This was my first experience with having my eyebrows done and far exceeded my expectations. She is very detail oriented and meticulous with her work. She spends nearly an hour with rulers and protractors measuring, outlining, and remeasuring your brows to make sure theyre absolutely perfect before she begins. I really wanted to like this place and I’m sure that this was a rare occurrence at this shop, but I was HIGHLY unsatisfied with both my visits.I had been getting extensions for a few months when I decided to come here to spend a little extra money in preparation for an international trip. I have a lash girl who I usually go to but thought I would splurge, and I definitely did with this place being double the price. I got a new girl they had just hired when I arrived for my first appointment. She not only removed most of my initial set, but also most of my REAL LASHES. It has taken me months to grow them back and spent $$$$$ on serums to help. I sat up after she initially finished and it looked like I didn’t even have extensions. So I then asked her if I could pay more for their next set up because there was no way I could go 3 weeks over seas with them looking that way. So she then proceeds to apply a “volume set” and the results are still so underwhelming and I was still so unsatisfied. The lash master, Brandi, and the desk girl could even tell I was super unhappy once I sat up. I ended up calling back before the end of the day to express my dissatisfaction and the girl at the front desk said she was so sorry, that they could tell I was unhappy and that they were even going to give me a call. Well, she scheduled me two days later with Brandi to “fix” my now destroyed lashes. :( I am very thankful and appreciative that Brandi understood and tried to help fix the problem. But I still left very unhappy after seeing all the photos and even her employees with much fuller and longer lashes that had been done there and mine were nothing like them. I’m sure if the first girl wouldn’t have destroyed my lashes, there would’ve been more for the extensions to hold on and such. I understand all that. But it’s still her fault. When I was in Europe I tried to find shops to help me but my lashes on one eye were basically non existent. My original lash girl freaked out when I got back and they were still so small. I wasted a lot of time and money here so I only hope this never happens to someone else and that they do better screening of new hires in the future.

There a woman Theresa W that works here and I received a few services by her. I absolutely loved her work, she is also very kind, gentle, and non-judgmental. If youre getting any more intimate services like waxing etc dont worry she put my mind at ease and made me feel so COMFORTABLE. A++

I was super nervous about getting eyelash extensions because I had never gotten them done and did not want them to look too unnatural. Nonetheless, my stylist Nicole did a fantastic job! I had shown her a picture of the eyelashes I wanted from their instagram (which were classic) and they looked beautiful! Nicole is very knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I wanted. I have been coming to her now well over a month and will continue. It is also a great atmosphere the receptionist is very welcoming and friendly! Last thing, for anyone who demands a refund, clearly they did not read their policy thoroughly enough before signing and should really stick to adhesive lashes or mascara if you want to save money. You are purchasing the stylists time, skills, as well as their labor. Therefore do not expect a refund however, they are more than happy to work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your eyelashes. Thanks ladies!!

Brandi is AWESOME! I went to get lashes for a holiday trip, and here I am, 6 months later and I havent missed a fill yet! My hope in getting the extensions was to not have to wear make-up on my trip when I didnt have time and still look good, well, I definitely didnt have to wear any make-up for my eyes to stand out and look great! I got endless compliments on my lashes and even though I got the synthetic, no one asked me if I had fake lashes! They just thought they were AMAZING and so do I! Love love love getting my lashes done by Courtney. I followed her from her old salon to Glitzy lashes and the space is so cute and comfortable! They have soft fur blankets on the beds, chandeliers and little privacy walls between the setups. I am always so excited to go in for my fills and Courtney makes it really easy to schedule (just a simple text asking when I can come in) and they have an awesome system that reminds you of appointments the day before! She is very professional, accommodating and honest and I love that she always follows up the next day asking how my new lashes are doing.

Ive been going to Brandi for almost a year and love my lashes! I frequently receive compliments from friends because the faux mink lashes look and feel real. As Ive aged, my real lashes have reduced in length and volume so Brandis artistry makes me feel beautiful. Shes also easy to talk to and each session is relaxing and comfortable.

I was a little gun-shy at first about getting my lashes done, and wanted to ease myself into it. Carrie was so helpful and walked through all of the options for me -- not pushing the most expensive sets right off the bat like a lot of people do -- so I trust her advice 100% and know that she styles my lashes to match my personal taste and preferences.Ive been seeing Carrie for over 6 months now and have progressed into a fuller and more voluminous lash set that I absolutely LOVE. They look natural and full and i NEVER wear mascara or eyeliner anymore, there really is no need - especially since the lashes provide the same (if not better) curl that mascara/eyelash curler does.I dont think Ill ever stop getting them done. Even though maintenance requires fills every 2-3 weeks, it is 100% worth the time and money and Carrie goes above and beyond to work around your schedule. There have been numerous times that I have to adjust my appointment times because of work, and she always accommodates me (as long as its not within 24 hours of appt) and responds via text right away.The salon atmosphere also feels like a little spa retreat - the decor is super cute, the beds are extremely comfortable and the music is always great. I HIGHLY recommend this place and wouldnt go anywhere else in the Denver area.

