The super large chairs give the whole pedestrian street its own characteristics. It is a pleasure to stroll with friends while admiring the ancient buildings.

I love this place. It is perfect to exercise as well as relaxation after work one can come for a walk with a friend or family. It might get crowded around 7 to 8 p.m. though.

Wonderful place to take pictures have a nice walk. Family friendly. And pet friendly. Plenty of trees for shade on those sunny days.

Visited Lily Library at Duke University East Campus. During COVID make sure instructions are followed. Complete the SynMon application before you come to pick up books. Call if necessary. They picked up the phone every time and one libraries came out to find me, since I was new to the library,. Wear a mask.

Great place to run and walk, mostly shaded, gravel trail. In late-May and into June/July, pause to smell the magnolias.

If you enjoy running in the area, East campus is a gorgeous view and offers plenty of space. If you plan on living there as a freshman, however, expect cramped conditions that offer very few amenities for an exorbitant price. Would only recommend to visitors.

I love Duke university, as a graduate and alumnus I am proud of DUKEs commitment to the Durham community and educating some of the brightest and most versatile group of young adults. I applaud the outstanding values DUKE holds dear to embody the true spirit of a diverse culture.

Beautiful trees. Love walking/running the east campus loop (1.7miles). Usually some construction, but still quiet enough to relax.

There is a great walking path around East campus. Highly recommend for sunny days!
