I used to frequent a OD in Pembroke Pines and stopped going there due to a slow, rude, lazy, and highly unprofessional so called manager named JAIRO. That location closed down like many other ODs did. Now I visit this Towers location and who is there? Jairo! And he is just as bad as before and still so lazy. He lied to me after waiting more than 40 minutes in line to get something printed, he said that their printers can only print on INKJET paper and not laser paper yet everyone who prints knows that retail printers are LASER PRINTERS. This store wont last either under his bad management and outright lying to those who keep their lights on [the customers].

Manager by the name of jairo and employees wouldnt help me print out my companys tag and registration because they said it was against STATE AND COMPANY POLICY.. when I asked to see policy of course he COULDNT SHOW ME THE POLICY!!! another example of people making things harder than it need to be.. employees nor was he helpful.. other manager has always assisted me and was helpful to me anytime I came in

The printing department at this location has always been great for the last few years I have been going there, but I guess its because I always deal with one particular employee who does an amazing job in helping me print what I need to print. Today she wasnt there and the employees that were there had no desire in helping me whats so ever and kept pushing me over to the self serve printing area. So a picture that typically costs me under a dollar to print cost me over 3 dollars because they made me print it at the self service area and then I still had to go to them because I needed it to be 5 x 7 not 8.5 x 11 that the self printing area only lets you print. I have never had this issue and I hope someone talks to these employees so that they are a little more helpful and just show a little more eager to want to help customers and not just push them away to a self service machine. From now in I will just wait for the employee that I always deal with and I dont see her I will walk right back out the door. There is something about poor customer service that rubs me the wrong way and if I were to treat any of my clients the way they treated me today I would be very disappointed in myself. My brother in law is in the corporate office for office depot and I will inform him as well to the poor customer service that these employees gave me today because there was no excuse. We are all dealing with this pandemic in different ways and should be extra careful and sensitive when interracting and dealing with customers. Im not sure if this will really get anywhere other than just a review but I really hope that someone coaches these employees a little better to want to help. You can see on there face that when someone approaches them that they are bothered and thats not the customer service that I am 100 percent sure that Office depot does not want to deliver this type of service. Jairo is horrible and has no clue what he is doing, why is he even a manager? He said he has been one for 10 years at a different location that closed down when I asked him if he was a new manager. I asked him because of how he seemed to know nothing of a entire department in the store and one that seemed to be the busiest.All I wanted was to scan and copy a few documents and he had no idea how to do it and then rudely told me to wait 30 minutes because their worker at the print department was on break... Seriously, how does a manager not know a basic thing like scanning, especially if he has been there for 10 years. This Office Depot is a waste of time! Dont even bother.

You have the worst customer service. Nobody would assist me in finding an item. I found the item at Wal-Mart. Nobody in the store understands English. Please dont hire people who refuse to work.

They stole $427.99 from me on a Lenovo laptop which I ordered and never received now they refuse to process my refund and keep trying to either delay it or deny it out right. Never ordering from them again

Awful customer service, an employee named Jairo was completely rude, disrespectful and uninformed. I waited 39 minutes on line to print something and while in the line Jairo rudely informed that I would not be able to print what I wanted to print because of the paper, no options no consideration, nothing. I continued on the line because I knew it was possible to use the paper which, by the way, I was buying there, the lady on the printing site told me it was possible to do the printing and was super nice, Im sorry I cant leave a review just for her because she really deserved the recognition. He should work somewhere else.

Whoever working the printing area was rude and dismissive. Claimed that my hard drive was not working on her computer so she had me try it on one of the laptop models they had for sale. The hard drive worked on that lap top. I should’ve known though, telling me to try one of the floor models was just a ploy get me to the back on the line. After waiting over a hour I decided to leave because at that point it had become apparent that none of the workers there were willing to help me out. Some of the other workers kept badgering those of us in line to self print, which we all had previously tried but did not work. Poor customer service, poor people skills, and above all I was not even able to get the product I came in for. Try anywhere else before you go to this depot.

Hello! The nice lady in the Hijab, I think her name was... actually, I forgot her name, but that’s besides the point. She was being extremely friendly until I tried to price-match something off of Amazon. She then ripped her Hijab off, started swinging it in the air like a lasso, got it around my neck and dragged me out of the store. She then threw me behind the building, whilst I was tied up with her spare hijabs. After her hours, she beat me to the ground and started saying very mean things. I never did get that discount that I asked for whilst price-checking, but It’s safe to say I had a great new adventurous experience!!! 5 stars!

