Clyde is the best. I tweaked my knee the other week, and noticed how the pain and tension kept moving through my whole body. I went to Clyde about a week into it bc it wasnt getting better. It was intense work, but after a few days, my body is back to normal. Ive been to many massage therapist over the years, but his technique is unique and very effective at releasing trigger points.

Decatur Healing Arts is a vibrant community with a very open heart to the Atlanta area. They hold extremely eye opening workshops (and yoga classes) and I am very much looking forward to going back!

Love the atmosphere and the live music experience I had taking Bobbye’s class with Haji. Haji playing his sitar was wonderful and smoothing throughout the yoga class. Definitely a must if you never experience yoga with live music from a professional.

I have attended two combined CranioSacral therapy/massage sessions with Michael and am feeling better than ever. I had been experiencing chronic fatigue and dizziness, and already, my energy level is up and Im feeling like myself again. After each session, I leave feeling more energized and whole. I would highly recommend CranioSacral therapy to anyone; it has helped me connect to the wisdom and energy of my body and release any trapped negative energy. I cannot wait to go back!

I have thoroughly enjoyed the private lessons with Tai Chi Master Jordan. The practice has allowed me to handle stressful life situations with a new found patience and peace. My body seems to be processing food in a different and better way that keeps me feeling fit and healthy verses lethargic and heavy.I will continue workshops, classes and lessons, learning more and more about mediation and Tai Chi practices.

The evening instructors are lovely and talented and seem to care about their students.Just be aware that the noon class is very loosey-goosey and the starting time is just a suggestion.

My chi flows very smoothly now; I can almost go super saiyan
