Amy seems to have a true love for teaching djembre and genuinely cares that her students learn to play. Also she can definitely demonstrate her talent and is very encouraging, positive and passionate. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Amy is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about traditional West African Drumming. Her spirit comes alive during the drumming classes and inspires every student. From beginner to advanced, everyone is welcome, and the class atmosphere is one of genuine support and care. And it is FUN!!!! :-)

Drumming is so much fun and Amy is a great enthusiastic teacher! She does a great job of explaining and demonstrating the notes to whatever we are learning so that everybody can pick it up and drum it together. Her classes are so much fun and reasonably priced; highly recommend!