Yesterday, on October 4th of 2020, I went into this Office Depot. It was the very first office depot I have ever been in (I usually go to staples) and man was I impressed. Faryal complimented my shirt right when I walked in and showed me where the sharpies were. When I went to grab the sharpies, I tripped and face-planted. The other employees laughed at me, but Faryal came over and helped me up. On the way to check out, I had a heart attack but Faryal gave me CPR so now Im all Gucci. When I finally checked out, I realized that I completely forgot my wallet at my house, but Faryal went above and beyond and paid for my sharpies. I purchased a Cannon printer less than a year ago at this place and when I bought it they told me I had one year warranty. The printer stopped working and I went with the receipt and all of the sudden that’s not their issue and now they clarify that the warranty is only 15 DAYS after purchase, otherwise you need to handle the issue with the manufacture company. The person that we spoke to literally said that the best option was just “trash it” like what kind of customer service is that?? you’re telling me that the printer that I purchased at your place for $200 has a life span of less than a year?? really?? What a disgrace of customer service!! never again Office Depot, do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else...

I ordered online then called to ask for a 3 hour turn around. I received a text just before noon that my order was ready. The posters were up in time for the first customers! Woo hoo!

Bought an brother printer there, It stopped working due to a recent update there is no support .

My second experience worse then my first. My first experience I was left lacking. Trying to find an odd item in the store and seemed like I had to browse and walk around for 15 minutes before I could find anyone that would assist me. I give moments the benefit of the doubt though and returned a second time. Second experience, asked an employee about services and he walked away from me. I kept following him to the back of the store before I finally said, ‘yo man are you going to help me’? He’s response was he needed to go talk to his manager in the back first. As though I was on his waiting list and had to follow him around with no explanation. I walked away from him and his response was, ‘whatever’. When I went to ring up later, a customer was having a card problem and was being assisted by a cashier and a manager. This was taking a long while. 5 minutes plus. Standing in line to my right behind the counter was 5 plus employees, never looking up, not realizing a line was forming and people were getting irritable. I finally said, ‘hey can anyone help ring me up’? One lady looked up finally and saw two people helping the lady with the bad card and said, “there’s two people available right there’! I and about four other people just sighed in line and laughed so she motioned for a younger woman to check me out. She was nice. But on a whole, customer experience is horrible here. They try to go out of their way not to help you here. I don’t even write customer reviews but this experience was so bad I felt compelled.

Today I had to print out 3 poster sized images for my upcoming art show. When I arrived to pick up my prints, the color was off and not quite right. Jillian (Im almost positive that was her name) was more than happy to adjust the colors on the computer so that my prints would come out right. She reprinted them once more for me, with the colors on point, free of charge. It was such a help and relief. Thanks for being such a customer-service bad-ass Jill. You saved my art show.

This used to be a great Office Depot. But for the past month this place isn’t pleasant. The staff do not help you find anything. They cash you out like you are a problem.A coupon didn’t work today and I asked why. They said “It doesn’t work”. I asked why again and they said “I don’t know”. So I walked out without buying over $100 of products just because they can’t tell me why I can’t use that coupon. The product selection is good but pricey. If you need help finding products or getting refund/tech help don’t waste your time. Go online.

I was at the copy center yesterday and the women behind the register really created a very hostile business environment. As I was waiting for my job to be completed, she was having a conversation with the customer in front of me. They were both having a pleasant conversation until she started saying things like “We have to get rid of our President.” “I have 5 kids and I’m raisin’ them up to get rid of him.” The customer stopped talking and quickly left. I was shocked that a business would allow their employees to be so openly hostile to the President of the United States and to half of the US population who support him and our country. I will not return to this store.

This is my first time Im writing a review but my experience here was that bad. I have never in my life experienced such rude employees. Specifically, an employee with the name of Tiffany and one of the older male mangers. I went to Office Depot to get a printing service done and when I asked if it could be done as soon as possible the response I got was, You think you can just walk here and get what you want? No words. When I asked to speak to her manager to report the incident he was just as rude. Least to say, I will not return. The Fed Ex printing services down the street is full of sweet, helpful staff. Unfortunately, this office depot just has an overall vibe of being unwelcoming and sour.

Absolutely HORRIBLE printing services in the evening. The associate pulled and ripped my documents while trying to hole punch them. She mispunched the rest of my documents resulting in them having to reprint the document, then tried to pass it off as acceptable work. Wasted two hours between waiting because the staff said it would be completed while I waited and having to come back because it took way longer than expected, which ultimately resulted in a refund because all of my documents had something wrong with them (torn sheets, wrinkles in the paper, uneven hole punching) The morning print staff are way more qualified. Equipment overall sucks, staff at night sucks, 0 stars.

This location is ok. There is always someone to help with items. No lines at the checkout. I rarely visit the store, but never ran into situation when they were out of stock on normal everyday supplies.

The prices seem high, but they are on par with other office supply stores. They have a large selection of products, but you can usually find better deals when there are online or back to school sales.

Print and copy department is a total failure. Technology in poorly maintained and the associate who helped me spoke Level 1 English.
