We enrolled our 2 year old in school here a little earlier than we wanted, but due to everything being closed during Covid in late 2020, we needed him to interact with other children. He absolutely loves the school and we have watched his vocabulary, motor skills and intellect flourish in just under a year. The teachers and Directors have been excellent and very accommodating when we had to occasionally alter our sons schedule. We wish there was a Cadenace School closer to where we are moving, because we would have continued to keep him there.

I love Prime Time.. My son grew up to be a loving and caring little man now. He loved all his classes and teachers. He still attends afterschool program and enjoys all activities there. It was his first experience and we were very surprised​ to see that he perfectly adjusted to the environment very quickly. The teachers were very helpful in making me feel very comfortable in leaving my child with them and gave me detailed report about his growth and development along with pictures. Great place and would definitely recommend it.

Both of my children attended Cadence Academy ever since they were infants and they were always loved and cared for. The teachers are so wonderful and attentive. The administrative staff are so professional and warm. The kids absolutely loved our time there and would highly recommend this school to anyone!

We have been sending our son to Prime Time for about 2 years and we absolutely love them. All of his teachers and caregivers are experienced and gentle (not to mention on the parents as you are learning about parenting as you go).We had moved to the area shortly before sending our son there and found that (pre-pandemic) it had become our first community as newcomers to the neighborhood. We valued our relationships with the staff and the parents we’d meet through the school.When the pandemic hit and schools were closed for months, it gave us a renewed appreciation for all they do with our children all day long and it was obvious our son missed his friends and teachers.We highly recommend Prime Time!

Our son (and we, as parents) absolutely love Prime Time Early Learning Center in Edgewater. Every single member of staff is responsive, courteous, accommodating, and kind. Our son started in the infant center when he was 4 months old and he adjusted within hours. His head teacher Julia is professional, kind, and highly experienced, and his other teacher Elizabeth is also wonderful. We drop him off with a smile on his face, and pick him up with a smile on his face. He comes back home pretty tired, which is an indication to me that he is played with and stimulated. We could not be happier with our choice of daycare, and cannot recommend it enough! The Director certainly knows what she is doing! 🙏🏼

Our two kids have attended since they were born (literally.) The school has an absolutely wonderful staff - full of caring, responsible people that are truly our childrens second family. My son is only 6 months but I have seen incredible growth with my oldest (3) who comes home with a new skill daily. As soon as we mention school in the mornings, she jumps with joy and runs out the door. During COVID, they were able to open quickly and never had an outbreak that caused the fully facility to close.Thats nothing short of amazing, especially in our area that was hit incredibly hard. Thank you PT staff for taking such wonderful care of our precious babies!

My son has been going to Prime Time since he was 4 months old (hes 5 now) and has truly grown and flourished there. Hes met some amazing friends and formed meaningful attachments with his teachers/aides who are very loving and supportive. As such, hes learned so much and Im very proud of his developmental achievements over the years. He has gone from teaching me words in baby sign language (that he learned at PT) to now showing a deep interest in learning to read and write. I have no doubt he will be ready for Kindergarten. I highly recommend Prime Time to anyone looking for a nurturing and education-minded environment to care for their young children.

Please do your research before putting your child here. They were very unprofessional and not a loving nurturing environment at all. We don’t recommend at all

My son has been in Prime Time for seven months since he was 17 months. Teachers are professional, facility is clean and well- organized. My son has really enjoyed the school and I totally recommend all parents and children who are looking for a reliable place.

I pulled my son out of this schol in September, 2020 and formalized the decision to Ms Set, the director of this unit.We had paid some fees that were supposed to be reimbursed for pre paid tuition when we disenrolled him but so far, we haven’t received our money back.I’m writing this review in June 1st, 2021, 9 months after my son was disenrolled and every time I reach out to Ms Set, I get the same answer, that Prime Time was acquired by Cadence and that she escalated the issue to the regional director, but in the end, I don’t see the money as usual.Also, I was first told my refund was USD 281, but then, for some reason, they decided to bring it down to USD 180.My suggestion is to avoid this place, mainly after Cadance took over, because they don’t respect what they agree upon and never get back with answers, unless you keep emailing them.I also have all the email history to back up this review.

My daughter has been going to Prime Time for almost 2 years already and I highly recommend this center to any family that is looking for care. Staff members are very loving and nurturing to the students and the management team are friendly and flexible. The center is very clean and safe, they follow health protocols everyday!

My two boys (now 3 and 5 year old) love Prime. The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. The program teaches them discipline and fun at the same time. Summer camps before the pandemic were the best. Multiple summer activities including pool, zoo and ice cream bus events. I highly recommend this school.

We absolutely love prime time!! My son started in the infant class and is now in the toddler class and has truly thrived. I love seeing him learn new things everyday. The teachers are the best around and the staff are always available and attentive. We have been going back since they reopened and I feel very safe with my son going there with their covid protocols.

