A teacher hit a four year old with a BELT in here as a form of discipline. This school was fined. I will never put my child in here. You can verify what I am saying because it is in the qualityrated.org site. I was reading the EXHIBITS and just WOW!!!!!!!

My son went here a week for summer camp and I had a great experience. I walked in here needing care for my son on a Friday afternoon and they took care of me seamlessly and my son was enrolled the following Monday. They are very responsive. They take care of the children like they are their own. I am very blessed to have had such a great experience and will return for all my childcare needs. Special thanks to the new Director and her staff.

My son’s eyes are being scratched by something last year here. We took him to emergency room when I picked him up at the end of the day. No report till now. No one talked to me what has happened till now. He was one year old at that time. After I discussed with their leadership several times. We have got medication fees covered. My IPhone generate memory for last year which always remember me he got hurt here. I don’t know who I need to thank for. I hope no more kids being hurt here.

This location is one of the best childcare facilities I have taken my 3 yr old to and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I took my son out of another daycare because he had a bad experience and for a while I did not want to enroll him anywhere. Months pasted away and I decided to research the Childcare Network location #211 in Duluth, GA. I would be relocating to the area because of my job. I literally visited this facility 3 times and I must say they have always been consistent. I love how my concerns regarding my child were embraced. They also have an open door policy, so whenever I want to call or show up to see my son...Im encouraged to do so!! The school is very clean and always smells fresh. I like the Assistant Director Ms. Tasha, she is so down to earth and personable and everyone has such a good attitude. Weve only been here a month but feels kinda like a family. I am also very pleased with my sons teachers Ms. Catherine and Ms. Lindsey. There are great when it comes to managing the children and communicating to me if I have questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility. They ROCK!

I would like to thank the staff at this center for taking Great care of my children. The Director Adeline and Her Assistant Katharyn are also loving and caring. They always greet you with a warm welcome and all I can say is I could have not pick a better center for my children!

This company is absolutely amazing! Our family recently re-located to the area and my 1 year old and 2 year old children transitioned into this facility without any problems. Everyone from the director to the classroom teachers are very nice and welcoming. Every time I drop off my children they are happy which makes me my heart happy and at ease that I made the right decision by choosing this facility. I really like that the daycare follows a curriculum that is developmentally appropriate. My children are learning new things every day. I would highly recommend this facility!!

Best childcare hands down! As a parent, a good child care facility is important, almost more important than anything else concerning my child. I have had my son enrolled in some of the most expensive schools around, and yet they have nothing more than this faculty has to offer. They are all kind and caring to all of the children. They teach the children respect and treat them as their own. I’ve noticed that my child likes coming to this location and is excited about going to school everyday, compared to when he was at the other schools. They have an accredited preschool program that offers children of age endless learning potential, along with a great after school program. If I’d have to choose between them and the others, I’d choose them every time.

I have 3 kids that goes here, 2- 2 year old and 6 year old that goes to the before and after school program. First let me say that Ms. Nadine is Awesome with the kids. She helps the kids with their homework before they play and I appreciate her for that. The director is a great and so is her assistant. Both the director and the assistant have been great to my kids and are hands on and not just sitting behind the desk. My kids seem to love them both. I came from another daycare and felt very comfortable since day one. I am glad that I walked thru that door that day. Thanks ladies for all you do.

We really appreciate Childcare Network because they accepted our son with open arms when we needed our son to be enrolled immediately. We needed to withdraw him from another facility and they did not hesitate to accept him. Our son is happy and thriving. We are thankful for the peace of mind in knowing our children are loved and being taught by great teachers.We especially love Ms. Kathryn and are thankful for Mrs. Norma, Ms. Tasha, and Ms. Tiffany for all they do. All the teachers and staff jump in to help each other out when needed, which creates a great family atmosphere.

My daughter, Dior, loves her daycare. Shes only there for a couple hours after school but they take good care of her while shes there. Shes clean, gets a snack and good playtime in after school. Ms. Tasha is great and my baby loves her! The daycare is very convenient for me with the hours and location to my home. Great daycare!

