This place is awesome! Shifu is so nice and the curriculum you learn is vast and interesting. Even the warm ups you do have a great amount of variety in them. My mind and body feel so much better since starting this amazing journey.

This is the place. Kung fu, Qigong, and tai chi are offered here. This is the best place to connect mind, body, and spirit. Improve overall health and learn the art of self defense from an absolute master. Everyone here is friendly and excited to see the growth and success of all students. Sifu is an amazing and insightful teacher. I feel blessed to be a part of the USA Shaolin Kung Fu Academy of Denver.

Ive been looking for a school like this for a long time! Shifu Shi Heng Chao is from the Shaolin Temple, he teaches authentic Shaolin martial arts and he and all of the students are amazing and extremely welcoming. Very excited a school like this finally exists in Denver.

Finally found THE place, and finally found my Shifu. This is the real deal. Authentic Shaolin, which is totally surreal in our Colorado mountain setting. Everyone works together as a team & support system in the classes (whether they are Kung Fu, Qi Na, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, etc). I am inspired by children and the experienced adults as athletes and Martial Artists alike! Why cant we give 10 stars?

Shifu Shi Heng Chao is truly amazing! His Shaolin Kung Fu is authentic, second to none in Colorado. Im glad Im apart of this great school!