We had a great experience with PrimeTime and look forward to sending our 2nd kid when shes old enough! I was pretty nervous about sending my first born to a daycare but the teachers and staff were amazing and obviously cared about the children. Catered to our daughters eczema well and requests for keeping her on a healthy diet. We had our 1st child in at around 1 year and will probably send our 2nd to them to them even earlier.

I love the place. My son has been going to Prime time from the age of 3 and he is 7 now. He enjoys each and every minute of it. As a parent Im very pleased with the staff.The teachers are caring, patient and friendly. The classrooms are spacious, colorful and clean. Outstanding place!!!

PrimeTime is hands-down the best early learning center! We’ve had our 2 year old enrolled since he was about 10+ months old and we have only great things to say about the school, administration and teachers. We have seen so much growth and development since he has been enrolled, and each day he continues to surprise us with how much he learns at school. Aside from being a wonderful learning facility for children, PrimeTime has also taken extensive safety precautions throughout this pandemic and we have absolutely no concern with the health and well-being of our son. We can’t thank the PrimeTime family enough for taking such great care of our little one!

I’m very appreciative to Prime Time and everyone that works there. Before my daughter was born, my wife and I visited daycares in the area and Setenay is the reason we trusted Prime Time with our first child. The teachers are very nurturing and they were very patient with us as new parents. Both my wife and I work in the education field and know what to look for when it comes to the right environment for kids. TERRIBLE PLACE you have nothing to do there once you get bored. If you go to the older kids class you will suffer and if you are lucky enough to go to the backyard once you get home you better wash yourself good! there are only 4 great teachers there like the Debbies, Ms. Jennifer and Mr. Zach they do their job while giving you the best time. I wish you could pick zero stars to be honest.

I have nothing but great things to say about Prime Time. Our daughter has thrived since first attending this school (last year). The teachers, staff and everyone in between (including other parents) are phenomenal. The children are always happy and well taken care of. The happiness of the children AND families is of utmost importance to Prime Time. They offer flexible hours, very reasonable pricing, a safe creative environment and most of all...FUN!! Set up a tour with one of the wonderful ladies in the office and you wont be disappointed.

My son is a year and a half, and has been attending Prime Time in Edgewater for more than half his lifetime. During this time, he has become more confident and his social skills have taken off. Every day we arrive, he is eager to begin his day. As we walk together down the hallway to his classroom his pace picks up and he says hi to any, and all who pass by him. And when I pick him up, he always has a smile on his face and would be perfectly happy to remain there. The school has been great helping to work out scheduling with me as I work free-lance and my hours tend to vary. My wife and I will continue to send him to Prime Time. We couldnt imagine him anywhere else.

I took my child out of here. Very horrible place, I would NOT recommend this school for your child. They are rude, unprofessional and very condescending. I didn’t feel safe having my child here at all. It’s a shame that a place like this treats a child so mean.

After checking out almost every daycare center in a ten mile radius, we chose Primetime for a number of reasons. They have an incredible staff who genuinely love being around kids, great facilities with a lot of big rooms and natural light, daily activity reports and a long track record of quality services. Our daughter has been attending for over a year now and truly enjoys going to school, which is a huge relief for us. Their programming has really increased her development and social skills. Furthermore, they offer a ton of great opportunities for parents, like photo days for the kids, date nights for us and events like art shows for the whole family. Weve made a lot of friend here and are very happy with Prime Time Edgewater

Horrific establishment. Poor communication from Director and Regional Director. I have to follow up multiple times to get a response on everything. Also my child got sick because of zero communication that there were 2 children ill children in the classroom and then insisted that my child not come in until cleared. Theyve owed a refund and are ignoring my emails.Also everytime I walk into her classroom to pick her up, even while there are still 1-2 children - it smells like bleach or chlorox - apparently they start cleaning before each toddler/infant leaves leaves the room. also very pricey.

Prime Time Edgewater is an excellent, flexible and convenient child care center for families in the Edgewater/Northeast Jersey area and provides a much-needed resource for working families without immediate family or child care nearby. Prime Time is available to families before and after most summer camps start and stop and also provides a very convenient drop-in service for children when schools are not in session. The staff are kid-friendly, parent-welcoming and you actually are provided a security code that allows you to bring your child inside the building and greet the teachers in-person rather than dropping them off at the door and not seeing or knowing what happens after you drop your child off at child care. We really appreciate the services that the Prime Time team provides.

We have had nothing but positive experiences at Primetime. It is very obvious to us that the staff at Primetime loves what they do. We are welcomed everyday by smiling faces and greetings which creates a warm environment.The teachers in the Discoverers classroom are an amazing team. My husband and I consistently agree that it feels as though we are dropping our daughter off at a family member’s house which is a testament to how comfortable they have made us feel when dropping her off for the day.The facility is clean, well maintained, and they follow good hygienic practice with the children. We receive daily reports with pictures so that we know how our daughter’s day went. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing center to care for our daughter while we are away at work.

