Have called and left 2 voicemails with the school about transportation, and left 2 voicemails with DPST as well. I have not received any information to the problem I have at hand, and I have not received any call backs at all. Going on 2 and half weeks now.Update: I have also sent out an email regarding the same issue. Still no response. Whats the point of having employees if no one does their job?

Never had to argue back in forth with a school bus company ever.....Very rude staff and nor very helpful in changing one stop a few blocks its to far and crossing busy streets...Staff have no matters and do help with issues to get results made.

I have handicap plates on my car. I was going to back out of my spot and school bus I believe number 1046 was parked right behind me and where she was parked was a red zone. I told her she was parked in a red zone and she said she was there to pick up kids. So I guess its OK for school bus to not obey parking signs.

I keep trying to get a hold of somebody who is in charge of my children’s bus routes I cannot get a hold of anybody I need to make a complaint on the driver for unsafe driving I am tired of leaving messages and I would like this problem resolved this is concerning my children safety and I feel that it is a key points that should be paid attention to. So I have not received any calls back and the same concerning issues continue to happen

ALWAYS a long hold, IF you get through to someone when you call. Their correspondence with schools is poor as far as student rosters. Changed our address with the school during annual registration and was told my son needed a new 1066 form. They take forever to get info in that they supposedly need. My son missed the first day of school because I had no other way to get him there, hence why I signed him up for transportation. The turnaround time frame must be WEEKS even if your child is going to the DAME school as the year before. I feel like hes being punished because of changing his address, or maybe they just throw special needs kids in a forgotten bucket. Im tempted to contact a lawyer and see if I have any kind of case regarding this.

The worst service possible. They haven’t come to pick up my sister for 3 days straight and when I call, they have me on hold for hours sometimes just putting me straight to voicemail. If I could fight them I would 😊
