I had zero experience on the mat before coming here. Went to an open mat and I was the smallest guy and the only white belt. These guys could’ve murdered me fifty times over but they were super humble and friendly. They were even giving me tips mid-roll on how to lock in a triangle on the coach! Check this place out, everyone I’ve met has been awesome and I know you won’t regret it.

The culture here alone is what I love about this training facility. Starts with the ownership. Sense of family and unity. The professor is hands down one of the best coaches Ive ever had.

My daughter has been going to Avenge Studio for almost a year now and she’s definitely enjoying it. Her hard work and dedication is all because of the wonderful coaches and their fantastic teachings.

This place is great. Ive been a member here for nearly two years. Ive seen it go through multiple changes, multiple lead instructors, but the current instructor Professor Gonza is incredible. The people who run this gym are incredible. It feels like home, like family. Ive made very close friends here over the time Ive been a member. Nothing brings people closer than trying to best each other in physical combat. Jiu Jitsu is known as the gentle art, and at this gym that moniker very much applies. And...just as an aside, the twin serpents on the logo are a dragon and a snake, which you can tell, if you look closely, as one has slightly smaller teeth than the other, which, I assume, means that one is the snake. Come to Avenge to feel simultaneously like a fire breathing dragon and lithe and graceful, like a Boa constrictor.

This is a fantastic martial arts school and boxing Academy! Somebody referred me to them and I experience the most incredible instruction by world class jujitsu Instructors. It’s a new school With normal and typical people in there to get fit while learning self-defense through jujitsu and boxing. I highly recommend it!

This place is great! The new owners are awesome, and Professor Gonzo is a great teacher. Everyone is welcoming but also trains hard. I highly recommend Avenge.