Today March 8,2019 I booked my appointment at 10 a.m. and I arrived at 9:30 a.m. while I patiently waited for Brandi Harvey she walked in and ignore the fact that I was the one waiting for her. I sit there in silence trying to get attention. It was 2 minutes after 10, I had to ask if I should start my apartment now then she gets a pending me an application to fill in. I get done with my apartment the lashes look good the instructions were clear from her, but mostly I felt very uncomfortable the lack of being welcomed and being friendly who is very poor. I thought of a customer arrives early because at least early to get things over with but I guess not. Ive heard good experience with Brandi Harvey so I booked her but my treatment wasnt as enjoyable. I felt uncomfortable, unwanted, an unwelcomed!

Dont waste your money. I just spent $300 for terrible super fake looking lashes. I promptly had them removed. Everyone that saw them for that 24 hours, agreed that they were horrible. I asked for and (showed) a picture of what I wanted. Natural looking full lash for a surf trip Im going on. The picture was also from Nicoles (the technicians who did the job- IG page), so I asked that she repeat what she did in that photo she posted. She said yes ok- thats a hybrid lash I said ok great, thats what I want. When I saw the finished work I was horrified. I looked like Dolly Parton or I had fake Halloween lashes on. I asked her why didnt she give me what I asked for and she said did. Even more of a worry that SHE thought it looked really good!!! What???? and some how that it looked like the picture. Not even close.I will say Nicole was very nice even though I was beyond disappointed. She removed them (free of charge- are you kidding? It definitely should be free) and my lashes are still ok. THANK GOD. So thank you Nicole for making sure I was happy. Her boss Brandi offered to get me another set free of charge. Is this a joke? No way in hell would I want someone who didnt see there was a problem the FIRST time, doing it again. Naturally, I declined. Again even though I didnt like what Nicole did. She was very nice throughout and helpful to get them off of me.I asked to speak to the owner Brandi because OF COURSE I wanted a full refund (anyone would). I spent $300 for nothing! The receptionist promptly my informed me that I signed a document that says no refunds---BE AWARE----they dont tell you that and they should- if they are not afraid that their lashes will look ok, why only put in fine print? Hmmm? be upfront. If they would have VERBALLY told me no refunds- no matter how bad it looks or how much money you spend I would have declined their lash service, and gone somewhere else. Any good company backs their work with full refunds if the customer is not satisfied.When I asked the receptionist to speak with Brandi. She said she can pass along the message (ha! Right girl- sure you will - wink!) she had an attitude made it clear my message would fall on deaf ears because Brandi was here when You werent happy and she agrees with the technician. Really?!? You were there and didnt step in to talk to me when I was CLEARLY not happy? Interesting. So I wasnt even able to speak with her which is why Im doing this review.The receptionist asked me to not write a bad review. Not a chance. By not speaking with me and making sure your customer was happy, you basically paid $300 to get THIS negative review on yelp plus my own emails that will go out letting all the females I know- my negative experience at Glitzy Lashes.It was not a difference of communication. Nicole did them too much and fake looking. Period. I was clear (with a picture of lashes she did) and of what I wanted. Theres a way to make lashes look good OR awful and fake. I got awful and fake. And you should recognize that. I did ZERO wrong and I want my $300 back. Plain and simple.If you read this whole thing. Seriously do yourself a favor, there are SO many lash places out there. Spend your hard earned $300 elsewhere.

I was about to be in a wedding, and had met Courtney at Antoine Du Chez, where we share the same hairstylist. I got excited and decided to try a set of eyelash extensions. As I sat in her chair, I told her this was probably the last time she would ever see me. I left and have not had the consistent compliments stop ever since. Random people on the streets would compliment them, people that I see daily, or hadnt in years were all like You look GORGEOUS. So, as you can imagine, Ive returned ever since. :)

Gina has been doing my Botox, and she always does such a great job! She really takes her job seriously and is obviously very skilled at what she does. So I decided to get my cheek and lip fillers with her too. They turned out amazing!! She worked with me to obtain a natural lifted look, she really took her time to make sure I was happy with my results. It’s a bit scary using someone new for such an important aesthetic change, however, I will definitely be going back to her when the time comes for fillers again. I highly recommend her and the whole staff at Glitzy! Everything from eyebrow tints to dermaplane facials has been amazing!!
