Every since Kim and her staff left the store its been down hill. The store now closes at 8pm instead of 9pm and the staff are unprofessional and rude. Customer service is no longer priority and no longer are you made to feel joyfully welcomed in this store like Kim and her team made you feel. I have always loved this store and shopped here minimum of 4 days out of the week and sadly I am will no longer go back.

This store is so clean and organized. I always find what I need. The staff is very helpful, they will order an item quickly if it is out of stock.

Always a joy to enter store. Friendly staff and I can take dog in. They even have treats for dogs. Have most of what Im looking for

The price of products always seems to be great. The only thing to be aware of are the size/weight of food and drink products. As with any discount retail, a few products are not the deal they appear to be. The selection of products always seems to be what I want. There are many items that cant be found anywhere else, locally. The quality of everything Ive picked up there has been as required. I strongly recommend shopping Family Dollar frequently.

Family Dollar stores a true Dollar Store everything in the store is only a dollar its a brand new building the store was super clean well-stocked people working there were well trained and very friendly I should just everyone try the store you will be surprised at the array of stock and the quality as well parking in Access is top-notch as well Bravo to the people who brought this to us keep up the good work

I dont do reviews but I had to on this one . I love Family Dollar while visiting here I was looking for African American hair products at this particular store and they was very very very minimal and when I went to checkout the cashier didnt ask me did I find everything alright( she asked the other customers) and yes I was going to tell her NO I DID NOT and I started to but I just let it rolled off .

Great prices for people with no or little cash. The service was exellent.

Its dirty and only 2 people work there at a time. Can never find someone for help if you have a question. ALWAYS have to wait to cash out because no one is at the register. Only go there as a last resort.

I don’t typically write reviews. However, I had a terrible experience at this location w Kerry (not sure how to spell her name as she wasn’t wearing a name tag or even a uniform for that matter) and the store manager (via speaker phone) over a coupon that said it was applicable in the app but not taken off of my bill. When I returned to the store all I got was attitude and no eye contact from Kerry who claimed to be in customer service “most her life”. Hard to believe when she slammed her phone onto the counter and put the store manager on speaker phone to tell her that I was “still arguing w her”, when I had in fact never argued, only stated what the app said. Store manager did not override the coupon, I returned the item, and it will be the first and last time shopping there.

Isle too small but you can find pretty much everything you need at a good price . Pretty good selection
