ProsThe children are extremely smart and catch on to learning things quickly.The children were very loving.ConsGetting paid once a month.The director seemed to not want the employees to communicate with each other.The director (who has no experience in the classroom) gave me a curriculum without explaining what it was about.There was a special needs kid who was a big distraction(and extremely violent towards me, the other teachers and the kids) to the class. Parents were complaining about the kid everyday. Director failed to remove the violent kid from school (all about profit).Director seemed very lazy.High turnover rate.Advice to ManagementKids need consistency. Stop hiring and firing so many teachers.Stop only caring about money. Any child with special needs should be a school that caters to SPECIAL NEEDS ONLY.
