We had the best experience with Bright Horizons Montessori on the Mall. We moved from SF, and the entire staff helped my daughter adjust to her new environment. My daughter’s teachers Ms. Sam and Ms. Emilee are fantastic - they are awesome teachers, very engaging and energetic, and my husband and I noticed a huge improvement in my daughter’s level of confidence, as well as language and social skills. We received daily updates from the teachers with notes on what my daughter did, what they were working on, etc., as well as cute pictures of her doing the activities (also everyday!). She did a ton of different activities everyday. Alethea the Head of School keeps the place running really well. The classrooms are very big, bright, clean and spacious and the school has an outdoor space that my daughter loved. We highly recommend!

The director of this facility is an amazing person. I feel that he really does care for families and their needs. At a moments notice he was able to pull together a solution for our familys daycare needs. My oldest son attended here from 6 months to 18 months and we enjoyed it very much back in 2011 to 2012. We love the Montessori environment that this facility provides. It is clean, safe, and enriching.

I am so sick of Ariselli, the Manager, having such a horrible administration team. You know Im not sure if its her or her Assistant Leah, who is actually in charge. Everyday my wife or I drop off our kid in the morning, ONE or BOTH of them are late. Leah today, was wearing a very low cut shirt and flip flops, very professional for the money I pay every month. It seems they cant get the schedule straight, Teachers are working long hours and are never in the classroom they are suppose to be teaching. I am told by the admin. pictures will be Tuesday only to show up Tuesday afternoon to be told pictures have been moved to Wednesday.All I hear from Ariselli is Well get right on that and the problems never seem to get fixed. I hear one thing from Leah, and the opposite from Ariselli.They have lost like 8 teachers in the Last MONTH and the only good admin person there, Lauren!!! Because of things just like this I guessing. Im going to pull my child out as soon as I find another suitable School.ONE MORE FUN FACT ONLY 3 TEACHERS ARE ACTUALLY MONTESSORI CERTIFIED, THIS INCLUDES THE HEAD TEACHERS!!!
