I recently purchased 2 replacement toner cartridges for my printer from Cibu. After trying them, I found one of them didnt work with my printer (it was a re-manufactured cartridge). I took it, along with my receipt and a test page from the printer showing that it did not work, back to Cibu. I explained the issue to the clerk (whom I believe is the owner) and she informed me that I did not buy it there. I was stunned, especially since she was the one who sold it to me. I showed her the receipt and she still said there was no way I bought it from her store as she does not sell re-manufactured cartridges. She finally took me back to show me what she does sell and there were re-manufactured cartridges hanging on the rack. She then said that, well, she guessed I did buy it there. I was able to get a refund and buy the correct cartridge. Her treating me as if I was a liar was, at best, rude. To not even apologize for her mistake means this customer will not be back.

Great place for all of your office supplies! So happy to find this store going strong after 45 years in business. Employees are super friendly and very knowledgeable!
