I have been at working at Child time for a year now, and I honestly can say that I am happy to where we stand as a family and staff. There has been enormous change within the facility, starting with a change of management. The Director; Ms. Kiticha is the best this center ever had since working here. She came with a purpose and is going through it. She has helped not only the staff but the families that have enrolled at the school. She is very respectful and loves to listen about any concerns or worries you have. She is a very open person, when you need her she is one call away. The management team is awesome, they are there when you need help, they make sure the safety guidelines are being followed, they are caring also. We as a staff make sure our families are taken well care for such as; a clean environment, safe, environment, nurturing environment, the teachers are experienced and very communicative. As an Early Preschool Teacher, I recommend enrolling at our center, we have a great curriculum, extracurricular activities, such as learning another language and sports, we are very nurturing and would to expand our family.

We absolutely love Childtime. My 4 year old has been attending the since mid-December 2012 and we have fallen in love with this center. Her teachers, Ms. Karen & Ms. Christie are amazing. They have such a loving demeanor and hands on approach that we as parents hope to find in the childcare centers that we send our children to. Heather, the director, is very personable and speaks to each person that enters the center. This is VERY important to us. You can tell that Heather has taken into consideration the teachers & teachers assistants that she has hired to represent this center. I have had experiences, in the past, that if you could stay awake long enough to complete the application for employment you were hired. That is not the sort of childcare facility you want to leave your children with.My 11 year old son is able to attend their kids night out and he has enjoyed himself thoroughly. As a parent, you find great relief knowing that your children are happy and taken care of while you are away from them.I highly recommend this center.

I have a 2 year old who attends this school, and we absolutely love it! We actually followed the director, Ms. Lilla, from another Childtime because shes so sweet and accommodating. Shes very caring and nurturing, and you can tell she really likes working with children. My daughter adores her teacher, Ms. Terri. She always has a great smile and a warm, welcoming personality. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone looking for a great institution for their child.

The new Director Kiticha Kelly is amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares for these children and loves the work that she does. She’s recently changed the schools dress code policy to uniform and we couldn’t be more happy. My 3 year old has been here a couple months, and I am very happy. They incorporate lots of artistic activities, even for the young kiddos, and do a lot of education for them. In the first month she was able to hit some milestones we had been having trouble with. The teachers are ultra sweet and seem to genuinely enjoy their workplace and they keep the place so clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend Childtime!

My son is 2 and he has been going to Childtime since he was 6 weeks. He is my first born so I was very apprehensive to live him with strangers... but they are now family. I called a lot at the beginning and they took ALL calls and were polite. I loved that when he was an infant they still had a curriculum and did more than hold him.Now he is in toddlers with a very active curriculum, that exposes him to painting and reading. He is learning a lot and I feel so comfortable with living my heart there every day. This is very affordable care for the quality that we receive. The place is always clean. Now if they could magically potty train my stubborn son.

Ms. Heather and her team are top notch! Ms. Heather is the absolute BEST director I have had the pleasure of dealing with. My daughter feels right at home at this center. The staff take a genuine interest in their kids and the parents. We have been super happy with this Center since our first visit approx 2 years ago.

My son has been going here since he was 2 he is now 5 (in GA Pre-K). I have been please with all of his teachers. If I had to mention a bad experience it was due to parent and not the staff. However, he loves it and I have no complaints so far.

I went back and forth on whether I should post this but my heart is telling me I need too. Everything seem to have been good during the enrollement process for my kids and I, however soon as they started it instantly became a daily nightmare. My easy going, happy child was happy for the 1st two days afterwards she never was happy about going there again. This daycare seems like a very hostile environment for children. Everyday its a list of families who need to be spoken with names on the door. With my kids the problems were minor and seemed as though they were blown up. Clearly some families and kids are liked more than others. Everyday, it was a phone call while I was trying to work. To me the staff doesnt know how to deal with problems that would be classified as normal in a child care setting. I saw many times where the staff and director were being unprofessional. This woman cannot run a childcare center to save her life. Shes always very flip-floppy and takes accountability for anything. As soon as you call her out, more problems come with this woman. Dont waste your time, energy and money on this place. They are also implementing uniforms for all of the kids. I know not all experiences are the same. However, my overall experience of this place was not received well.

