THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT. I purchased a pair of shin pads here that were defective (misaligned stitching meant the straps werent attached fully). When I tried to return them unused and they said they did not accept returns in case someone used the equipment then returned it damaged, even on clearly defective items. They did accept exchanges which leads me to believe that they still might try to resell the item, which makes their return policy seem hypocritical.Rather than get the same pads (PFG brand that were marked up from $50 online to $100 in store) I had to shell out and extra $70 for the only other legitimate brand in store so that I could use the full exchange credit.Both people I dealt with were very kind and allowed me to try the shin pads on their bags, but the hypocritical return policy will keep me from purchasing anything from there again.EDIT:The response from World Martial Arts is misleading. I was told multiple times that I was not able to make a direct return, even with an admitted defect. If I was able to do a direct return as I asked for multiple times I would have done so.

From out of town and doing a cosplay photoshoot... we needed a set of sai. This was THE store to find what we needed! Seriously they had exactly what we were looking for at a great price! if you need any kind of martial art supplies they seem to have it all! From practice swords to the real thing and everything in between!

Really nice place the staff is very Knowledgeable and the Lady was super helpful and gave a valuable information regarding choosing the right items for my need I will definitely visit them again in the future if I need more martial arts supply :)

I went there to buy a graphite bostaff. The owner allowed me to test the bo staff out on the mat. I dropped the bo staff and it broke. I was willing to pay for the damage but the owner told me not to worry about it and he will try to get it replaced by the manufacturer. Thank you.