When my wife went back to work, it was a really hard choice to pick the place our 3 yr old daughter would spend her days. We interviewed all the local schools and decided on Childcare Network. They offered a great program, for the best price. They handled the transition for my daughter with kindness and understanding. We love our teacher, Miss Catherine. She is always there with a smile and endless patience. Our daughter comes home singing a new song every other day. She is always happy to go to school and see her friends and Miss Catherine. Its never easy to leave your child, but the staff at Childcare Network Duluth help make it as easy as it can be. I enjoy that its such a small school where everyone knows each other. It has been a great experience for us so far.

BEWARE!!!! Please read their contract and get your copy!I only rated a 1 star because I could not give them zero and still leave a review.I only went to this daycare because it was near our home and the cheapest in Duluth. I enrolled my toddler on a part time basis because I was looking for work, I paid for the first week but my daughter only went 3 days. The next week we went out of town. When we returned someone called me and stated that I owed them 2 weeks of enrollment fees!!! I was completely confused and reminded them that she had not even attended. They said that in the contract It states that you owe wether you child is out or not.I explained that I was not made aware of that, and begged them not to charge me for services that we did not receive, but sadly they proved that caring for the families they service is not their focus, their pockets are. Shortly there after they placed the 2 weeks she was not there on my credit report. I have never been so mistreated by a child care facility and have not been since. Going to that facility was a BIG Mistake.

My daughter has attended Childcare Network in Duluth since 8 weeks of age. My daughter loves it and I was anxious in letting her go to daycare since being a 1st time mom. I feel comfortable with her going here and everyone just love my daughter. Ms. Kia is an excellent teacher and any questions that I had she was able to answer. Ms. Tasha also provided me and my husband with information regarding our daughter and was very professional and helpful. Ms. Tiffany the director is very professional and you can tell that she loves her job. All in all childcare network in Duluth is awesome and I would definitely refer my friends to this establishment.

I love this daycare! They really have captured the family atmosphere in their facility. It is a seamless experience of love and care from drop-off to pick-up. We have had the great pleasure of knowing Ms.Tiffany & Ms. Tasha and staff of Child Care Network for several years now, they have taken care of two of our children. We couldnt have had more peace of mind in knowing that are children are cared for as if they were their own. Its a home away from home. They have a great curriculum and activities for every child. I have to say that I love this facility. They really care about your kids well being and also the atmosphere that your child is being exposed to. It makes me feel good to know that when I drop my daughter off for her before care school program and when she comes in from after school, she is under excellent care. The facility is always clean, the staff is very friendly and respectable at all times. We have two children (2 and 4) that attend this school. Our children have been at the Duluth daycare for 2 years. We love the school and the teachers. My daughter has learned so much at this school in the two years she has been attending. Just yesterday my 3-year old was singing about the 5 senses. All the teachers love her and always greet us when we come in and leave. The director and assistant director treat me like Im just as important as my daughter. My children are always looking forward to going to school and I love that they have had the chance to develop their social skills!! My son is in the toddler classroom with Miss Norma and he is adjusting so well. He has developed awesome manners for a 17 month old.The classrooms are always tidy and clean and the teachers and assistants are extremely friendly.I would recommend this location to any parent in need of a great daycare provider.

I love this learning center. My 2 children are 20 months and almost 7 years old, both of them love childcare network. We came this past June and they have both made friends and look forward to coming. The classrooms are very clean and organized. My eldest child is asthmatic so this is a very important quality to me. When I drop off and pick up, someone is always at the front desk. We had one incident between my son and another child, but it was handled immediately by the staff and was thoroughly documented which helped to ease my mind that my children are being watched and cared for...this was not the case at other day cares they went to.

I have been affiliated with Howell Station/Childcare Network for about five years. My older kids (ages 11 and 13 now) attended the summer camp program and they really enjoyed all of the activities. I have a three year old that has been attending since he was six months old. The teachers are great and I feel that my son has learned so much from them. Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Tasha are also great to work with.

