They do not make small print, fax or scan jobs for you as it’s self service. Not only is it confusing, most times staff is unhelpful, even though they are standing around. If I could give them a less than 1 star I would.

Jake S. in the Print Services was super helpful, both on the phone before I went in, and also when I got there with my special print project. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He went the extra mile to trim it up as well! Thanks, Jake!

Ive always liked shopping here, but I Will not give my business to a company that forces their employees and customers to wear muzzles.

If you are dropping off a prepaid FedEx shipment and you dont have a label -- DONT BOTHER COMING HERE! Despite being listed on Fedex.com as a Full-service shipping location it is NOT. I lugged a 40 pound box in here, and was immediately advised that I would need to take a screen shot of the shipping label, email it to them, and then use the self service printing station to print it out. I did as they asked, and their printing station system ended up being down. I had to lug it all the way back out to my car, and then ended up not even being able to take it to FedEx as my phone went flat. Despite having a regular thermal shipping label printer connected to their main system behind the counter, the shop assistant insisted that there was no way that they could print one out using that (I had the tracking number & barcode on the shipping label PDF on my phone which they could have easily scanned). He said I would have to go to FedEx at the Airport. This makes no sense whatsoever.. if they print out a label using their thermal printer, and it tears, they dont have a REPRINT LABEL function on their system?? Of course they do!It is very obviously an attempt by Office Depot to force the customer to pay for a label. Like really? They probably spend 10 times as much as the cost of a label in wages instructing a customer on the convoluted process to print out a damn label, while pissing them off!Will NOT be shopping here, ever again.

Everyone at this location is so friendly and helpful, especially Jake in the print/FedEx shipping store.

I went there to ship a package. There website states they ship FedEx and USPS. I wanted to ship USPS, not FedEx. However, they do NOT ship USPS. Employee said only some Office Depot stores ship USPS. I explained to him that their store website states this store does ship USPS. He could care less. They should have accurate information on their website AND should have employees that care! Wont be back!

Adam was so great! We went in to ask questions about wedding stationary and what he thought would be best to print graduation invites on. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to get us what we needed. The other gentleman was not as nice, nor as helpful. Thank you Adam!

Me and a co-worker went in to try to get name tags made the guy that was helping was supposed to help us basically did not want to help us at all to make professional name tags for a company we work for seriously thinking Im not going back to Office Depot I left very disappointed

What can I say, Office Depot always has everything that you need for all office needs.I love the fact that the business center will help you with anything that you need help with...Its a great place just to go in and get something printed anyway that you want 😊

I just went into the store to pick up a printed booklet, and there was a problem with the order, instead of sending me away to come back at a later time, the worker, Jake, went and made the booklet right then and there. Done within minutes! I’m speechless how kind and efficient he was!

Very good service, lady was pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. I went in, found what I needed and got out (with a fancy new membership card too). They load dollars onto the card when you return a spent ink cartridge. Nice clean store. Takes debit/credit. I would recommend.

Great deals on school supplies! Bought a keyboard from here as well. Get what you pay for, a little more expensive than most retail store chains.

Worst customer experience I have had in years. The kid at the ckeck out grabbed my license out of my wallet and scanned it into their system WITHOUT permission. This was for a pick up of a simple online purchase.Never use this company and this store. I have had better experiences on line with Amazon.

I came in planning to buy a desk. There were about 4 employees in the store hanging out at the registers. I was browsing still so no big deal. I eventually found the desk I wanted. There were only floor models around so I at this point I did need help in order to purchase the desk. 1 employee was helping a lady get a chair and in his defence he was nice and helpful. But after that these guys gathered at the registers again and started chitchatting. I know I could have gone up and asked for help but while waiting I actually had a better idea.I grabbed my phone started looking online for desks and actually found some cheaper ones. Im not mad cuz I saved money and we make mistakes but this is bad for business.

Starting to lose its luster - does Duluth really need a dedicated Office Supply store? They sell stuff which is a plus, but there is hardly any incentive to purchase things here over any other store with deals/etc. The computer chairs they have are low to medium end, there are better options if you look hard enough in Duluth.

The print center offers some of the best customer service around, with rapid turn around on small projects (print while you wait), and quality production on larger projects.Sale prices are generally good, though I can still find better prices on popular items on Amazon or other bigbox stores.

The guy that was helping me told me he was to busy to help. That he had other things he had to do. Very rude.

I had a poster printed at another Office Max and they messed up the mounting. I brought that poster into this Office Max and they were extremely helpful in fixing the mistakes made by the other store, going so far as to reprint the poster when the mounting didnt work right. Excellent customer service!

I do understand the costs of opperating a brick and mortar establishment is more than an online operation, but when that price can be nearly double of the online competition, then Ill shop online. Their prices tend to be too expensive for me.

If you need copies. I suggest going to UPS. This store told me it’d be a two hour wait to get 20 paper copies and it was dead. I went over to UPS and they got me copies within five minutes, and they were SWAMPED.

Was greeted when I entered and told where to find item. Did not have to spend time wandering around.

Nice selection of office supplies and can always find a deal on computer components.

One star is too many stars..... TWO THUMBS DOWN is more like it!!!Bought a desk on a Saturday and the guy in the store told me it would be delivered on the following Tuesday at the latest. Tuesday came and went with no desk... Customer service couldnt figure out where the desk was or when it could be delivered.... Wednesday and Thursday still no desk???? Called customer service again on Thursday (nobody called me back) Then on Friday I call again to find out that the courier wouldnt deliver the desk I bought period and that my order was cancelled automatically without me being informed!Save yourself lots of time and shop anywhere else!

Worst place for computer repair. Brought a toshiba laptop that we bought from there to dind out the hard drive is shot. Ive only had it for a year. Turns out they told me they couldnt repair the hard drive, told us to take it somewhere else. I researched toshiba laptops and they are one of the worst laptops to buy.

Went in to buy a new laptop and was met with a tech support guy who seemed to have no clue about the computers he was showing us or about customer service. I paid for and had them install McAfee anti-virus and have them enable a pop up blocker and went on my way. Less than a week later, I was having pop up troubles so I brought it in and they did a check up and assured me that it wouldnt happen again. A few weeks later, I brought it in for the same issue and they told me I had a virus from the pop ups. They then charged me another couple hundred dollars to install another anti-virus software and then fixed the pop up. Thy also neglected to call me when it was resulting in it sitting in the store for an unnecessarily long amount of time. Not three days later and it was still plagued with popups. I had my sisters boyfriend take a look at it and he fixed it FOR FREE in under twenty minutes. Since then I have had absolutely no issues with the computer. I would not recommend any one buy a computer, printer, or any device from Office Max unless you want bad customer service, unnecessary fees, and a device that doest work.

The customer service is hit or miss. There is NEVER any urgency for customers. It literally takes 10 seconds to print 25 copies but i have to wait 20 minutes even tho i sent the request by email the day before. This happens all the time.
