Standing in line since 720pm one fax machine is down (not my fault), the other is occupied by a customer. Sales clerk/ manager rudely states “we close at 730pm don’t you see the sign”. My thoughts are1. Your other fax is down2. I was in line at 720pm3. On line states that you close at 8pm4. You should have another option to fax if your equipment does not work.5. You should not talk to a customer this way6. If you don’t like your job, quit.Usually decent service but not today

The young man behind the printing counter was brand new and couldnt answer any of my questions. They made me wait 20 minuets for his supervisor who instantly had an attitude and was horrifically unhelpful. 1/10, will never be back. Go to FedEx instead.

Employees were not wearing their masks. One in particular was an extremely old looking blonde woman with whose mask at most was only covering her chin. I’m not sure if anyone explained to her that the mask goes over the nose and mouth as her chin, while undoubtedly dirty is not a source of droplet production the same way her mouth is. In her senior age she should be careful to not spread and receive disease.The self service scanner was nice! Sad when the only thing working in a store is the robot but at least it’s a good machine.

Dont buy anything here, especially electronics! Even with a receipt, the female staff member wouldnt even give me a store credit for a faulty scanner. I called Office Depot Headquarters and they looked up my receipt and said that I should still get full store credit. I would have accepted credit or a new, working scanner.When I went back to the store, I tried to return the scanner. This store tried to take 30% off, even with the receipt! I called Office Depot Headquarters again, while I was in the store, and they said I should get full credit for what I spent. While I was on the phone with headquarters, the lady supervisor at the store refused to talk to the lady from headquarters. Instead, she was very rude. She had the register shut down, put her hand up at me, turned and walked away and refused to talk to me. She wouldnt let the other employee talk to me either. Ironically, the employee from headquarters heard everything that happened. She was horrified at the behavior of the store employee and told me to report her to the manager.Fourteen days is not a long enough return policy. Even though I was past the return date, I still should have been able to get a store credit like headquarters said I should. They didnt understand why this store wouldnt give it to me.This is second time I have been stuck with a bad product from this same Office Depot.

This store sucks! If it’s on sale they won’t have it. I will never go to this store again. Don’t waste your time!

I can not believe how certain employees are not completely trained on customer service. I should not hunt for customer service. I have witnessed a couple of cashiers whipping out there own personal cell phones texting to friends to whom are not in the building while customers are standing in line waiting to be rung up, and there is one cashier at the register ringing up fourty customers all by herself, and she is pageing for help. She managed quite well underneath her frustration. She replied, they do this to me all the time and I am tired of it. I have been a loyal hard working employee for almost four years . This is the thanks i get.

The staff always goes above and beyond in the printing department. The manager Michael is awesome! I will return for all of my printing needs.

Very rude employees but my main objection is almost everything I buy there is priced in the store higher than it is on the website. Buyer beware!!!They will give you the online price but only if you ask for it. Example... Epson black ink #98 online is $20 while instore is $24.God bless Amazon. No wonder these brick and mortar are failing.

The employees at this location are incredibly unfriendly and rude. On numerous occasions, I’ve stood at the register waiting to be checked out and was completely ignored while the employees had a conversation with each other. I’ve been told by a cashier that I was “impatient” because I took my card out of the reader after waiting a prolonged period of time for the cashier to stop talking to her colleague, and for her to pay attention to her screen that was waiting for her to accept my card payment. No one greets you when you enter, and no one greets you when you leave. Instead, you’re met with standoffish glares.Overall, the general atmosphere of this depot is uncomfortable. I try to not frequent this location, considering I always leave feeling aggravated by the unpleasant nature of every encounter.

Great customer service by Kristil! Assisted me in finding everything thing that I needed/wanted. Did not have the exact pen I wanted but came with an alternative that was just as stylish. Was able to make the copies I needed and checked out all items at one time.

The cashier was so friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered her name. I was there on 9/18/18 @ 2:15. I could go to other office supply stores but I will make this office depot my go to from now on. With employees like the young woman I delt with there is no reason I would go anywhere else. Also the prices are very affordable for school supplies A++

This location is good. They treated me with respect, and allowed me to make a return during the pandemic, when some locations wouldnt.

This is my go-to office store, especially for ink cartridges for my printer. They beat everybody else on prices and offer a recycle program that gets you additional discounts on ink. The staff is generally friendly.Take Crystal, a manager there, for example. Just this week, I was looking for a landline phone to purchase for my father. A Google search showed Office Depot had the phone I wanted for $9.99. So I called the store to see if it was in stock and got Crystal on the phone. She went to check and said they had it, but it was $16.99.She told me to come in, show her the Google listing and she would honor the $9.99 price. She kept her word when I arrived, and also had a genuine bright, warm smile for me. Thats the kind of customer service I love. It keeps me coming back.