My daughter love this school. I switched from a private in-home daycare to Childcare Network Duluth and I love it as well. Taylor receive lots of attention and comes home learning something new each day. It warms my heart to know that she is given the best education and undivided attention she deserves. It makes me feel secure knowing she is in the best care while I am at work and not just with a babysitter. I love walking in the door to hear Miss Tiffany and the other staff members greeting us each morning. It feel like family here and I love it. We have been going here for over a year now and I can say I would recommend this place to everyone. We loved our 2 years old class with Miss Tiara and Miss Rochelle.They really set the stage and blew me away with their patience and love. We are in the 3 year old class Miss Jasmine and Miss Katherine. Both ladies are amazing. They awed me again with their big hearts and open arms to help make my daughters day fun and exciting as she grows and understands new concepts of how this big world works. Im a big fan of arts and crafts and they make learning fun and exciting. I love the word, color and number of the week and how they make everything like a game. We just love this place and will continue to go here till its time for my little girl to start kindergarden.

We have felt very comfortable at Childcare Network from the very beginning. My daughter absolutely loves her teachers and friends. She thanks God for them in her prayers every night. Here is my unbiased review. My daughter has been going to this school for 3 yrs now and she loves it. We love it! All her teachers are caring, patient and attentive. The environment is loving, safe and most importantly clean. Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Tasha run a tight ship and truly care about every child that attends.My only negative complaint is the property backs up to a creek so every summer my daughter and the children are eaten alive by mosquitos. Ms. Tiffany has the property regularly sprayed and the teachers do their best to spray the kids every time they go out but it just seems like its all for not. Ive suggested services and even referred companies that could help them but I guess its just not within budget.If you plan to send your child here keep in mind this review during the summer.

Love Love Love this daycare facility. The staff is very friendly, responsible, and helpful. My child loves it there and not only is she having fun but most importantly she is learning. Everyday she can come home and tell me what she learned that day. The staff always has a friendly & positive attitude, especially Ms. Tasha, she is great! They have set schedules everyday and they call you right away regarding any matter with your child, which I like. I would definitely recommend this daycare!

My child has been going to this center for years and I have enjoyed it up until this point. Ever since Ms. Tiffney left, evrything has been changing rapidly. I expected some change, but not this much. The new director that has been hired is a JOKE! She has not introduced herself to parents, she doesn’t have a welcoming attitude, and all I ever see her do is sit at her desk on the computer or talking on her cell phone. I feel as though I pay too much money a month for this treatment. Also, I heard she has hired family members. (Ha!) On the other hand, the staff is great. They are the total opposite of the director. Honestly the only reason my child still attends is because of the staff and Ms. Katharyn. Ms. Katharyn ALWAYS greets my family and I with a smile on her face and ALWAYS seems concerned with what we have going on.- A very disgruntled parent

I was apprehensive of putting my son in daycare as he is the youngest of four children and there is a huge age gap. With that being said, the staff has made the transition for both my child and my family an easy one. I have seen him blossom since hes been here. I am impressed with the way everyone is so hands on with all the children. Its like one big happy family. Even the management knows my sons name and is involved in his overall well being. I could not have selected a better daycare.

My daughter started there in the one year old room and in two weeks shell be going to Pre-K there. She loves her teachers. My husband and I love how well the staff are with the kids. The building and the classrooms are always neat and clean.

I signed my 7 month old son up a month ago and we both LOVE it here! Its bright and clean. The staff in the infant room - Ms. Kia and Ms. Renee - love the babies and my son goes right to them, which is such a comfort as a parent. They communicate well and the directors always know whats going on with my son, which I really appreciate! I am sad to say that we are leaving this facility because of a new job, but they have impressed me so much that Im staying with the Childcare Network family and transferring him to another facility. Hopefully the new place is just as good!!

Childcare Network has been my daughters second home for about 5 months now. Ive seen so much growth in my daughter within these 5 months and I can honestly say that I made the best decision in picking this school. My daughter is excited to go to sleep at night because she knows that she has school to look forward to the next morning! I even have to fight with her to get her to go home in the afternoons! This daycare is top notch, when I tell you my grandbaby was going to her previous daycare,she always cried didn’t want to go... so my heart wouldn’t let me be at ease dropping her off daily. She said grandma my teacher always being mean - I said what going on ?she said she yells at me and make me seat in the bad corner ... and grandma I wasn’t bad 👀 It was something everyday , my baby fell, no one bother to call me, I picked her up she had a big bruise on her forehead . That was the last straw, so I took off and road over to Childcare network (close to my job ).. walking in I felt the most warmest happiest , lovely , kindness feeling from this facility. Especially the Director Adeline ❤️OMG she has the best kindness heart I ever encountered...Update when picking up my Princess, she start crying because she don’t want to leave ...This Daycare staff a Keeper ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I’m just a Normal grandma who loves her Granddaughter...,

Childcare Network #211 was able to provide childcare for both my boys. They catered to their needs. My boys enjoy there teachers!

