The print shop customer service will test your ability exercise your home training. The female working back there during the evening shift really needs to find another job that better suits her lack of customer service skills and nasty attitude. Horrible service each and every time I’ve tried to pick up my order. Unbelievable!!!!

I have given this location several opportunities to get it right. Every single attempt has been an epic fail. I would advise anyone needing printing services to find another source because this place has the worst possible customer service. Using the online application to create my supplies was easy and efficient. However, the problem always begins when arriving at the store to retrieve my ordered. My orders are always not ready, lost, or incomplete. Yesterday, I arrived to pick up an order that was placed a week prior (which has been ready for pick up since last week) but I purposely delayed pickup so I wouldnt have any issues. When I arrived, the gentleman behind the counter immediately addressed me and proceeded to provide me with my order. I was pleased with his quick service and the fact that my order was ready and easy to locate. He told me to step over to the register so the young lady at the register would complete the check out. The young lady proceeded to leave the register without even addressing me and go over to the copier to work on a job. I was appalled at the blatant disregard but not surprised. I attempted to be patience but noticed after a few minutes she was just being plain rude. Her copier got jammed and she proceeded to attempt to fix it all while other customers waiting to be checked out began creating a longer line behind me. Rather than address the problem as I had done in the past, I just walked out. Not sure if I will return to retrieve my order but I needed a minute to calm down. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE people steer clear of this location if you require printing services. Its just not worth the hassle.

Came in knowing exactly what I wanted, but there was no one at the front. Found the chair that I wanted to buy and finally found an employee to ask for assistance. She called for someone to assist in chairs so we went back and waited. While waiting, I found the chair still in a box, but it was on a high ledge requiring use of employee only stairs. Waited a full 20 minutes, consistently trying to get the attention of the employee in the front while she blatantly ignored us before deciding that this Staples had 0 interest in our business business.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service in the print and service department; evening shift. They don’t know anything & don’t care to help you. There is literally one older woman that always takes the time out to help when she’s on shift, that works in the day time, I wish I knew her name… but other than her, it’s horrible. Even the evening shift weekend manager was nasty. Save your time. I will never return to this location again.

Store was empty of people when I got there. I asked a worker if I could get my COVID vaccine card copied and laminated and she said it would take 24 hours to do so... For a copy and lamination?? I understand they might have gotten in other orders but I cant be expected to leave my vaccine card with them for 24 hours just for it to be copied and laminated.

While it’s not the best stocked staples, the customer service is unmatched. Every time I’ve gone in there to look for something I’m instantly greeted and asked if I need help. Micheal the assistant manager is awesome and so helpful.

Came in to purchase a chair that’s advertised online for $150, in the store the price was listed as $250. When asked if they could price match their own website the associate and their manager informed me that it’s against store policy to do so. Seems extremely anti-consumer.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Do not shop here. Bad customer service is the least of your problems. They don’t honor their commitments. I made a purchase. They didn’t complete their part. In order to cover their mistake, they got rude and disrespectful. Yeah, I can go buy that item from online at another office supply store, or another online merchant. I was planning to purchase more items as I just started my MBA and need to set up a home office. Not from here, I won’t. A company that is okay allowing their associates to curse at their customers will never receive money from me.

Standard staples as far as inventory and cleanliness. But sadly the customer service is still horrible. It’s the worst staples as far as that is concerned. Most stores either have good customer service or employees that ignore you (hey I don’t judge) but when you treat your customers like a burden and then demean them because YOU as a store messed up with pricing. I didn’t expect a price match but a simple “hey sorry for the confusion but this is the correct price” would have been fine but no you come at me like I somehow messed up the pricing and then decide to mainsplain me. Yeah no... you can use your gross and disrespectful attitude on someone else. I’ll find another location or just stick to Office Depot. No wonder why so many locations around here closed....

