Grand Master Yaeger has a fabulous program which includes after school, martial arts, anti-bullying, sparring, and self-defense. Our grandson has learned so much and his confidence grows daily with the guidance and mentoring he gets at Self Defense America!

My children attended self defense America a few years back and they loved it. Master Yeager is the best. He has great communication skills with the children and i loved how after each practice he would sit down with them all and give a small speech on life lessons and safety.

Master Chris Yaeger is one of the best martial arts instructors I have ever had the pleasure of learning from. The Pasadena Police Dept and Pasadena Swat Team depend on his style and instruction, so why shouldnt I? You wont regret it.

Hall of Famer, Grand Master Chris Yeager has helped my son stay confident and out of trouble. He does not feel like he has anything to prove when provoked, however if a challenger persist, thats another story. I wouldnt take my family anywhere else. Thanks Self Defense America!!!!
