I took a trip to the high school we my kid for a sporting event tournament. The school area is under construction and Id basically one way behind the whole school to reach the sports areas on the backside of the school. Once we were there, my kid had a decent time at the event with a few issues. The school was nice and the teachers we encountered were also good is several aspects.

As a guyer alumi, this place is truly an amazing one of a kind place. Incoming and current students will always be given wonderful opportunities to make academic, fine arts, and athletic history. This school has an outstanding athletic department with the best coaches for every sport. A remarkable fine arts department. The academics here are similar to college. What makes Guyer High different from the others is that inside, the world becomes student oriented. Students are able to express their opinions, create new ideas for classes, clubs, or School activities, and teachers and staff are always there to help them every step of the way.

Guyer High School is an outstanding school. Teachers and Admin help their students and everyone has terrific school spirit. I was pleased when I transferred to this High School and Graduated from it last year. Best school in Denton Hands down.

I love guyer high school because of the friends. They are so nice to me. I love the teachers (except for 2 of them, and I wont name them) I like every class and physical education.

Guyer really did helped me to prepare for success in college and in life. Im proud to be an alumni of this school. Best school of Southside Denton.

Seems like a really great school. Was there for a kids basketball tournament and gyms were nice.

Guyer high school is one of my favorite school because I get to see my new friend and they love me so much plus all the teacher too

Great High School. Unfortunately there is a lot of young drivers causing a car wreck almost every day when driving out of the schools parking lot. That should be addressed within the school administration.

We moved to a neighborhood close to the school just so my daughter could go here. That was a mistake I regret every day. We should have moved to DHS. Not all, but many of the teachers treat my daughter like she is stupid, the athletic coaches dont care who they step on or how much damage they cause and, despite my meeting with an assistant principal and the principal, none of my concerns have been addressed. And just to add insult to injury, Ive tried for a year to volunteer at this school and keep being ignored. The next two years until graduation cannot go by fast enough. I havent hated high school this much since I was in high school.

I am a genius and no one at this school rivals me besides the likes of super Sullivan and mr noael. Basically in a mathematical competition I grabbed their entire intellects and ascended into a plane of pure enlightenment and after that day I could never see the school in the same way knowing that I am superior to all beings in everyway. Basically I am superior to alol tand chiplk meaikjm.

My only issue with this school is they need to take bullying a lot more serious and resolve the issue before it gets out of hand! If not we will take it to the higher authorities! This school neglects too many problems.

Why is the school so big?

Guyer sucks it’s the worst school I’ve been to they don’t teach you nothing and don’t care about anything but there paycheck

The biggest problems are the students who attend this school and the fact that a lot of the staff and such only care about sports and lots of academically uneducated coaches are teachers which is unhelpful.
