Lisa is the best realtor in Durham. I’ve used many, that’s why I say like this. She’s dedicated, thorough and will help you out even if there’s no clear and immediate benefit for her. She’s more about people and relationships. We’re not only need more realtors like Lisa, we need more people like Lisa. She has vast experience managing large multi unit rental properties as well as buy/sell single family residential units. I will only use her for any of my real estate business because I trust her. Highly recommend!

I met with Mark Thomas to discuss a career in Real Estate and signed up for the remote 75 hour course. The course was easy to use and very informative. I was able to go through the material at my own pace and on my own schedule. When I had a question I was able to reach out to Mark. I took the State and National exams yesterday and passed both on the first attempt. This course was just what I needed and my experience with Mark Thomas Realty School has been 5 stars

I recently attend Mark Thomas real estate school (Weichert Realtors) and had a good experience. I would recommend the class to anyone. The instructor Doug Cleary had tons of patience was funny, and most important he was very knowledgeable. He brought to the table real world experience that help me better understand the topics at hand. I didn’t have many interactions with Mr. Thomas directly however he did seem easily accessible and down to earth. In my opinion the class and environment was awesome but there was a lot of material in a short period of time you have to study and read it’s mandatory to pass the final test.

I am so happy to have a real estate school in Durham. It is at such a convenient location with easy access. The cost of classes are very competitive and the teachers are seasoned real estate brokers!

Marks school is very well organized and professionally run. Students have passed along a number of compliments about their experiences at the school, but the one that has stuck with me is that Marks CE classes are geared to providing information and training in techniques that are actually very helpful in their businesses, as opposed to just meeting a CE requirement. This is a very practical, functional and worthwhile school.

Wonderful experience with Mark Thomas Weichert location. Welcoming, friendly, clearly knowledgeable & patience are a mere few of the positive adjectives I can say regarding the staff/instructors. I wish I still lived in NC so I could work under Marks tutelage! Unfortunately a sudden family emergency forced us to have to move to Philadelphia (right before I was scheduled to take the test too). If I decide to start ALLover again here in Philly, I hope Ill be blessed with half as good of an experience!

Great school, great teachers. I did not pass the first time and one of the instructors went over all the material with me prior to my retaking the exam. The school cares, and wants you to pass the exam.
