are very kind and professional. And the facility is also best-in-class.

They have done a fabulous job handling COVID-19. We could not be happier with how this facility runs and handles their responsibilities.

My daughter was not happy there, sometimes she will be so thirsty when we pick her up, also i saw her eating off the floor while the care taker sweeping and she did not care !one time she had a terrible diaper rash because they did not change her for long time. She was not thriving there and they made an issue to move her from one year old class into two!!! When she ws already 2 and 1 month .

This daycare is truly horrible and the management company is just as awful. It took the daycare 8 days to violate a health and safety policy to notify parents that a child has vomited twice. We were notified after our child had vomited four times and was throwing up bile. By the time she was picked up, she had vomited 5 times. We took her to our pediatrician and were immediately sent to the emergency room for an IV because our daughter was dangerously dehydrated. Needless to say we removed our daughter from that daycare immediately. Our decision was affirmed only a few weeks later when we were notified that EIGHT of the teachers at Dealey Childcare Center were placed on administrative leave for drinking alcohol while caring for children.Due to all of the above issues, we of course requested a full refund from the daycare. Unfortunately the daycare and the management company were unsympathetic to the fact that due to their negligence, my wife and I incurred significant incremental costs. Rather than make my wife and I whole by simply returning our full payment (excluding any incremental cost) a representative of Bright Horizons decided to be condescending and insulting to me as a first time parent by justifying what happened with the excuse of these things happen as a parent. That is the perspective of this childcare center, and Bright Horizons as a management company, that when their employees are negligent, ignore their own policies and endanger a child placed in their care, these are things that just happen when you are a parent.

My child recently graduated from this center. She has thrived beautifully here. Right from infant classroom all the way up to pre-school, my relationship with each programs teacher was exceptional. Miss Frances, Miss Chadana, ,Miss Cynthia, Miss Tara, Miss Vicky, Miss Sheila have all been supportive at every stage of her growth. The center has seen to that these teachers grow, and encourages them to help their fellow colleagues as well. My daughter made some great friends during her time here. We also received several digital memories of her socialization and learning and we look back at those fondly. I am so happy that my daughter attended this program - her interests were nurtured and she graduated as a confident young girl and was able to move to a reputed school within the community!

Both of my children are now at this center. My daughter age 3 is learning a ton including days of the week and numbers in Espanol with Mr. Angel and Ms. Jaime.  She is happy to go, sometimes asks if she can go to school on the weekend (!), has friends who give her hugs when she arrives and leaves, eats well, and naps. My son in the infant room is thriving, hitting all milestones, and is generally well cared for: clean with diaper changes at least every hour, safe, fed - including initially on demand and then on a schedule, plays happily and babbles with Ms. Sarah and Ms. Crystal. The teachers, administration, and staff all follow their training and policies which keeps the kids and caregivers healthy and happy. Having childcare on the hospital campus has been fabulous. Complete game changer for me working right at Texas Health Presby Dallas. I regularly visit the kids, have an excellent relationship with the director Ms. Niema and admin Ms. June, Ms. Sheila, Ms. Tara and Ms. Jennifer. I have a great line of communication with this leadership team. Would choose again!

If I could give zero stars I would. Mainly for the woman at the front desk who was quite put off by us arriving without an appointment for a tour. She has a real sunny disposition (not). I would not want this woman interacting with children because she does not know how to politely and respectfully interact with potential customers.
