I have called on monday morning to get a quote for insurance. At 10 in the morning lady working there took our name and all the details she needed and ask me if I could email her the vin number of the car, by one pm I called again and she wanted all the personal details which she took in the morning to be send by email. She told me that I should give her 10 minutes and she will call back. After 2 hours nothing. So I called again and I have been told that she is busy. So I called corporate office where I got cell number for manager Felix Corchado and left him a message. Today is Wednesday and no call, nothing. Way to go to treat customer.Dont loose your time and go somewhere else
