Mike and his team are professional, thorough and determined to help you as a client. They take dealing with the insurance company off of you and stick by you every step of the way. They are not happy until you are happy. They go over and above to make sure that you receive what they believe to be fair. I highly recommend! 100% satisfied.

Very well conducted course. Lindsay, the course instructor, is very knowledgeable and never hesitates to stop and go over things when needed. The course is comprehensive, well put together, and gives beginning adjusters the info they need to start and succeed in this line of work.

We are hired! My wife and I just received our first IA offer today! Mike, Kelly, and Vergie were all very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in helping my wife Stephanie and I understand what its going to take to be a successful adjusters. If you are a new adjuster with little to no experience, you MUST take this course. Not only will you be better prepared to work in the field, but when you are talking to IA firms as you’re applying, you will have the confidence and knowledge to do a great phone interview. We truly believe we would not have received this opportunity without our training at Mile High Adjusters!!!

Great Class. I have been on the contractor side working storms for 4 years, and this class taught me a great deal of knowledge. This is a tough industry to get into, but this a great stepping stone along the way.

This is a class full of knowledge. I have taken multiple classes with Mile High Adjusters and have sent nearly all of my employees and will continue to send future employees through their training. If youre looking to further your career or start a new one this is a great place to start. With anything in life you get what you put into it. If you dont apply yourself with the knowledge you gain from the amazing instructors then it wont do you much good.

Great place to get started on your adjusting path. Right now (2019) they have a really great instructor that really knows what he is doing and hes there for the rest of the year. Consider Mile High Adjusters your stepping stone. After the class its on you to get Xactimate certifications and CE credits. On a side note, disregard the one star reviews, especially from Chris Johnson. Guy likes to complain a lot...

The 2 classes I took, Adjusters Class and Boot Camp were both great classes. There is a lot of information to take in and you need computer skills, but they will teach you a lot. As to the review that says there is no work out there - Adjuster work is like any other job, you come out of school with a license and knowledge but no experience, it is up to you to start beating the bushes for that first job that gives you the right to say on a resume i have done this work. Having said that i am now applying for jobs i was not qualified for prior to class.

Before you take their classes, investigate whether there is a market for new adjusters or not. Mike, the owner, is a slick salesperson that will convince you that you can get rich doing this. The fact is that there is a limited demand for adjusters and the pay isnt anywhere close to what he tells you. If your looking for a job that pays $40k per year, all travel, intermittent work, then this might be a great career for you.I think Mike realized he could make more money teaching classes than actually doing adjusting. The teachers, all former students, are happy as heck to have some income from Mike, locally. If you ask them any questions, they will look down and tell you to talk to Mike about this.Other than that, the classes are indeed well done and you do learn a lot. My biggest complaint is that I was under the impression I was signing up for a new lucrative career.

Very well done - excellent information and the staff is top notch. Mike Popejoy the owner is always on site and Kelly Scott is a great instructor with more knowledge than all the companies you will interview with. I just got out of the two week program and working the streets now for work. No guarantees on work but they all gave me what I feel is the framework to succeed. Yes - we all get sold something every day of our lives and the older you get - you seem to get screwed more even though we are wiser SO I will stay on the reviews and update (unlike others that review but do not report back any results) and let everyone know the path and how it goes. I do have a college degree in business, the two week program was completed, Texas All-Lines License, and they helped me get Xactimate Level 1 Certified. Finally - I built custom homes and did renovations and restorations so over 15 years in construction. So I am hoping that I cannot be anymore qualified than this (except having years of actual claims experience). I will keep everyone posted on results!UPDATE: AS I PROMISED - Now two months post graduating Mile High Adjusters Academy: Its now 12/14/2019 - I have worked diligently contacting IAFs as well as for staff positions with major carriers. ALL Job boards (Monster, Glass Door etc - which will overwhelm your email box and you had better be organized and if you are not organized naturally - either learn it or select another occupation - because you will miss anything which is truly important), personal phone calls , as well as selecting the top Carriers to pursue. I now have been offered a Claims Specialist position with the top carrier in the country, and simultaneously being pursued by three other Fortune 100s, as well as being on the top ten IAF Rosters. More Updates to come as time permits. Best of Luck - all it takes is a smart company to recognize the best talent and training.

Mile High Adjustors did exactly what they said they would. Very knowledgeable teachers and instructors. The owner, Mike, was there everyday of the class before we arrived at 7am and after we left at 6 pm. You can tell he cares about each student and followed through very thoroughly. The company as a whole exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone.

Do not think you will be working right away. Do this in addition to your current job until a massive hurricane hits. Theyll tell you that you will likely be deployed before the end of the course, but it isnt true.

I have known Mile High Adjusters Owner Mike Popejoy almost five years now. Mike is the consummate professional and his goal for every student is to train them for a career in the catastrophe insurance claims industry and not just a job.I came to know Mike back in early 2010 when as a claims manager for Mariposa Insurance Services. On behalf of Mariposa Insurance Services, I created, designed, and implemented the Mariposa Insurance Services Apprentice project that came to be known as the MAP Project. The Senior Partners at Mariposa (adjusters themselves who worked their way up through the ranks) hire nothing but A-rated claims professionals. So when they decided to give back to the industry, I created the MAP project where Mariposa would train newly licensed claims professionals from the very beginning. For those who successfully completed the project, a whole new world awaited them. When it came time to choose participants, it was a no brainer on where to look for competent newly licensed claims professionals, Mile High Adjusters! The first four apprentice candidates came via Mile High Adjusters. All four completed the program and are working adjusters today, two of those adjusters are currently working as Staff Adjusters. Six out of the first ten candidates are also Mile High Adjuster Alumni and all but one are working claims professionals five years hence. The CAT adjuster industry is a difficult industry to break into. Yet for those willing to pay their dues and willing to work harder than they ever have, a whole new world awaits them and their families. For those looking for a challenging new career, Mile High Adjusters is the place to get startedRobby RobinsonCatastrophe Operations ManagerAmerican Veteran CAT Recovery