We have a three year old daughter who has been attending Prime Time since she was one year old and the experience has been nothing but stellar. She has loved each class and teacher more and more as the years go on. The staff is very accommodating and professional . Our daughter has learned so much with the various enrichment programs that Prime Time offers . Wed recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for quality instruction with a loving staff (from the managing director to each teacher and support staff).

I have so many good things to say about this school!! My daughter has been at PT since she was 6 months. Leaving her with Ms.Julia put me at complete ease. As she went through the Kitties, Puppies, Angels 2 and now currently in the T-Rex classroom (The Debbies are the best) she has flourished! The managers always are available and friendly. Ms.Peninnah especially has helped out my husband and I with any concerns with our daughter developmentally. It is plain to see the passion she has for early childhood and we really appreciate all the encouragement she has shown us as parents.

My family has had a very good experience with Prime Time Early Learning in Edgewater. My children were happy there and they were totally prepared when they started Kindergarten. Very caring teachers and staff. Would totally recommend Prime Time to other families!

We really like this place. The teach staff are very nice and listen to parents feedbacks. Arlene, Michelle, Sandra love my boy and till today, he still misses them. We feel strong sense of community there. On the administration side, Jessica is very helpful to accommodate our schedules and very responsive to any administrative requests. We moved to a new town and had to leave Primetime Edgewater but we highly recommend it!

Great staff that focus on children. They never have a staff to child that goes over 1 to 6. I like the smaller intimate classes that help instructors spend more quality time with the sometimes very needy students. Its an older building that could use a few cosmetic improvements but the physical size of the older style building was designed to hold much larger classes and more of them. This was an old catholic school that had many grades but now houses only pre k. Ive tried a few in the area and they were cramped overcrowded and unjustifiably pricier than Prime Time. Look over the linoleum and give your kid the best environment in this area.

My son has been going to Primetime since he was 9 months and hes now almost 6 years old. The staff is super attentive patient, and incredibly loving. I drop him off and I never have to worry about a thing. They keep everyone informed about your childs daily activities, and if they go on a field trip they notify you when they arrived and when they returned. I live 20min away from Primetime, but I take the drive because I know the activities they offer is exactly what my son loves. Everyone is family to me and thats the reason why I keep coming and will continue to come for as long as my son is allowed.

Horrible place - dont bring your child hereI have similar situation as the previous review. The Education director Peninnah gave us really nasty attitude - I cant believe thats the attitude of an educator. Shame on you. When a little child as young as 2 years old did not act as they expect, instead of working with the parents to try to figure out what happen, all they did is to label him as an issue and try to get rid of him. They wont reject you directly, but they just make it extremely difficult for you and you wonder why you want to take your loved one to a nasty place like this so we left. One star is for the ladies who work in the classroom who are nice and understanding.

My son Alex has attended Prime Time for 4 years, since he was a baby and we have never been anything but happy with the care. His teachers have been kind, loving and always attentive to our feedback. We did have a problem with him getting sick when he first went there (like one of the other reviewers complained about) but our older son had happen too that at another day care when he was little and they both grew out of it (I guess they have to build up their immune system and our Doc says its actually good for them to get it built up early!)They do music with a great outside Teacher and have a weekly Spanish program too (all included in the regular tuition). The office staff has always been nice and have solved any questions like billing we had quickly and with no drama. Paneenah was alway helpful with any questions about learning or lessons. I have referred lots of my moms group friends here and everyone has been really happy.

What a horrible place to send ones child. Their staff is unqualified and their director at Edgewater is a moron who expects three-and-half year-old to be self sufficient. If you want your child to be neglected, this a place for you child.

I hope my review really helps moms who want to send her loving child to daycare.I sent my 1 year old baby to Primetime for 3 months(Apr.2014~Jul 2014). He was sick all the time since he went to daycare and even got hand foot mouse disease from one of his classmates but it was severe so he had to drop. He only attended two days in July and we paid for a whole month and they did not give any of the tuitions back even we gave notice right after he got sick. I am ok with that.Problem is that we contacted Primetime to get our deposit back at least 15 times and still havent got it. Its been three months. Every time I call Jan(VP or supervisor), she said she will call me back and never got her return call. Many times she was on vacation or was not around. I am so sick of chasing them to give me the deposit and it is not big at all.I called them this morning and spoke to Jan about that. She sounded really bothered and hung up after saying will call you in 5 mins. but again never got her call back.These people are not trustworthy at all and so glad my son is not going there anymore.Only reason I sent my son there was that all other daycare around my area was full and had to wait for many months. No wonder why Primetime is not full.
