I couldnt find shoes size 5 for women my daughter solid black tennis shoes or sneakers.So frustrating bcz of this store not having anyone shoes for school its frustrating having to go to one after other store.

This family dollar was well stocked and I got everything I needed. A gentleman who I questioned about a product, helped me to find a product that was better than the one I inquired about. The cashier was professional and prompt. I enjoyed my shopping experience.

The cahier ans other employees did not have masks on. One employee got in line behind me and did not have a mask on and stood almost on top of me to reach over me at the cash register. No social distance or masks.they must think this pandemic is a joke.

I love family dollar because this store has alot of sales on items that you need everyday. And also the employees are very nice to me and this store is neat, clean and organized.

Not the cleanest or most organized Family Dollar I have ever seen, but the woman who helped me at the cash register was very nice and polite.

Convenient, however could use a lot of organizing.

Was really looking for lemon pie slices in freezer srction but didnt find them😟 However did find a couple of items I needed.

Theres a young lady who works here who is Very Rude to older people seen her throwing customers purchases into a bag! She knocked down a Display of roasting pans cause customer asked for help she got mad at the lady. We will not shop here !

The service is extremely poor. The manager, who is a tall man , needs to be terminated. He is rude, hostile, non customer friendly. This manager does not like his job. If that is the case, he should resign.Obviously, this is not the job for him-dealing with the public.

Okay. I know I cant base my star rating off of one person that works there because theres other people that work there too. Thats why I gave this place 2 stars. The man that rang me up, was an extremely slow and took forever. I purchased a handful of things and the whole checkout took over 30 minutes!

Horrible customer service.one male employee gave me attitude from the get go and did not know his store had a rewards program where u can attach your number.they also advertise deals and do not honor it.i called customer service to leave a complaint and spent 1 hour waiting and never got to talk to someone 👎👎Compared to the family dollar in Lincoln Park (amazing staff and CLEAN) this place is AWFUL.
