I stopped in today on a whim in search of some supplies for my home office that I couldnt find at a few other stores and I couldnt have been more pleased with this location. From the staff up to the manager Dana, I couldnt have had a better experience! Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and were very helpful. Kudos to this location and Ive found my new favorite office supply store!

The manager would not assist her employee to help with the order of a Notary stamp. I waited for 30 minutes while they order copier supplies on the phone. If Dana is the manager, she is in the wrong job. The clerk encouraged me to go to another store. I will never shop there again. I also went to the cashier to make a purchase and the cashier walked away. So, bad manager, bad customer service.

I recently moved to Durham and bought an office chair for my apartment. I was having some difficulty assembling it (put it together backwards) so I called in and asked if the store could help me. They said yes and introduced me to Bobby who was incredibly helpful.Not only did Bobby help me assemble my chair but he was also incredibly friendly making recommendations for things to check out in the area. I left the store incredibly satisfied and impressed by the service that I received. I will be coming back to this store in the future with any future business that I have and think that Bobby should receive a raise or promotion (perhaps both). I would recommend that anyone in the triangle passing through go into this store.

It was almost 100° outside today and the store doesn’t have the AC on? I couldn’t stand to be in there for more than a few minutes and had to leave because I felt like I was going to pass out. I feel terribly for the staff. Can’t somebody do something about this? It’s summertime in North Carolina we live in a swamp for crying out loud turn on the dang AC.

I would have to write a short story to tell about the best experience I had with one employee in particular well manager. Mr. Eddie completely surpassed anything in his job description above and beyond customer service I drove 4 hrs to get to this store for a printer that had been sold out for months near me and other places he said he would make sure I got it and he absolutely did

Worst store and experience! I went there because their website said a laptop I was interested in was in stock and on display. Got there and didn’t see any store associates and the store seemed low on a lot of stock. Got to the laptops and there was nothing on display. When I finally found a store associate and ask her if there were any laptops to see (thinking they may have been moved to a different location) I was told I a VERY curt, rude and emphatic manner “NO”. She then turned her back on me with no other explanation. Definitely would not go back to this store!

It is rare for me to leave a review, let alone a bad one. An employee at the copy/print location of the store, Jimesa is who I asked how to print a document from my phone because this is very new to me. She was not voluntarily helpful and made me feel dumb whenever I asked questions. Eventually I stopped asking her for help, figured it out and it took me an hour to print out a single document. I understand if it was busy, but there were few customers and she chose to focus on her phone rather than assist me. Horrible experience.

My go to place for any printing needs, office supplies, furniture and shipping supplies. They can handle anything from brochures and business cards to large posters all the same day! Besides, it’s only a minute away from work! Great people! If you need something printed ask for Paul. There is absolutely nothing he can’t handle.

Location had a wide array of different supplies, good chairs, Regina was especially helpful when trying to find a chair. She helped us find good options and I came back home with a chair I love for a reasonable price.

Store was kind of disorganized and only had one of the two items I was looking for a very expensive price. After leaving the store I was able to go to Staples down the street and get the same item for half the price, came back and return the originally purchased item.

I had great experience with the print shop at Office Depot yesterday. Leslie went above and beyond to provide me options. She was responsive and professional...even printed a sample for me to review! Thanks you Leslie for making the process so seamless.

A young lady by the name of Jaylynn was very helpful with getting me my last minute printouts!

Horrible customer service. Not enough workers in the printing section. The self-service printers weren’t working. The store is messy. Management needs to do better.

I was here for almost an HOUR trying to print nine pieces of paper. Nothing complicated just 9 color prints.None of the employees would help me particularly the lady behind the print counter she refused and told me to use the kiosk machine which shut down on me twice and then would not recognize my USB drive.There were other employees in the store who could help but when I asked one of them to please help me they claimed they were scared of the lady behind the print counter.Huge waste of time I left empty-handed.

The employees seem like they hate their job. I had a simple question and the lady upfront at the register didn’t feel like she cared to help. Not returning

Print order came out completely wrong. The audacity for them to even print and deliver a canvas that was so terribly mounted is beyond me. They were kind enough to refund me but the fact that something so wrong made it through to a customers hands is ridiculous.

I am done with this location. From what I could tell, they only have self serve printing, couldnt just make copies by handing to person.Didnt have any FedEx envelopes, I came with prepaid FedEx label. Was told I had to buy an envelope, but they only sell 25 pks of 9x12 envelopes! It cost me $15.69!THEN, bought one item 2 for 1, thought Id get 1/2 off just one. Nope! Had to return all items before getting the additional item, had to wait in line to do it (again). Makes no sense!What should have taken 10 minutes, took 40 minutes! Done with it.

For the love of god please fix your copy machines and fix your fax machine!! It seems like they don’t want business.

Business visit;Cane in to scan documents into my hard disk drive. Cashier commented that there was nobody to assist me and the employee that work that department would possibly not be in till 3 p.m. (proximate visit time was @ 1:13 p.m.) that I could return back at that hour. Im from Texas and office depots are usually self-service. (???) Very dissatisfied, customer

I had one of the best customer service experiences with James, in the printing department! I came in needing multiple printing jobs and James went above and beyond to finish the job in less than 20 minutes, knowing that I needed it that night. He was very professional, efficient and extremely helpful! I visited other office supply stores, including Staples, that quoted me over 24 hours to 3 days for this printing job. James knew I needed it fast and got it done as I waited. Couldnt recommend him enough!