If you can avoid shopping in store and opt to shop online, do it. I planned to buy an hp laptop, the price online was different from the advertised price. So I decided to go to the store, I was told to call customer service. I decided to buy a similar laptop for a similar price at the store since they had it on stock. The hard sell for a service plan was on. I declined 10x and they still kept on, raising my temper. I specifically ask for a product, McAfee and the hard sell for an upgrade McAfee. I told him I already had MS office and he kept on asking several time. He was even an assistant manager and kept trying to upsell even tho I was losing patience. He even try to add it on to see what the total would be even though I firmly said no. This felt like a used car salesman. Completely unpleasant.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Tony at this location! He walked me through how to turn photos into gorgeous posters and even cut the photos that didn’t fit correctly down so that they were formatted correctly!This was absolutely customer service done right and I would definitely come back to this location for any future printing needs.

Terrible customer service from one of the staff members; the African American woman with tacky orange hair in a ponytail. I went to print something and when I arrived and waited in line to be assisted, she looked at me, appeared to feel threatened and insecure by my presence, then looked away and pretended to be doing something in her phone in order to avoid me. Completely ignored me. Very unprofessional and idiotic. The other sales associate, who also happened to be on the phone as well, was at least helpful, and even let me print something free of charge. I liked him because he had good customer service skills. I dont remember his name, but he was nice. As for the unprofessional sales associate with the tacky hair; no matter how intimidated you are of another womans beauty, you still need to do your job and stop acting so ghetto, ugly, and lazy. And yes, this woman had a problem with me because she quickly assisted a different customer while the other associate was printing my item. Staples, please do a better job at hiring and training your staff. There is no excuse for any associate to ever ignore a customer, even if they feel insecure with themselves. Get rid off the unprofessional people.

Service is always impeccable.Had to make copies and still never know how to use the darn machines.The price for colored copies, a little insane guys, a printer is doing the job...Anyways, the restrooms were disgusting... Take pride in where you work, eat and use the restroom.

PLEASE BEWARE WHILE SHOPPING AT THIS STORE! I went in on a bright sunny day to purchase some supplies and while inside my car was vandalized and several valuables were stolen from my car. I was parked very close to the building.I WAS TOLD PER MANAGEMENT AND BY CORPORATE THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE CAMERAS, therefore this company has exemplified negligence of our safety.

Im going to do a review every time I come here and theres an inconvenience. I dint understand why did it take 15-30 for 10 prints. Ive been using Staples for years and in feed up with the show service. They only had one cash register working and I wanted to use the self service Printer and couldnt because of the paper. I hate to have to come here but its the only place near.

We went into the store knowing the store was to close in 25 minutes (@8pm), and we heard the announcement over the loudspeaker speaker shoppers it is 7:41 and we will be closing PROMPTLY at 8. Then we could hear all the employees asking everyone can I help you find anything? It was clear we were to get moving and get out. It was so disappointing as we choose to go there to support the location. We put our items back and decided to spend our money at the big box down the street.

Just left from purchasing labels. Stood at cashier line that had sign that specifies Wait Here. Cashier was checking out a customer. She then comes from behind the register and walks near where I was standing, never acknowledges me and walks off toward copier section. A colleague comes from the back and notices that she had left her post and I was unattended. He then proceeds to help me. She then sees him doing so and walks back to the register completing the transaction that her colleague had started. She checks me out hands me my receipt saying Here you go. Never bagged my purchase and turns away from me as I grab the purchase and begin to exit the store. My daughter grabs a bag and shakes her head as she hands it to me. Rude and unprofessional! If she doesnt want to execute her job title she should seek other employment! I was so frustrated and in disbelief I didnt get a name. This occurred around 4:50pm, 9/12/19 at the front of the store.

Most of the time, i find staff to be super helpful. Today, woman working in the aisles knew exactly where the item was that i was looking for. However, a different young person staff was at the register. She was in such a hurry (no one behind me in line), she took it upon herself to push the buttons for me on the card checkout device. Why cant i do it myself? Dadgum!!This is the 3rd time this has happened and Ive made comment about in comments on line. Staples leadership needs to educate/ inservice staff members to allow customers to do it themselves. I felt she was rude .. Especially in her remarks back to me when i asked her to let me do it myself!! Uncalled for!