My son have been coming to this school since he was 8 month old. Now he is in the two year old room, The teachers are GREAT my son learn a lot at this school. The classrooms are clean, Ms. Tiffney and Ms. Tasha are friendly and helpful.

Mis-communication between the Corporate office and the center. We scheduled a visit based on the corporate office’s representation that there was a spot available for our children, but was told by the Director Adeline on our visit that there were none. She also said at first that she received no information about our tour, but then after a while, miraculously found the information on her computer.The reception area had a musty smell and a an unkept appearance - the upholstery on the reception chair was torn. Not a good vibe for a place where you want your little ones to spend their day. These guys are a little cheaper than the others, and that’s what made us schedule a visit, but in hindsight, I am glad that it didn’t work out. The other places that we visited immediately after were much better, and we were able to find one that we really liked.

Going on 3 years strong. My daughter has grown leaps and bounds here. She is ready for school, for sure!!!! Thanks for all the love, support, and innovative teaching.

Very unprofessional. My kid got hurt and there is no report at all. The teacher said my son hurt himself. And he doesn’t have any ability to hurt himself at such young age. I hate this place and I will never let any of my kids go to this place again!

My 3 children (ages 2, 4, & 6) have been a part of this daycare for the past 4 years. I am a firm believer that your children will let you know if the place is not a good fit for them. Even at home they are constantly mentioning “Ms Katherine, Ms Nadine, & Ms Kiamber” the 3 that have left a lasting impression so far. The teachers have changed often in the past several months as management changened but the faces that my kids have learned to love are still there. Ms Katherine was the first teacher my 6 yr old had (when she was three) and I can honestly say she cares about my children’s well being. The new director is ensuring the kids in the summer program have an amazing summer by keeping them actively engaged. No place is as perfect as we would like it to be for our children, but if we find a place that our kids love and staff that cares and respond to their needs accordingly, what more can you ask for..

I have a 2 year old toddler that just recently started attending the ChildCare Network, and I love it. I was nervous about switching between daycares, but they made the transition for her so easy. She has made a ton of new friends, and the teachers and directors make sure to communicate with the parents with how the children days go which I really appreciate a lot. They contact you immediately if the child was to even get a small boo-boo on their finger and for me that is major because communication is everything when it comes to my little one. My daughter seems to be so happy when I drop her off in the morning from when it is time to pick her up she doesnt even want to leave, which means that I know she enjoys herself and is in good hands. The teachers have even helped to potty train my daughter. I must say I would not want to place her at any other facility.

If I can save a toddler from coming here, I have done my job. I had my daughter there for about 4-5 months and the experience was a bit odd. The first month was ok, but as the months progressed strange things started to happen. My daughter (2yrs) came home with her eye bloodshot and nobody can explain why. There was no incident report filed and neither the teacher on duty or the director at the time was able to explain what happened. Of course I was worried but as a single mother of 2 girls I could not afford better care. I did however, start to ask my friends to pick her up early on some days and started looking for alternative care. The next incident she was bitten by another child. Her arm was bitten so hard that the skin broke through and now my child has a scar of that other child teeth embedded in her skin. I thought to myself, kids will be kids and chalked it up to, it happens, but the final straw was when I went to pick up my baby and found a used plastic tampon insert in her cubby. I was so outraged I wanted to cry. I asked if she put that in her mouth and why would this be in her cubby? The teachers response was, another teacher found it in her pocket. Lets take note that nobody in my family/household uses this type of feminine product. When I asked the teacher the next day she looked at me as if she had no clue what I was talking about. My question is, why didnt the teacher dispose of it instead of putting it in her cubby. The classroom always smelled horrid because of the dirty diapers and the teacher was not able to use Clorox or Lysol because of an allergy. Mind you, her teacher was barely there most of the day. The director said she would like to get rid of the teacher since she has been a problem for a while but she has no replacement. I do not recommend this daycare for smaller children. If your child can take care of themselves, this is the place for you, but knowing that not even one of the teachers recommend her toddler to be in this classroom, that is a disappointment. I am sorry, I cant say all of the staff is great, there are a select few who know and love what they are doing.

