Ignorance, arrogance, unfairness, disrespectful and misleading. I was enrolled at the school and was treated poorly. I was mislead, disrespected, ignored and wasnt a chosen one out of an unfair situation. The higher up faculty blows my mind with their ignorance and the pure fact that as a student I was completely IGNORED and declined....again as an enrolled student paying for this institute. The only good thing I have to say is that their professors truly want you to succeed, but if you have to deal with the leading faculty....good luck you might just get terminated.

Terrible clinical placement and constant rotation of instructors. Once you have started there, its impractical to leave. The warm friendly feel you see on admission quickly changes to a just deal with it mentality. Ask enrolled students their experience before spending premium tuition money.

I had requested information on this school about a month ago because I was unsure whether or not I was going to be able to be accepted at CCU where I am currently hoping to get in for the BSN program. I had an incident happen 5 years ago that might keep me from being accepted. I spoke with the dean of the school, Jeff. Let me start off by saying that he was a person who was very discouraging, aggressive and rude. Not only did he try to lecture me on what happened to me 5 years ago, but he went to tell me that I would be needing a parent to co-sign for me to take out a personal loan to be able to pay for school. Really? I already knew that based off experiences from friends who went there. He also had sent me an email with detailed information but obviously the question I had for him is NOT mentioned on there. I will definitely be looking to apply somewhere else. You would think being the dean of the school, you would want to HELP students with their achievements and not bully them into thinking they are not worth it.

Tried talking to the dean of admissions, Jeff, about how to choose the right program and was hastily trying to get me off the phone and instead send me an email with the exact information that’s on the website. This was after I had told him I studied the website but unsure of which program to choose seeing as how no one does an Associates of nursing anymore and was still finishing my pre-reqs at CCD. You would think, the money they charge for students to go here, would be worth the while to talk with them but no, clearly not the case.

This school is a scam. The director of admissions, Jeff, aggressively pushed me to apply to the BSN program instead of the ADN program even though I told him I wouldn’t have time to complete it there. We went back and forth a for awhile of him being very aggressive. To the point that out of no where he started to say “we may not have a class of ADN starting in April”. When I asked for elaboration, he said “we haven’t had very many people apply, so if we get a rush of application in the next two weeks, which I don’t see happening, then we won’t start it”. I asked why would they take my $100 application fee if they didn’t have a cohort starting? He assured me that they would refund it IF a class didn’t start. Fast forward a few weeks and I got my unacceptance letter. That said “I’m not qualified” “based on the volume of applicants they can’t provide details about why”. Mind you the application process is solely off of GPA, and a letter to the school. I have a 3.0 GPA, they require a 2.5. I made a 89 on the HESI, but they didn’t ask of that information. I’m not sure what is going on with this school. But they’ve been caught in scams before. I can imagine it’s only a matter of time before they close their doors.

They treat their ADN students like second class citizens. They find reasons to suspend and fail students to make them repeat classes to soak more money out of them. There is a reason they have a low attrition rate, and its not because they are challenging.

Looking at how they treat there students, why would anyone continue to enroll there. Its all over the news. It shows that when you are planning on enrolling watch yourself! #disappointed
