Challenging experience with the Office Depot on South Colorado. Ordered prints with a confirmation to pickup by 5:00pm. Arrived to pickup order from print department and print job had not even been started yet. Staff commented that the earliest it might be ready is the following evening. No notice provided that the order was not completed or even started outside of a pickup at 5:00pm notice. Total disconnect between website and store, which means you cannot rely on a print order at this location or Office Depot.

They are great! Worked me right in when I dropped in needing copies for work/payment at last moment. They provided me what I needed quick and professional

Self service for copy machines was great. Directions posted, use credit cards, very easy to use, no waiting.

Keep getting different prices for the same copy job. Manager does have any answers as to why and point me to someone else outside the office employees are unprofessional and poorly trained on business etiquacy. I pay for a print job and come back the next day to pick it up in the evening and Im told they never started on it. This store is complete trash. Hands down

Be aware when using your credit card here. They stole my information and made a lot of purchases using my card.

I had to come in both yesterday 2/3/21 and today 2/4/21. From when I walked in the door, the staff were very friendly and attentive. I believe her name was Emily, when it came to the Printing department. Emily was very professional, helpful and committed when it came to printing off 10 copies of my resume. I think the team needs something to reward excellent service.

Had no idea this location existed! I much prefer the smaller size of this shop compared to the one I typically go to in Aurora. Plus this location had super attentive staff & made my printing needs very easy unlike my experiences at other locations.

Came here to just get a few things copied. Was told to use self copy machine which out order. Then was told that I was going to be charged 3 dollars a page if they do it. Seem like they just came up out air with that charge. Costumer service was terrible!!

Jason was fantastic! Not only did he figure out exactly what I was trying to do and print (and how I wanted it printed) without knowing what I actually wanted. He was great and very patient and attentive not only to me but to many other customers while helping me. This was by far the best trip I’ve had to the store!

I had an exceptional customer service experience with Jason S! (Not sure of his last name...this is how his name appeared on his name tag.) Jason was extremely helpful in every way. He showed me how to upload and print images from the copy machine and more. He went above and beyond and was also very friendly. I will return to this Office Depot because of Jason!

Just needed a USB cable. The one I needed wasnt in stock, but the staff were very helpful in tracking it down. Turns out they had a spare in the back. Excellent service.

Price mismatch between what was marked and what the computer priced the item at during checkout. When brought to the cashiers attention, he acted like I was trying to scam him and wouldnt walk back with me to check the marked price. I walked out and will not be back.

I came in to print work project and got really poor treatment from Mike in the printing services. He made a few snarky comments like when I asked for email address when I came in, he wondered my email or theirs (of course theirs, I know mine) or when he started checking me out and I told him I have an account number, he said that I should have said it before. I actually normally get asked for questions like that if you guys need it before check out.Thanks for printing but Im okay with not getting service from you again

Unfriendly staff who were not helpful or apologetic when they couldn’t help me with what I needed. Then, I was overcharged for my purchase. Will probably drive out of my way to go somewhere else next time, despite living less than a mile from this location. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is they had what I needed to buy. Very unpleasant experience for what should have been a simple stop.

I was just at this Office Depot the other day, trying it complete a lamination project. I was so kindly helped by the manager, Stephanie. She gave me lots of ideas on how I could accomplish my goals for my project & she helped me find what I needed in the store. A very nice experience & my project is turning out great!

I go there to get my art projects printed - always helpful, competent and decently priced.3 years later, and it is my still go-to place for design projects. they have an amazing team of knowledgable people working there. and their equipment gets serviced regularly so the quality is great! Carly was super helpful today!

Everyone who works here are super helpful! I always find what I need and get great customer service. Not to mention the copy and print center are fast and efficient when I need printing.

Beautiful experience, expert staff able to understand exactly how to bring to life the vision I had for some business pamphlets. Bruce Taylor was the specialist who helped me out. He was efficient, good natured, and extremely helpful throughout the process. I will will be asking for Bruce for all my custom print jobs in the future !

