I came to staples to get 5 copies of some genealogy work the young lady who helped me was very professional courteous and kind I give her a the 5 stars thank you

Jose from the printing department was a tremendous help. He was patient, went above and beyond with helping me navigate the printers.

I love my staples store in Downey. The people are very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. I would give them 5 stars.

They no longer carry cotton bond paper. They dont even know what it is anymore !? Office depot has them.

They need to communicate better with customers and use words and lingo not familiar to only Staples employees. I was directed to a station after wanting just wanting ONE SIMPLE COPY. I couldnt get it to print. So I stood up and tried to wave someone down for help but everyone was busy talking to other employees, Including the assistant manager. They also took a while to tend to me so time was still running and i was being charged by the minute. I ended up paying almost $5 for one copy vs. 13¢. All, the assistant, Rodney had to say was, next time do it this way and it was a miscommunication. Yet i still paid for that miscommunication. Im Never returning. Better off going to Kinkos where everyone is helpful and knowledgeable.

I recently visited this Staples and was rushing to get something bonded for a class I had in an hour. This young man named Jorge Vazquez was so kind and so helpful. I was able to get what I needed done in time because of his help.

The printing staff went (above and beyond) to assist me in getting my project completed. I gave her an unrealistic time line and she had me down the road in no time. Excellent service!!

Cashier seemed to not want to be there. In Customer Service, you have to be at least more than cordially especially there. You have business people that bring big bucks in and this made me not feel like a valued customer. It was different when Rodney was at this store.

Sometimes the staff is fast and helpful, other times everything is down and they dont know how to work any machines. Sometimes my experience was fine, other times I have waited 20 minutes because theyre printers were being slow for a job that could have taken 5. If you have a choice go somewhere else. They are inconsistent.

This location has great customer service. They price match amazon which is great! Like having an amazon store for office supplies

Worst staples ever! I have activity calendars for our programs at our church and today some idiot named Dillon was trying to say that he couldnt process my order cause it had too much color and needed to change the format and price. I tried to tell explain that I have always printed the same method for years and he tried to say I was lucky. Terrible customer service. Never printing or buying office supplies at this location. My church would buy hundreds from this location but they have lost out business

If people go in they better have some Information about what they want or they cant help you

I ordered online got my notification that the item was ready when I showed up took him about 25 minutes to find the item. Saving time is why I ordered online took me longer than if I went to the store found the item myself and bought it.

The worst place ever. No one is helpful nor friendly. Machines do not work properly and no one cares to fix them. Zero would best suited ratings.

Made my copies and wverything was good to go.

I went to make copies of Engineering Drawings. The first time I went there the manager was at the counter. She was not able to operate the machine to make copies. She kept me there for about 30 minutes waiting. At the same time there were some other customers complaining about the poor service.Second time, one week later, I went to make some engineering copies; the manager and her assistant told me that each 24x36 sheet costs $30. One week earlier I had paid $ 6 for each sheet at another Staples. Staples needs to get new employees in this area if they want continue doing buseness in Downey.

I am only giving them one star because its the lowest it allows me to.Worst customer service provided at this location. I was about to return an item but the associate Thomas Arredondo decided to not return our money back since we bought at a different store(Corona). It clearly says in their receipt full return is available at the customer service desk of each U.S Staples store he clearly has no love for his job either for his customers. Then he went to his Manager he is another rude guy who said I can only give you store credit if not call corporate office. I would never refer to any one to go buy at Staples. Take your money to another store who would treat you like you deserve.

This staples is extremely hot. No AC. I couldnt shop. Very uncomfortable.

The store was o.k. but the bathroom was horrible very dirty and it had a very strong urine smell. Dirty paper all over the floor.
