Great atmosphere from students and staff. The kids classes have a great mix of technique and conditioning delivered at a suitable pace. Coaches Allen and Dwayne are great people and the owner (Oscar) always makes himself available for phonecalls and emails.

This gym is fantastic. I personally have numerous fights and have been training over the last 20 years in Muay Thai and I felt like I learned a lot in my short time training here. That being said coach Oscar does a great job of making sure trainees at all levels are learning as well as having a great time doing so. This will absolutely be my go-to gym when Im visiting the Denver area.