I went to this location to have my resume printed out. I needed this done quickly. I wanted my resume to be printed on card stock. When I asked the cashier where I needed to go to achieve this he first went over his head set to the printing station and asked an extremely rude female if I could print on card stock using the self service printer. She replied back on the head set loud enough that I could hear her across the room that I could go ahead and try but that it wont work. I asked him if she would be able to assist me and was he walked over to her as she simply handed him the paper repeating that the copier will just eat it up. I proceeded to try. The first machine froze and then restarted so I moved to the other machine. I was able to email my document. I selected for it to print double sided. It did not print double sided. I told the cashier again that it did not print correctly. He proceeded to get back on his headset, keep in mind they are roughly 40 feet a part. At this point I would have expected the lady from the printing department to come over and assist me. They decided it would be easier to talk over the headset for a few minutes accomplishing nothing. I asked if she would be able to come assist and she simply continued to explain to the cashier that I did it incorrectly. All in all this was a joke of an experience at a store that prides itself on customer service and business needs. I will never be back and strongly urge you to go to a different location. I was also charged and have not figured out how to get a refund.

Fazia in the copy center was incredibly helpful making flyers when we lost our dog recently and deserves a raise and a few extra days off

I was totally lost trying to buy ink for my companys printer. As I stood looking at the ink googling to try to figure it out, Rich walked up and asked if I needed help. Not only did he help me find what I needed but he showed me how to look it up right there in the store! AMAZING customer service thanks Rich!!

The people who work here are generally rude. But I still come here once in awhile because I live across the street. Today I got there at 8:10 to pick up a printed presentation. By 8:20 they will were still not open because no one showed up to work. I would not trust or rely on this store if they cant even be open 20 minutes after the official store opening time.

This specific OD location is pretty much just meh. I use their printing department regularly and the results are always just so-so. For example, recently dropped off a bunch of vision boards to be laminated. I was told 2-3 business day turn around time. When I picked them up many of the pictures on the boards had fallen off and not been reattached before laminating, some of them had been cut crooked, some had cut into the boards themselves, and some not cut at all. Classic OD work. I continue to go here because its convenient but after this latest in a long line of experiences Ill be seeking a better fit for my business.

Worked with Nick Cavillo re a new printer. He listened to my concerns/needs.. made a great recommendation that addressed the issues I was having. Very happy. Cashier was super friendly as well..

STAY AWAY!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these scam artists. I had to file a complaint with Colorado Attorney General office.Absolutely the worst experience possible. I purchased a product in the store with cash and was told that I would be able to receive a cash refund. After getting the wrong product(3 days late), not one employee in the store, including Skyler the Operations Manager knew how to process my refund. Came to the store 3 times. Still havent received my refund and its been 3 weeks. I was told that I would receive a call from Stephanie, the store manager. Never got a call. Told that she was working at a different store and would be back tomorrow. Then I was told the same thing the next day. They cannot give me cash because they dont have enough cash to cover my refund. Corporate will not send a check because it was purchased in cash at the store. SCAM!!!!!!!!

The Copy & Print shop here is fantastic! The guy that helped me print and laminate my cake decorating portfolio sheets did a great job. Most OfficeMax/Depots dont have a heat laminator, theyre put into little sheets that mostly adhere to itself not the paper, so it cant be trimmed right up to the page, and definitely not cropping the page after lamination, but this one has a hefty laminator that adheres to the paper and really did my portfolio justice. The lamination sheets had gotten put into the machine upside down by a previous worker but he said hed have them ready the next day if I could come back in to pick them up then. He fought with swapping around the giant rollers that night and had them ready when he said they would be the next day. Wonderful service and great product!

If you go to this store and buy something, better be able to haul it away. Dont have it set to be delivered, it wont happen. They will cancel the order and claim you canceled it, then its murder to get a refund, if you get one at all.

Horrible customer service. Specifically employee Dustin. Now, before I completely go off on what an entirely incompetent moron this guy is who seems totally apathetic about his job and has perhaps a negative level of concern for customer service I must first acknowledge the lingering possibility I cant quite seem to shake that Dustin is perhaps mentally handicapped. So for the time being Ill offer him the benefit of that doubt until more complete information is acquired.

