Store was organized well but still had things out of place. Staff was friendly when checking out. Convenient place to get things and get out in a timely fashion.

I was attended quickly, conveniently, and cut my finger somehow. was even given a band-aid. great place

The store is a dump. Everytime I go in there there is merchandise on the floors and strewn all over the aisles. Some of the aisles are impassable legs. Its pretty obvious the manager and employees dont think the customers are important. If I were the parent company I would be shocked and embarrassed how having this store represent your name.

Very friendly staff. A wide variety of items at reasonable prices. I hope to shop there much more often.

Purchased a hair product from this Family Dollar and it caused terrible white flakes in the hair, so I needed to return the product for exchange.. it was explained that you cannot return a product because it did not work for us, the company needs to be notified... Pat was so nice at the register and called the manager for me....David, the Manager, continued to explain that the product was not defective it just didnt work for me...he showed me where to find the company info....the problem was the product was a little expensive and I could not afford to purchase another...when I had to tell my daughter that I couldnt purchase another, he decided to eat the cost on the new one as long as I agreed to contact the company about the problem with the product..... I have never seen a store manager eat a cost out of empathy for this whole covid thing especially since they have been closed.... David the Manager is a person who leads his store with heart and not with $$$$$$... that makes me a repeat Family Dollar store customer for now on...which actually brings so much more revenue to the store, including the people that I tell my story to...can more store managers learn from this example??...David you are a Great Manager!!!!

They dont close at 9. They close whenever they want to.

They supposed to be open at 8am here it is 9:11am and there is not one employee on site... this is the worst family dollar store I ever been to. Not include I have to drive to PA to and it was close to my warehouse... bad business

Granted it has a lot of stuff on the floor so you lose two stars. Is the ceiling still falling down? Still it really does have good deals.

I thought it would be very busy,since I went after 5pm. I was in and out very quickly.

This location is very convenient for me, being on the bus route that serves me home.The employees are very nice. They are very helpful to me as a disabled person.This store has everything I need each time I go there.

Ms. Iris and her staff are always very helpful whenever I shop. Recently, Ms. Iris gave me some real great advice. At this store your greeted and welcomed.. Yes I know its the dollar store. But think about it... Customer service is not a focal point of these companies. They just want our 💰 but could care less of your shopping experience. Only to care so can they find ways to manipulate us with fake $ales, di$counts etc..

NO STARS! THIS STORE IS IN RUINS! INVENTORY AND ITEMS IN PLACES ALL IN THE AISLES TO WHERE YOU CANT EVEN WALK THROUGH! I CANT BELIEVE THE FAMILY DOLLAR COMPANY WOULD ALLOW THIS LOW STANDARD STORE! SAME and LIKE ITEMS PLACED IN DIFFERENT PLACES AND ITS HARD TO FIND WHAT YOU NEED! GHETTO GIRL THAT WORKS AT THE REGISTER HAD ME WAIT FIVE MINUTES AT THE REGISTER WHILE SHE FINISHED TYPING SOMETHING ON THE COMPUTER! MY FIRST AND LAST TRIP! THIS WAS AT 8:15 AM JULY 4TH 2019..UGH!

Its very nice to have a discount store near me. They have a variety of household items, food stuff, small amt of clothing items, seasonal items much more 😘😀. Unfortunately on my most recent visit, the so-called app.Smart coupons was down as it was on my last visit; this app seems to be unusable when they have a multiple sale for over $5.00. I would have gotten a $15.00 saving of cleaning & laundry supplies had it been working. From now on I will disregard this chain for sale of multiple items purchased under savings app.

The store is congested making tricky to safely get around. The staff was friendly.

The store is never clean, they always out of something u need.they cant keep employees,every week there is always someone new. They have t worse people skills.

This store is a cluttered mess! It’s boxes and merchandise blocking most of the aisles. The employees were standing at the register talking about how they’re going to quit and how horrible the manager is. The “horrible” manager reflects through the condition of the store. Never going back.

It was alright, nothing to shout about. It is very cramped in the store, aisles are very narrow. They need a larger space, the former shoe store is empty, maybe that is a larger space in the same strip.

I walked in because i had to buy a candle for my daughters cake and since it was around the corner from the pizza place we picked up the pizzas, thought it was convinent. It was crowded (not by people) you could barely move in there. And it was very hard to find birthday candles and i didnt see no one on the floor to ask. After about 10 minutes (seemed like it) i was able to fine the candles. And i was disappointed they didnt have a selection really. The cashier seemed like he didnt even want to be there. I dont blame him cause its so crowded in there feels like if anything happens you wont be safe. Wont be coming back.

I always go in for one thing and come out with more. Just walk around when you go in. You will be surprised.

I frequently visit this location and im able to find what I need with no problem however recently theyve hired a few new employees and today I had the WORST customer service ever.

I love the selection of items but every single cashier I came across has been rude, one was even on the phone when I came & didn’t even look up . I had to say good morning to her first

EVERYTIME I go there the cashier tell me they’ll be right there so I sit there looking dumb for 3 minutes AT LEAST .