I highly recommend childcare Network to friends, and family .Its has a friendly atmosphere and the staff treats you like family.

Everyone at CN is wonderful!!! All the teachers are very involved and believe strongly in the growth and development of my child. My daughter has been attending daycare since she was a year and a half and now she is looking forward to pre-k in a couple weeks. She absolutely loves going to school in the mornings and tells me all about her daily activities after school. Ms. Tiffeny, Ms. Tasha, Ms. Kathryn, Ms. Lindsay...YOU GUYS ROCK!!!! Ive always been impressed with the nurturing environment at Childcare Network in Duluth, formerly Howell Station Academy. The teachers weve had have all been verying caring and nurturing. The director Ms. TIffney and Assistant Director Ms. Tasha are also very caring and theyve always addressed any questions or concerns that Ive had. I once considered changng to a different daycare for varying reasons but I came back 1 day later because of the things I mentioned above. This daycare has a home-like feel to it. Everyone knows the childrens names. The center itself is very bright and attractive. I love the brand new hardwood floors. The cost is excellent also.

My son has been at Childcare Network for almost a year. We have been very pleased with this daycare. There is a good mix of fun and educational opportunities for him. He has surprised me several times with a new concept that hes learned. My favorite was when he started to tell me his colors in Spanish, Mommy, Blue is Azul! He will attend the Pre-K program next year and were very confident that Childcare Network will be a great stepping stone to his education.

Choosing a childcare facility for my daughter was not easy task because I am new to Georgia. I dreaded it because I did not know anyone who could tell me about the different school so I went out on a limb and chose Childcare Network, formerly known as Howell Station Academy. When I went for my initial visit to Ms. Dee’s class, my daughter had a blast and she did not want to leave so I was very pleased knowing that I would not have to worry about her. She went from the junior to the senior class in two months because she was advanced and they did hold her back. She moved to Ms. Tasha’s class where she soared. This year she went to Pre-K and is doing a fabulous job thanks to her Ms. Megan, Ms. Vicki, and her former teachers. Next year my daughter is going to kindergarten and I am saddened that she has to leave Childcare Network.I cannot forget the afterschool teachers. They are wonderful. I usually interrupt them during story time and, of course, my daughter wants to stay. The older students are sometimes helping the younger kids with some type of art and my daughter has a book bag full of them.Being an educator and a parent, it is important to me that the professional environment is comfortable. Ms. Tiffney and/or Ms. Tasha are the first faces I see in the morning and they are pleasant. They are very professional and always have a smile on their faces even if they are swamped with paperwork (it’s all over their desk). They both treat my child as if she was theirs and I am very grateful. I strongly recommend any children to this school. They are the best.

My daughter Londynn has attended this school for about a year now. She is a PreK student in Ms. Kathy class and I cannot be more pleased with the teachers and the staff. The Director is efficient and always willing to help. Her assistant Ms Tasha is a exemplifies the true definition of Jack of All Trades. I love how serious Ms. Kathy takes her Pre K class and how education is as the forefront. We will truly miss them when Londynn goes to elementary but, there is always after school which they provide as well!

See my review below. I left it here for Google 3 years ago. Based on recent new stories, I am so glad we left.This facility needs a lot of help. The only decent person here is Ms. Tiffney, and Ms. Norma. My son was here for a year and a half, and cried every single day that I left him. He even chased me out to the front door while leaving one morning, and NO ONE came to look for him. Multiple incidents happened where I witnessed the teachers being mean to him, ignoring him, and when he was potty training, the teacher let him sit on the toilet until SHE was ready to get him up. All while he sobbed and waited. I heard all of this, as I popped in at random times. Ms Nadine in the 3 year old room even told him Dont talk to me. We are not friends. Rude lady needs to find another job, if you dont want to be bothered by a 3 yr old trying to show you a toy. My son ALSO told me that Ms. Nadine and Ms. Kathryn pinched his hands multiple times when he was being bad. Who does that???? I am so glad my son is out of there. I wish Ms. Tiffney would get her own facility, and take Ms. Norma with her. (IF she is still there)

I or (we) have been going to this school since my son was around 2 and now hes 5. We have had an overall good experience.