Was at this location today and left feeling awful. Another customer was verbally abusing the girl who was behind the register. No signof management until he began to scream and cuss at her in front of his own child. They still decided to serve this man anyway instead of letting him know this was not ok. I had to walk out and visit the Belcaro location because I simply cannot do business with people who allow their employees to be treated this way. If you were afraid of losing him as a customer, then you definitely lost my business as well as many of my coworkers. Hope she is doing ok.

Didnt have everything I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cashier was friendly. He asked for my phone number for rewards then nothing. Checked me but never asked if I found everything ok. He asked about my sixteen month old daughter. They just missed on not having everything I need and asking if found everything ok.

My wife ordered anposter print which had size specifications that was explained really well by the print executive, also was delivered right on time. At checkout the executive helped us through rewards to save sone bucks for us.Bijita- poster print 8/15

Office Depot is the most overpriced place I have ever stepped foot into. I hadnt been in a while and see why. The amounts they charge for things is outrageous. Literally double the price for the same things.or some quality on basically all office supplies. I would never shop here. Id say only shop here if you are a fan of wasting money when.its not necessary. And this location the checkout area was a complete mess which isnt good for customer experience either.

Horrible customer service. I went in to get a quote for a copy order and was happy with the quote they gave me. When I went in the next day, they said the quote was wrong and they were going to charge 3x the amount that was quoted to me. They refused to check who gave me the quote unless I had the employees name and had no response when I asked why it was my responsibility to make sure their employees did their job correctly. The female employee was very rude but was not wearing a name tag so I cant identify her either. Very frustrating experience.

I’ve told myself after every time of leaving this location that I will go to a different next location next time. The people who work here are the most incompetent people I’ve ever dealt with. I hate to be rude but the whole team works with no urgency or customer service. The printing department is the worst. I had ‘help’ from the supervisor last time and he was less help than a regular employee. Hire new people and read your reviews!!

I typically do not leave reviews but the customer service here is atrocious. My grandfather bought a computer from this place and was charged for repairs numerious times. Each time the technician assured him the computer was good to go only for him to he forced to call again. Furthermore, he had to jump through hoops to get a refund for the defective computer (after he was charged for repairs). Heres the thing. Without customers, Office Depot/Max will fold. Taking advantage of the elderly is just bad business. I will never shop here. Or any other Office Depot/Max.

I called to see if the had an item in store. I was left on hold for 10 minutes while 3 different people tried to find the product. I gave them the HP Model number and all 3 employees couldnt find the product. Why they were on the floor looking for this model while all they had to do was look it up in their system. And by the way if they couldnt locate it after a couple of minutes they should have taken my number and called me back when they came up with their miserable answer. I will not be shopping there again. Even after talking with the Store Manager their idiocy was well demonstrated.Office Depot had my item in stock and were much more friendly to deal with.

I now know why this location struggles to have a 2 star rating! I wouldnt even give them one star if google didnt require it. My husband and I had a terrible experience at the Office Depot in University Hills in Denver. We purchased HDMI cords for our TV connection and they didn’t work. When we went to return them, it turned out that they gave me two of the same receipt rather than the correct receipt per item and insisted that I needed to get it reissued online. I followed their instructions and a week later, still no receipt. So I go back into the store and the manager says he can only give me $65 of the $100 spent. He could have cared less. People you have choices and you don’t need to put yourself through that kind of poor customer service.

Customer service is great. They helped me to get almost everythingfrom my daughters school list. I usually go to this store because the customer service in the havana & missisippi is a nightmare.

Wish they had never changed over to Office Depot from an Office Max. They moved into a smaller space right next door and their selection of supplies has gone downhill. In the last 3 times that I have been here, I have not found what I wanted. They are always picked over or never had what I was looking for in the first place. The staff shows no interest in helping.

Store is a little disheveled and the sale prices ring up wrong.

Copy center is all I use, a fax is a buck fifty a page, how outrageous is that, the only place you have to fax is the IRS too, they get you coming, they get you going
