I regularly go to have 4 of my study Watchtower Magazines bound together, their work is neat and just how I like it done for a reasonable price. Will be headed there in Downey today.

I came to print funeral programs using a PDF document and of course its not aligned with the paper I was using. Unfortunately, I couldnt get a different format of the document. I was becoming very overwhelmed and Alelia took the initiative to try to align it for me. In these moments small acts of kindness goes a long way. Thank you Alelia and Cindy for all your help.

What a joke of a store. 3 associates standing around, while half a dozen of us are in line at the print department. Fast forward 15 minutes of waiting only to be told the posters I need printed and laminated can’t be done today. What a shame, I’ve always preferred Office Depot over Staples, but this was incredibly frustrating.

Their self serve print service is awesome!

Love this store!! Staff is ALWAYS very helpful, knowledgeable, and if they dont have it in stock they will find it for you! Prices they have at this particular store are without a doubt thee BEST! Printer ink is perfectly stocked, sorry I cant say the same for Staples, the staff there is sadly INDIFFERENT to customers. Just remembered I need to go get linen paper tomorrow! #LOVEMYOFFICEMAX

Office max has to be one of my favorite stores to by office supplies. I find many products I look for! They have a good selection of writing materials. Mechanical Pencils, Fountain Pens, and theres alot more! I also enjoy printing here. Its very inexpensive and I can come whenever I have no ink. There can be some discounts so make sure you check before you start Shopping!

Slow and rude customer service, I left and went to another office Max because they were taking too long, they were useless.

Julie at the Printing Services is the best!!! Love her, she helped me so much with printing my daughters baptism invitation. Everyone in the print services as great customer service. Thank God I found you guys, will be going back for more printing jobs! Also must say great printing prices!

Great place to shop for office and school supplies. Very friendly staff and always stocked up. Parking is always available . All office services are available at location. Even cell phone repair. A+ store

Go here to buy ink. They price match and are extremely helpful when you ask. Place is a bit dated but customer service is excellent.

No employees to help. They only have one employee to assiston the fax side.

Horrible. They open at 9 I was there at 10. They tell me the machine to laminate is off so to come back the next day to pick up my item. Because the machine takes a while to warm up.....one person at the copy max sitting down talking to a customer. Personal conversation while she has 4 people waiting in line. When ask if there was anyone available they said no thats all we have.

Did a great job with our wedding invitations. Gave us a free test print, had a good price (much better than the major carriers online) and gave us a high quality final product.

The service was fast and courteous. The staff was very attentive to my order and was satisfied with the results.

Its 8:25 am opens at 8 am still close lots of people waiting.

They dont sell locket size pictures but the associate helped me fix my picture into the locket and it came out really nice.

The copy section where you print is so under staffed. We waited for over 20 minutes to be served. We ended up leaving to Staples.

Poor Customer Service. They do not appreciate or care about their customers. I arrive a few minutes before the store was suppose to close and was denied entrance. I would recommend going elsewhere where places are true about their hours of operation.

Great Deals. Boise Polaris paper $31.95 with a $20 rewards cash back. Cant beat that.

Very bad service on the print and copy department... they didnt have ready my job at the time they told me. Also, the waiting time was so long and the lady on the print was in a bad mood and attending other customers first. And they even say sorry.
