I took my daughter throughout the pandemic to this preschool the Duluth location . Everyone is great except for the 2 receptionist in the front who are ALWAYS rude and ignore you. They lock the doors and these 2 were having a conversation while I stood outside during a rainy day even after I knocked. We were also charged $30 for lunch during spring break even though we were home all week.

I enrolled my children (9mo and 3yrs) about a month ago. So far the service, support, and care has been exceptional. From the front desk and into the classrooms, I feel comfort in knowing my little ones are in good hands. The place in clean and the children seem happy while there. I found out about this place from a co-worker and would definitely recommend it to parents looking for a safe establishment with links to learning appropriate for age/development of these young minds.

I have my daughter at this place and I couldn’t be happier . The owners are very personal and pleasant to work with . It’s hard to find a good place for our kids and I think after my research and coming from another place, I’m planning to stay here .besides, Chattahoochee school is right next to it and it’s just a piece of mind that my daughter doesn’t have to take the bus every day . When I comes about price, is a fraction of what I was paying before for daycare. I love this place and I highly recommended .

My four children attend little tykes for the before/ after school and the daycare programs that they offer and my kids love it! The staff is very friendly and will work with you if you have special circumstances. The building is always very clean with about 2 million different things for the kids to do. Creekstone also organizes free carnivals and activity nights for the kids throughout the year which are always a blast! They keep the parents in mind and offer childcare for date night usually one Saturday each month. I definitely recommend them for any future child care needs you may have!

It was a hard transition for me emotionally putting my children into daycare for the first time, but this school and it’s teachers quickly eradicated any worry I had. Was at complete peace leaving my children in their care where everyone knew their names, loved on them, and the staff always seemed genuinely happy to see my children... and a place my children enjoyed going. Already missing Creekstone, as we had to leave and move to a daycare in our school district. Special shoutouts to Ms. Brindicy, Ms. Marjorie, Ms. Darlene, Ms. Lori, and Marla. Thank you!!

My son went there first and my daughter followed. The teachers are very personable and they genuinely seem to care about the children.

This place was a nightmare. I am not who the other people who wrote the reviews were, but they are very misleading. 4 days out of 5 my child was watching TV when I came to pick her up. On more than several different occassions they were watching shows that were on adult swim on cartoon network, which are not appropriate for young children. I complained about it each time and was told each time it wouldnt happen again. My daughter tried telling one of the teachers she wasnt allowed to watch the show they were watching and I actually witnessed the teacher (who didnt realize I had just walked up) tell her to be quiet and watch tv.My daughter also watched some movie that gave her nightmares for a week. I told them after that that she couldnt watch anything that was rated above PG without my express permission prior. Yet nothing changed. I was told when I signed up that my child would be doing different activities each day, and that they would not be watching TV. Also, most of the time when I came to pick up my daughter the teacher would be playing on her cell phone while children were running around screaming at each other, tripping on each other, etc. One afternoon when I came to pick up my daughter they told me she had slightly scrapped her knee and they werent exactly sure how it had happened. Thinking that it was probably just a bit of roadrash, I didnt worry to much about it. When I got home, I took a look at her knee and it was much more than just a bit of roadrash. 2 months later, she still has a 1inch circular scar on her knee. I understand children get hurt, but when I often witness the teacher not paying attention to what the kids are doing, that is not okay. Also, I was told that each grade level would be seperated. They stuck with that for the first month, after that I started noticing older kids playing in the class room with my daughters grade. Ive witness kids roaming around unsupervised, people can easily walk past the front desk who arent parents. While they have a code on the door to open it, you can give that to almost anyone, and a lot of times there isnt anyone at the front desk in the evenings, or that person is dealing with something else and not paying attention. While some of the teachers are nice, they have a lot of serious issues that make it a very unsafe and unprofessional environment. I dont have confidence that my child is safe there. The final straw was when I went to pick up my child and they didnt know where she was. The teach told she was in the class across the hall, I checked and she wasnt there. I walked up and down the hall and couldnt find her. Some what worried I walked back and asked the teacher again and her response was Oh gosh, they didnt get left outside did they? It was pitch black outside, and I was completely freaked out that she would even consider that to be an option. My daughter ended up being in a classroom way down the hall with a different teacher. A child shouldnt be unaccounted for at a daycare ever. At that point I decided that my daughter would no longer be attending Little Tikes, and I strongly suggest anyone think twice before sending their child to this day care. They will say all the right things, but they dont follow through.