Beautiful center in a prime location. The new center director started in Feb of this year and has worked very hard change things around from the previous director and management staff. Ms. kiticha (director) implemented uniforms for all the kids which adds a touch of class like a private school. It keeps all the children and parents focused on the most important thing education. The new management staff are doing things differently. They are utilizing a system that is much more structured then the laid back previous administration. The kids are LEARNING. THANK YOU MS KITICHA

My daughter (2 years old) has been going here for about a year now and she loves it! Her teachers Ms. Adriana and Ms. LeAsia are great with her! I love the fact that she brings home a folder every Friday, filled with her art work from the week. It shows us how much shes doing and learning throughout the day. Ms. Katrina (the chef) prepares nutritional meals and snacks for the children each day & I never have to worry if my daughter has eaten enough. The new director Mrs. Kiticha, has truly improved the center! Shes kind and is fully engaged & I cant wait to see what else she has in store!

The new director is awful! she’s got to be related or friends with someone because she knows nothing about children or their behaviors..this school was horrible...My child has been out of this sorry for about 3 months now! He’s in a much better environment where the teachers actually care..My child used to always cry when being left at this school! Pay attention parents because by reading this other reviews they was some child abuse going on..The great thing about my child though is fighting back! My child is at a new daycare now cries when I pick him up sometimes because he doesn’t want to leave.

When my child first went to this daycare as an infant I loved it they had staff who cared Mrs. Rosie and MS Rasheeda etc. Once the old staff members left including Mrs. Felicia I should have left too. I have had problems every week once my child got to the toddler class room. My child has come home with all type of scratches and small bruises and it’s like NO one cares they give you an incident report half the time and act as if that’s going to fix the issue. You ask them about the scratches / bruises and they act lost! nobody knows anything. It’s always a new teacher I couldn’t keep up. The price/location was convenient but not worth my hard earn money nor my child being mistreated or not even being watched. I picked my child up more than once with a dirty diaper. She started to cry when we pulled up and I knew then I couldn’t bring her back. If your passion is not with watching and taking care of children, why even work with them.

Please be aware don’t bring your child here. Worse place since Mrs.Felicia left. Staff is horrible director not a great example either& I’m seeing other comments on here as well that the same thing happened to my child. I would pick him up and he had small bruises a different one each day along with scratches and the staff acts like they don’t know what happened and to put the cherry on top the second day there that I picked him up that was it ! When he smelled like poop with a sweater over him nothing underneath they took his onesie off because he leaked and left him in a sweater like what is the extra clothes for !!!! & I get home to change him and his butt is literally BLEEDING I felt so bad for my child for leaving my son in the hands of these people never again ! Horrible horrible daycare! Deserves negative stars not even worth a rating! Seriously parents don’t put your child here .

Do not send your child to this daycare. My child came home with bruises (once) and scratches from adult fingernails. When I asked about both incidences, I was told by the teachers they were unaware of the incident and didnt know how the marks were made. I filed a police report and was told that this isnt the first time the police have been involved with a teacher leaving marks on a child. In the review made by Alexis (below mine), The girl she is referring to is my daughter and my wife is the person she spoke to at the daycare. Each time something happens, nobody has a clue how it happens and says I wasnt here, you have to talk to (insert random teachers name here). It started off great but once the management changed, it all went down hill.

Love this school! The director, Ms Lilla, has treated my 1 year old like her own since she was in the infant room. She gives all the babies and children one-on-one time and gets to know them. She personally looks out for their safety and wellbeing. Before she came on board, we had been at the school for a few months and were not happy. She has made all the difference. The school is lucky to have her.

I enrolled my 3 month baby and all I can say is on the first day I bought her into the infant class and in a matter of 10 min I withdrew her from the school. I left crying because I was so angry at how the teacher handle my baby. My daughter was not hungry and they proceeded to push the bottle down her throat while she was crying profusely. There was also a 10 old baby who was walking around sitting on the infants who werent mobile. It was just awful! The girl who took my baby looked unprofessional and they also change the kids on a hard counter top with no padding. The old director Heather was amazing my kids who are now 13 and 17 use to attend this daycare things have changed for the worst!

My daughter will be six this year and has been going to this school since she was 3 as well as an 18 month old that started at 6 wks. No matter what directors come through, the overall mood and environment of this location is special and amazing. I love it and make it my business to keep my children at this center. I trust that they will be taken care of and they are always prompt to keep me informed and involved with my center. I LOVE YOU CHILDTIME!