I had material to scan to my flash drive. The chore was fast, easy, and soon I was headed to checkout. The price is $0.25 per page here. The librarys price is about $1.50 for the first page! How do you like that?

Copy paper here is a ripoff. Everything is priced buy 2 get 1 free.I don’t want 3 cases of paper, I only want 1. The problem is that it’s almost $17 off per case when buying 3.Just as bad as the fireworks stores doing buy 1 get 1 free. It’s not free, just a scam to get you to buy double the amount of fireworks than you really needed. Or in this case, triple the amount of paper.I won’t be coming back anytime soon. I used to like this store too.

First I want to give Nancy five stars, she is the most knowledgeable person in the store period without her they would be lost. She wasnt there today, yes, they were lost.Went in to get business cards made. A lady named Nichille, gave me several reasons why it would take a long time before they would be ready. I was thinking maybe it will take a month but she said it might take a couple days, which I was fine with. Then, she started telling me it would cost me more because she had to do a type set, which I said okay thats fine Im willing to pay for it. She made it sound very expensive, then she told me it was $9.99. Then she told me no one would be there to make the cards for the next couple of days and she was leaving for vacation tomorrow morning. I finally asked her if perhaps she didnt want to do it? She said she did but it was going to take a long time and cost extra. I couldnt make Headway with her, there was so much time taken by negative talk and putting off actually doing the order that it took 45 minutes before I was able to leave the store. She told me I would have an email in 30 minutes with the proof. Hour later no proof, called the store was on hold for 17 minutes she said let me check and see if I have your correct email, put me back on hold for 5 more minutes, came back and said okay are you ready? She wanted to read me my email. With that we confirmed yes, she does have my correct email. But, then said she has not emailed it yet. She then said it would be 8:30 by the time she emailed it. Called back at 8:45 they said she left. Nancy they need to double your pay, they will go out of business without you.

Walked in 2/21 about 6:25pm, wasnt even acknowledged until 6:45pm AFTER I had to say something to the woman working the shipping counter, Nancy was her name. She slowly helped her other 3 customers, with no urgency or haste. Once she was done with those 3, she completely forgot about me standing there at the shipping computer, she proceeded to grab paperwork and start working on the computer not even 5 feet in front of me. Mind you Im 6.5ft, and wearing a bright yellow Hoodie, you cant miss me.... absolutely no excuse for this level of customer service. She was nice, and polite, but you cant just forget about your customers. Disappointed, last time I was here the young man was fantastic.

Lots of products and good printing department. Staff leaves a little to be desired as they seem to schedule people in the printing department that dont know the equipment. We had a couple test prints they had to do before figuring out which direction to load the paper in and some other issues with a couple staff members

The staff there is great. The manager jerry or whatever her name is horrible she needs to be retrained on customer service. I will be doing business elsewhere going forward.

Tried to print and kept getting sent to self service though it clearly didn’t work. They were not helpful and wasted an hr of my time. I never even received my documents nor the three $5 holds they put on my account for the self service because no one would help me.

Usually always someone is asking if you need help. The old staff was very helpful i would not know how to access my rewards and they would help this new staff as of july 2017 not so much the lady was a bit rude and told me to figure it out.

I went to buy sum blank dvds, only to find Office Depot dosent price match with Micro Center now. Blank dvds are so high even Verbatim brand. Had a 20% off coupon only and paid full price. Why so hard to get a bargin on dvd and cds?

Compared to other Depots this one is lacking, in stock available and in customer service. Im always greeted walking in the door at other locations and always a rep walking around checking on customers. Not this location. I didnt see an employee until I went to checkout.

I have no choice but to come in here every 2 weeks to fax paperwork for my job. The self service tax machine never works, so I rely on the employees do do it for me. They work really slow.

The worst Office Depot ever . I went there to print some papers and the girl behind the printing machine took my papers and told to wait and she took more than five customers while I was waiting. I waited more than 1 hour.

Staff was helpful but printed my documents on the wrong sized paper, then gave me a broken paper cutter to attempt to fix it. I had to find a pair of scissor on my own as their layout was hectic to say the least....

Worst store ive been too never been treated so bad in my life. Went in for a binder, couldnt find what i was looking for and everyone was busy so i figured id browse around just to have a cashier w a full line stop to question why i am walking around, i tell her she say well do you need help i answer yes i do and she just stares off into space.
