Top notch parties and events!

Sweat NJ KIDS is an incredible group fitness/private training program!! The most unique thing is that kids not only get to be active, but also learn a lot too. They stand out because their curriculum includes math, literacy and other subjects that get the kids to actively learn! I have worked with kids for 7 years, teaching gymnastics and horsebackriding and I would recommend this program to any parent, especially ones with kids enrolled in other sports programs. I also love that they teach kids about equipment such as bosu balls, TRX, and agility ladders. AND...they throw incredible parties-so professionally done! They get the kids super involved...check out these photos!

Sweat NJ KIDS not only teaches children to be physically active, it does it in a way in which they are actively learning as well. Ginas (the owner) passion to keep children moving, all the while learning, really is the driving force behind Sweat NJ KIDS. She definitely practices what she preaches! Ive been in the fitness industry for 30 years and I have seen firsthand the negative impact of sedentary lifestyles that usually start at a very young age. Children need to put down the video games and stay active as it will positively impact their lives in the future....get them moving with Sweat NJ KIDS!!

I love Sweat NJ Kids!! A really great experiences for kids who want to stay fit!! 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants their kids to join the program! Really great place!