Hi my name is Alexis Ivery I made a complaint on Childtime of Duluth 2405 Meadowbrook Pkwy, Duluth, GA 30096 My son Justin Rossman was abused and/or neglected at this facility I arrived to pick up my son and daughter from the facility I observed him from the window eating soap and I brought it to the director attention and we then observed together the same action at the time the assistant director was supervising his class and was busy with her own child I believe so she was unable to properly supervise the class the director addressed her and we spoke for a while and I proceeded to pick up my daughter as I was placing Justin into his car seat I noticed a little bleeding and scratches on the under side of his arms, on his neck, and his back I then went back into the facility and addressed it with the director she stated She didn’t know what happened but she will check with his teacher at the time only 1 of his teachers was on premises and She spoke with her in the classroom then came back to me in the lobby and stated that the twins scratched my child in the places I seen I asked her why wasn’t I notified or was a incident report made and I was told she forgot and they began making a report at that moment so that was odd I then requested to see the camera footage but she informed me she doesn’t have access but she will ask the district manager Debra to review it And the footage may be erased within a week I asked both her and Debra to review and preserve the footage so the detective, law. Enforcement and. Any outside individuals would be able to observe and confirm exactly what occurred ms Debra said she will review and preserve it and contact me with her findings I have yet to receive her. Call I. Also made. A police report before I left the. Facility and have since reported it to coprprate. While I was at the facility another parent with a child who attends the facility asked to see my son scratches and then informed me and showed me. The same exact markings or scratches on her daughter who is in. The same class as Justin arm that made me even more concerned that there is indeed abused and/or neglect occuring in the classroom the parent gave me her contact information as well because she shares the same concerns as I do and would like to bring attention to what happened to her daughter as well so if you would like I can provide you with that information as well and finally the twins mother spoke with me and. Showed me her sons hands. And he didn’t have any nails at all completely unable to scratch his nail bed was extremely smaller than the ones left on the insides of Justin arm not only that the child is premature as she informed me and much smaller than my son who is big for his age and the way it was described to me that the incident occurred it was possible that the scratches occurred in the. Places that it did she said the other child was on top of mines and was scratching Justin but the markings on his arm appears to be from someone gripping his arm from the rear possibly and digging thier nails into his skin. I brought him to the doctors office and in the doctors oppion the scratches or markings didn’t occur from a child he made a report and advised me to contact law enforcement. My children has not returned to the facility since this incident occurred.

We moved to the Duluth area in June 2012. We enrolled our son in a childcare program that was close to our home and seemed to offer every bell and whistle you could want in a childcare facility ... except my son was miserable there. My husband took a day off work and went out in search of (and praying for) the right childcare to enroll our son in. We were desperate to find a program where our son would feel safe and encouraged. Thankfully, we were led to Childtime in Duluth. My husband called me at work and said, I found the place! The director, Heather, was so compassionate and very understanding of our concerns. The first day that Nolan attended the program, she emailed us pictures of him smiling as he played with other children. It gave us so much peace. Our son also went through the Pre-K program at Childtime last year ... I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing job they did. My son loved his teachers and he learned so, so much. This year, he begins kindergarten and we have every intention of continuing our relationship with Childtime, through their after school program.I whole-heartedly recommend Childtime to other families.

The following reviews dont match what Ive seen within 6 months. I can write a book but will list the a few things I seen1. Out of all the staff I interacted w/ maybe 3 is a good fit. Everybody seem to have bad attitudes and make it clear the kids get on their nerves and they would rather be somewhere else.2. My son jacket got stolen and the kid wore it back to the center the next week3. Within 2 weeks of enrollment my son caught hand, foot, mouth disease and there was no notification about the virus going around to warn parents4. I seen a staff member grab & stanch a lil boy by his hood in the parking lot5. The director have more excuses than a black man going to jail! Any problem youll bring to her, shell give the poorest excuses. She never take ownership for anything!6. Because theyre always understaff, theyll send my child home saying hes sick but when I get there within 5-10 minutes..hes perfectly fine7. Told 2 staff member and the director the milk they provide makes my son sick... guess what?! He was given the milk anyways & got sick. Between the 3 people that was informed they neglected to share the info with the other members that was off that day8. Not only do the parents enter the infant room with there nasty shoes on but the staff do too! My son had green gum in his hair one day9. Food plan is poor. Stored in plastic bags like dog food10. Theres about 10 parking spots and the staff uses 5... Good luck getting in & out during rush hour..... I can go on & on but this was enough time wasted. I wouldnt leave my dog with these people
