The company seems to be really good, if everything goes right. We rented a van to go out of state. There was a crack in the coolant line, which caused all the coolant to leak out. We only made it 1 hour outside of Denver. I don’t blame them for the leak, but the response was poor. We were giving a number to Dickerson fleeting company for repairs, we had to wait 30 minutes on hold just to get on the schedule for someone to come out. The van broke down at 10:15, we didn’t have some one arrive till 2:30. They had to rig up the van, just to get us back to town. We ended up getting back on the road at 4:00. We sat on the side of the road for almost 6 hours. We had to cancel our trip, because we couldn’t get another vehicle. The company had no interest in helping us with the money we couldn’t get back from our hotels/ events we wanted to do. They did very little to help with the fact that 13 people were stuck on the side of the road for almost 6 hours. 8 of them being kids. When I went to pick up the van at 8 that morning, it wasnt ready, the manager showed up late at 8:30. They rushed getting the van to us. I believe that’s why they didn’t realize the van had no coolant. They didn’t do a proper checkup. Also it did not have a full tank of gas, I had to fill it up, to only get 1 gallon out of it. So I also lost out on gas money, because they didn’t reimburse that. As long as your van does not break down, should be an ok company to rent from. If it has any issues be ready to be on the side of the road for 6 hours, poor communication, and very little help. I would’ve done a 1 star, but Sophie was very nice, and helpful during the rental process.

This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had. Jimmy made booking easy , & Crystal was FANTASTIC! She was so kind, & pleasant! She made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. She even went out of her way to reach out to me when she noticed my daughter had left behind her stuffed animal (which I counted as a loss) —she went to the extent of mailing it all the way to Florida from Colorado for us free of charge! Could not ask for better customer service!!!

I often have to pop in for a minor repair on my bus. Always professional, polite, and immediately do my minor repair. They are the nicest people. I really appreciate them keeping me on the road.

I stopped by their office to rent a sprinter and was told to get a hold of Mr. Boris Holmes, regional sales manager who was in charge of my transaction. Mr. Holmes was never in the office during business hours and does not pick up his business calls. After 8 attempts and several emails he finals picks up. He then responded to my interest to rent his sprinter and asked for a without disclosing any policies in terms of contract, cancellations. I hesitated but was desperate for the sprinter for work. He didn’t even tell me the full price for the rental. Two days later, I figured his inflated $3300 rental for 6 days so I decided to cancel the reservation. He charged my credit card $1500 apparent deposit without my signature and without any contract. I was not pleased. I called 6 times him and left him messages to cancel. I emailed him within two days to cancel it also. A week after he finally picks up my call and tells me that $1500 is nonerefundable deposit. I reminded him that he never emailed me or verbally disclosed deposit policies and terms and conditions. He didn’t seem to care and simply said “ oh I thought you knew”. Well, I explained to him that I didn’t authorize the charge and I didn’t receive or agree to a contract and didn’t sign the credit card charge. He then said he will call corporate and get back to me with a decision. He never once called me back nor return my calls and emails. I disputed the charge with my bank and won the case against the company.Avoid this company by all means.