I accidentally (almost always)make large print orders last minute (this would be 4th order). I always call ahead and they say no worries, we can do this or this part first. They give me real time (1-2 hours) depending on orders that they have ahead. At check out I have never experienced any rudeness, everyone just overall nice, I truly miss the small town store feeling you get when you shop at this staples. This team has always been personal, nice, respectful, and helpful. Also if its not in the store, let them know and they can either order it for pick up or send it to your home. I usually shop or in store more towards the afternoon, and yes unfortunately Im that person who picks up like 1 minute before they close, and yes 2 associates waited with my items. I should of wrote this review before but just nevet had the time. Great team, great store, and the print quality amazing and price is $15-$23 cheaper than competitors.

Customer service is horrible. Also if you return something that you paid for with your debit card, they will not give you cash back. They put it back on the card which we all know isnt instant. Lets just say, I am done shopping at Staples. I can get the same thing elsewhere. I found the same things for half the price at Walmart. And I can get my money back right away if I needed to return it.

Customer service was not how it should be they act like they’re new at there job didn’t even help me print simple black & white copies saying i sent a different size document so it’s not going to come out large but i always do the same file size at the staples at stone crest mall Terrible customer service even kept telling them you can change the size on the computer they act like they don’t know how to use there equipment so i just left to got to another to have my stuff printed.....

Called ahead to see if an item was in stock, it was so I drove the 10 miles. At check out the item rang up at a different price than was online. The store manager would not allow me to use a coupon from their weekly ad and buy the item at the online price. Not much of a reason or apology for my wasted time and effort. I left and bought the item at Office Depot.

They say price match guarantee. Well when I get there they says Amazon charges shipping so they have to add in shipping charges. Last time they said they dont match Amazon because in their computer doesnt have Amazon listed. Then the time before that they cannot match the manufacturer of the products.Im done with Staples. Just order online from Amazon and no tax or shipping. Thats the bottom line.

*Review For Print Shop Only* What can I say? Just give ALL THE STARS to Shamkia! She is superb with customer service, fantastic personality, and goes above and beyond in her role at the print shop. Shamika is extremely knowledgeable and is THE ONLY representative, in all of my years as a Staples print customer, that I trust to complete my orders. Half the time I dont even know what I want until I try to explain jibberish to her and she says, I know exactly what you are trying to say. It will be ready in ten minutes. and guess what, it is always PERFECT! My orders sometimes consist of three-four different paper stocks, and even though I dont know all of the weights, I can say, I want the paper that feels like such-and-such and she reads my mind and uses the perfect paper! When I came in wanting to print homemade, double-sided 5x7s to make party invitations, she recommended that I order online invitations and helped me through the entire ordering process and they were the best quality I could have hoped for! Now, every order that I send via email, I make sure to note, If you are not Shamika, please wait until Shamika is available and have her fulfill my order. Thanks!. Shamika is a gem and I hope that she gets all the recognition that she deserves. When Shamika took her well-deserved vacation last month, I nearly lost my mind trying to deal with the people filling in for her. Everyone kept telling me, It cannot be done. and one person even told me, Well, Shamika takes time with each order, and I just dont have the time to do that. The not-Shamika representative literally gave my my prints with heads cut off in the photos and everything completely out of skew. It was a mess. I returned to get reprints when Shamika got back, and Shamika printed them perfectly! Anywhom... SHAMIKA IS MAGNIFICENT AND SHE DESERVES ALL OF THE PROMOTIONS AND RAISES AND PRAISES YALL CAN GIVE HER! The walls of my home are literally COVERED with all of my photography and art that Shamika printed perfectly for me. Shamika is spectacular!