I came in to buy a printer and a shredder. A salesperson helped me pick both, and explained the differences between the options. Great experience!

They clearly dont care about the safety of their employees or customers. To the manager not wearing a mask over his nose who was very rude about it, I sincerely hope you and your family dont get sick. Maybe you should consider the kind of example you are setting for your employees and what kind of message you are sending to your customers.

Absolutely unimpressed. Ordered business cards online and it clearly showed I was ordering same day services. 2 days later and we find out that it isnt next day or same day like the click bait marketing these guys seem to use. This will be the last time we EVER use this company for anything. Now we have to order more business cards from their biggest competitor and we got a same day GUARANTEE....way to screw the pooch Office Depot.....you have lost a customer forever

USELESS AND UNHELPFUL. Staff did nothing to instill confidence in customer that they were capable or equipped to do a job that I called about yesterday and was told they could do. Have historically been satisfied with service at this location but the staff working this shift was totally incompetent.

I want give them no stars. horrible experience. the employee was no knowlede and very rude. I do not know the other employees.He smiled, but he had attitude why did you come here? and showed his frustrations. tall and mixed grey hair guy. I will not go back to the store and I dont want see the guy again. if the guy is not willing to serve colored person, do not be in store.

The store said they put something on hold for somebody else on call even though I was at the store for that item I am sure they were putting it on hold for themselves. I will complain to the managment

I am primarily an online shopper for Office Depot but found my in-person visit to be extremely pleasant. They opened up a second line when the checkout line became too long. I would have given them 5 stars but the staffing was sparse and the staff did not ask if I needed assistance. Perhaps, this is because of the amount of business done online. There is even an one hour pickup service!

The staff here is so friendly! I went shopping with my 2 young boys, and the staff was very friendly with us. The staff made my boys feel welcome, which is not common in a lot of stores these days. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here for my future office supply needs!

I bought a shipping box online for in-store pickup, and was still planning to go to the USPS store to drop off my package after getting the box. Not only was the box ready for me when I got there, but the store rep helped me package up my stuff (even let me use their tape) and I was able to drop off the package right there. He was very helpful and friendly, and saved me a lot of time by not having to go to the USPS store.

Nice people, good deals. The staff has been stable over my many years of shopping there. I have been shopping there for at least 25 years.

Went for shredding services. Rep asked me to come around counter to shred own items caus she was busy. Aside from that, some service reps arent helpful with minute questions. This store need serious training for reps. I recommend going elsewhere for office needs.

The service - on the way in and out - was pretty good, with staff helping out new customers as well as old hands. The place itself probably cost this location another star, as it seemed a little cluttered and smaller inside (than other office equipment stores Ive shopped).

I stopped in on a Thursday afternoon/evening Shaneice(?) at the printing center was very rude and unwilling to help. The next morning when I called I got a totally different person and even though my order wasnt ready when I went to pick it up, Brian and another nice man got it done quickly. They helped me out as best they could with my companys business account as well.

The staff here is always very helpful and friendly. They have never given me any hassles, even when making a return with no receipt. I would have to say the biggest reason I go here is Paul Yee, he is the man!

Convenient location, plaza has panera bread and noodles company. Gift card selection is limited though, was looking for whole foods but didnt find any.

As soon I walked in, an associate approached to ask me if I needed help in finding what I needed. He then showed to the two aisles that contained what I needed. The checkout process was smooth & was completed in a short amount of time.

The staff was so helpful finding a desk in the backroom for me so I could buy it 10 minutes before closing (the sale ended today). They were so kind and helped me put it in my car which was not an easy task.

Ive always found the staff willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Special requests are never a problem and Ive always been impressed how the staff knows which aisle everything is located on.

Their Fedex shipping is a complete disaster. I paid for next day delivery, on a Friday night. But Monday, 5 PM, my package was still at Office Depot! The irony was that it was still clearly labeled for delivery by 3 PM earlier today! How can the person behind the Fedex counter at Office Depot not know that they don’t have Saturday pick up, have never had Saturday pick up?

I incorrectly uploaded some thank you cards I wanted printed. I thought they would be 5x7 but when I went to pick up in store they ended up 8.5x11 due to my oversight. Shaniece fixed it for me in store and the cards turned out great.

All we ordered did not come out at the same time. For example pancakes came out 12min AFTER the rest of the meal was served. And they were so cold that the butter wouldnt melt.

I hate this place and the online store so much. I bought a laptop here once, and had to take it back at least 5 times because there was an error with the hard drive. All of there stuff is super expensive, and you can get it on amazon for $100 cheaper. The online store is ridiculous, i mean there really is no reason why i should wait 20-30 days (most likely 30 days) for a monitor. this place is ridiculous.

Larry and marcellais and a young lady were the ones that waited on me. They were the best Ive ever seen in my life.

Evidently staff does not know how to answer the phone. Called main number and selected every department during business hours and no one picked up. Even Dunder Mifflin staff answer the phone.

A good place for office/computer needs. Not always well stocked,but if they have what you ard looking for,it will be at a low price.

TERRIBLE. Took me forever to print 6 pages. Staff was rude. And they dont recycle any paper (every paper you print an extra sheet comes out and they just throw it away). More expensive than Kinkos. Will not be back.
